I especially appreciate the extra care and attentiveness that was given to Palmer as Palmer found a way to cut on foot days before we were set to leave. I was very nervous as my dog is elderly with health issues and except for one time long ago, which was not a good experience, she has never been left with anyone but family. When Bella is nervous or upset it effects her health issue and she vomits. Becky was amazing with my Bella! sent me videos and pictures with updates. I can also be an early bird but am mostly a night owl so late night drop ins aren’t a problem at all! I keep both of my cats indoors because they were raised inside before they were adopted and we kept it that way. I keep a litter robot now for them just because of how much they use the bathroom but I didn’t mind scooping it up at all before I bought it !
