She was very flexible and understanding even though I had a few problems with access for her that didn't get solved until about one day before I had to fly out of town. Katie was very communicative and shared lots of pictures and videos of Puddin. He was very happy with Katie's care. He looked surprised to see me when I got home from my trip! During one of the last visits, the apartment complex towed Katie's car, which was unexpected. She let me know what happened and how she dealt with it. In client homes, I’m respectful, communicative, and always leave things just how I found them (plus one happy dog!). I love going on long walks or just hanging out with a pup who needs a potty break and some cuddles. At my house, things are really set up for daycare and boarding. The guest room is a cozy little doggy space - air-conditioned, comfy, and honestly kind of like a mini hotel. Dogs get a great mix of playtime, outside time, and rest, always with safety and comfort in mind.

She’s attentive, patient, and truly caring—making sure he’s well-fed, exercised, and, most importantly, happy. Throughout our vacation, she kept us updated with pictures which we really appreciated. Scooby loves to cuddle, and Allison made sure he got plenty of attention and affection. It’s clear he enjoys his time with her—it’s like a vacation for him too.
