About: Over the past 5 years we had cats come to our home, found them on roads, and found them around my old high school. We have 8 kitties, 1 outside , 7 inside. I have cleaned 6 of the 8 cats myself when we rescued them, I am currently in college so I was not around when we rescued the 2 newest kitties. I took 5 of them to the vet and administered flea and worm medicine to them. Some of them also had eye/ear problems and I would take care of them by giving them eye/ear drops with no problem (I gave them treats so they would feel better!)

“Wow! What an amazing, dedicated young woman! She went past above and beyond. Our dog is a Malinois mix, and extremely territorial. Mikalah is such a dog lover, she got dog kisses on her first visit. On top of that, our dog was on at least 6 different medications. Mikalah handled this flawlessly. To make matters even more challenging, there was a HUGE snowstorm. I almost didn’t go on my trip, but Mikalah reassured me she would be there rain or snow. Schools and businesses closed, but she made it morning and night to our dog. So grateful to have found her!!!”

About: I have been around a wide variety of dog breeds and personalities since as far back as I can remember. I got my first puppy at around 3 years old, and my family and friends have always had dogs and cats. My first cat I adopted as an adult was a 16 year old tabby named Lincoln who was about to be euthanized for being bullied by the other 9 young cats at home. I said "absolutely not!" And I took him home, loved him, learned so much more about cats and he lived to be about 20 years old. I started working with rescues, with TNR projects, raising litters of kittens. I am just passionate about them. I'm patient, I understand their behavior and their language. I'm comfortable administering medications in any form (oral, injectable, etc.). Im comfortable caring for healthy cats, as well as those with special needs, and of course hospice kitties as well. I'm also always happy and ready to help with kittens. I have a deep understanding of feline medicine and will always be passionate about feline health.

About: I have been taking care of animals my entire life. Everything from chickens to iguanas, but I’ve always had a love for dogs. I’ve been volunteering at the spca since I was eleven, and now I would like to care for animals in home. About: When I was younger we had 3 dogs, they were my best girls! Over the years we had rescued 8 cats, one of our cats may have some autism but she is so gentle and just needed some love. The trick is to let them come to you so they see you as a safe space! I currently work part-time but I am not working as much this summer, I may have a few softball lessons since I play college softball. My morning and afternoons are mainly free, in the afternoon is when I workout but I am very flexible! We used to have a fenced in area in our backyard for our dogs and a pool deck (no pool) but had to tear down our deck and now we have a beautiful grassy green area with lots of plants! My cats usually hang out outside or hidden in the house so they don't ever really make contact with the dogs but they like dogs too. All the dogs and cats sleep with us at night so they really do get along well. I've had animals my whole life. I grew up in a multiple cat and dog home and also birds and reptiles. I've done years of pet sitting so I have experience taking care of people's beloved pets. I work 7am-3pm M-Th. So I have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. I have cameras as well to keep an eye on the fur babies until I get back home from work. I have a fenced in back yard with plenty of space to play. I take dogs on walks around my neighborhood. I follow feeding schedules according to their owners preference.
About: I have been around a wide variety of dog breeds and personalities since as far back as I can remember. I got my first puppy at around 3 years old, and my family and friends have always had dogs and cats. I am currently a stay at home dog mom, so my schedule is usually free so that I can assist with any pet related tasks. Whenever I have someone watch over my dog, I expect them to stick to the routine and lifestyle that is given to him on a regular basis. Likewise, when I am watching over someone else’s pet I hold myself to that same expectation.

About: I have been in the veterinary field and pet sitting field for over 10 years, I love animals so much! and will care for yours with love and respect, as if they were my own. I am a full time veterinary technician, but make time for part time pet sitting and pet transportation. I will usually do check ins between 7-8am on the weekdays and Night time check ins around 9pm depending on the week. one week I'll work Friday-Sunday and my check in may be later at night, and the next week I have the weekends free and check ins can be anytime of the day. Depending on distance from my work I can do mid day check ins. I also do over night stays, and have a spot open for 1-2 small animals- same family for boarding. I follow every instruction that is left for me, go above and beyond to keep pet happy. I take pictures and send updates always. I make sure my pets are always left comfortable and safe, well fed and happy. I have a separate, very spacious room where i can safely board 1-2 cats of the same family, or one cat and one small dog, same family. I do have cats of my own but they do not have access to that area. I also accept small critters- reptiles as well. Cage and supplies will need to be provided.

We always have someone at the house to watch your dogs. I will be there primary caregiver. I will feed your dog in the morning and evening at the time needed.
