“Here's the thing...Mandy is awesome! She wanted to do a Meet and Greet with our pup, before setting up a walking appointment. Our Border Collie is a shy girl when it comes to strangers. Mandy came in and sat on the floor, being patient and letting our dog come to her. After maybe 2 minutes our pup was best friends with her lol. Our pup kept getting Mandy to play tug, and throw her toy. It was so funny and cute. She didn't want to just take our money. She wanted to make sure she was a good fit for our dog, before committing to a walk. That's pretty cool. After taking our pup on a walk she always makes sure there's water in the bowl before she leaves. Mandy is very organized and professional! I would 100% recommend her.”

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I grew up with big dogs- Rottweilers, blue heelers and pit bulls. Over the 2022 summer, I potty trained 2 Great Dane puppies, I also taught them how to sit, stay, and overall manners. I love animals and truly enjoy having them around. I do online college. I prefer to do payments privately due to Rover taking 20% of profits. WHEN PAYING PRIVATELY: it’s 30 per night, additional dogs it’s $18 (per dog), For cats it’s $10 per night, each cat is additional $7 dollars. (I have a photos of the fees rover takes out on my gallery) I care for my own dogs, she is a 6 years old American stafforshire terrier. I feed her, take her to the dog park, walk her, bathe her, and overall care for her. I make sure the dogs I’m caring for are let out when needed, I play with them as much as I can, and I feed them when they are scheduled to be fed. I love playing with dogs so I’d play with them and take them out on walks.

About: I've grown up always having pets, experience taking care of three dogs in the house, watching family friends pets during vacations and experience taking care of small animals such as hamsters and guinea pigs. I'm currently a full time student in between semesters. My schedule is very free and flexible, I am available for at home visits and dog walking any time besides Mondays and Wednesdays after 7:30pm. About: I am a retired Navy man currently working nights at post office. I have had dogs my entire life. My family and I volunteer with the Diamond Dachshund rescue of Texas. I am willing to work with special needs, as well as medication administration if needed. I enjoy any breeds, size or temperament. I can do walks, runs or just chilling at home. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make your pet comfortable while you are away. I have a very flexible schedule so I am available most days. I am willing to work with the schedule your pets require to make them happy. I currently have 3 doxies and a lab. My family fosters for two different rescues so the pets in my house may change from time to time.
