About: I've been a lifelong dog owner and have cared for dogs most of my life. I've frequently dog-sat for friends and family over the years, including feeding, walking, administering medications when needed and providing lots of attention and playtime. I work from home full-time, so your dog will receive plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. My partner is retired and also home most of the time, so there is almost always someone here with the pets. Because of this, dogs are rarely left alone and get lots of care, playtime, and comfort during their stay. Dogs under 40 lbs. please. We provide a calm, safe, and welcoming environment and follow each dog’s normal routine for feeding, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. Our home has a fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy time outside. We also have a friendly 5-year-old dog who is low-energy and well socialized. She enjoys the company of other dogs but is also respectful of dogs who prefer their own space. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to us. We introduce dogs slowly, supervise interactions, and treat every dog in our home like part of the family. We are also happy to send photo updates so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away.

I first started to volunteer at San Antonio Humane Society in 2021 and previously wanted to start a career in Vet Med but decided to switch to Forensic Science. I’ve learned how to work with sick patients, surgery after care, medication administration, pet diabetes, reactive pets, and even can help with livestock cleaning and feeding ^~^ I am currently between jobs and can do multiple daily check ins / walking. Im always fostering kittens at home so I am definitely constantly moving ^~^ When I care for your fur babies in your home, I will always keep in touch with you on their condition and will let you know if anything happens ASAP. If there are medications to be administered I will keep a written log of time and date it was given. I have experience caring for dogs with special needs, and of all different sizes and breeds. I have plenty of time to play with your puppy! I currently work part-time and have a lot of free time on my hands for the summer. I have a fenced yard and one older dog aged 13 years named William he’s a schnauzer a family dog and is very friendly .
