I've frequently dog-sat for friends and family over the years, including feeding, walking, administering medications when needed and providing lots of attention and playtime. I work from home full-time, so your dog will receive plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day. My partner is retired and also home most of the time, so there is almost always someone here with the pets. Because of this, dogs are rarely left alone and get lots of care, playtime, and comfort during their stay. Dogs under 40 lbs. please. We provide a calm, safe, and welcoming environment and follow each dog’s normal routine for feeding, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. Our home has a fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy time outside. We also have a friendly 5-year-old dog who is low-energy and well socialized. She enjoys the company of other dogs but is also respectful of dogs who prefer their own space. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to us. We introduce dogs slowly, supervise interactions, and treat every dog in our home like part of the family. “I cannot recommend Charlotte enough! I was worried about leaving my cat for 3 weeks, my longest trip planned since I adopted her, but having Charlotte there made me feel at ease. She was super responsive/quick to reply on the daily, even with the 12 hour time difference, and sent me regular updates which I really appreciated. My cat is a shy rescue but she bonded with Charlotte remarkably quickly. I could see how much she was being loved and cared for through her body language in pictures & videos. Charlotte seems to have an intuitive gift with pets that make her a fantastic caretaker. I also unexpectedly had to extend my trip last minute and not only did she accommodate my request, she was also open to walking another petsitter through what needed to be done in case she wasn’t available. I do this because I genuinely love animals. Dog Boarding and Day Care: My setup is a bit unique. I live in a duplex with my mom. Walking and Drop Ins: I am available for dog walking or drop ins on weekends and after 5:00 pm on weekdays. Our home is calm, quiet, and familiar to animals. My mom and I have cared for pets our whole lives and it shows in how comfortable dogs get here quickly. We have a fenced yard for outdoor time and my gentle senior dog, Jessie, who mostly keeps to herself. Visiting pets get a peaceful, low-stress environment. We only take dogs from one family at a time, so you do not have to worry about your dog interacting with pets you don't know. We like to keep routines consistent so pets feel secure, and pay close attention to each pet's needs, whether that means extra playtime, quiet downtime, or sticking to their normal schedule. I am extremely strict about your pet's safety. Walks are always on-leash on my neighborhood streets and nearby parks. I will never take your dog anywhere else unless you request it. About: they are not just pets they are apart of your family and ill welcome them with open arms into my home. I would like to keep them on the same schedule as possible from home. medications, cold food, raw foods, are welcome, please keep toys and accessories to a minimum. About: I’ve taken care of my dogs and some neighbors dogs all my life. Starting from puppy training to becoming responsible on the daily habits of walking your dog, making sure to give them food and water everyday, play with them and more. How some people are really good with kids? That’s me but with pets! I am currently in college so around my schedule, I have all the free time in the world to spend precious time with your child while you’re away! We have a fenced yard at my house which has prepared me for picking up poops around the yard if need be. My dog when hot we will bring him in and lay in the crate so I can be flexible for the needs of your pet.

She kept me updated and coordinated with my son very easily with the chaos of my being hospitalized. I cannot thank her and her family enough for opening their home to my beloved blitz. She insured he ate well, he had a great time and her fenced in backyard and he even got some social time with her daughter and a friends chihuahua. He really had a great time at his doggy vacation.
