“Sarah was amaaazing!! She genuinely loves dogs and knows how to make them feel at ease including we "the parents." Her husband Nick shares with her this genuine love for dogs and it shows. Our Coco stayed with them for 12 days while we were in Europe! Sarah took the time to keep us informed daily about how our Coco was doing. She texted us daily and sent us pictures AND videos everyday as well. From the moment we met Sarah and Nick we sensed that they were definitely a "perfect fit" for our Coco. She cares for small dogs only and that was an important factor for us because our maltepoo is very small and being among bigger dogs was a concern for us. About: Ive grown up caring for dogs since I was a kid. 8 years ago I had the pleasure of becoming a dog mom to a German Shepherd. I will often also take care of my brothers herding dog at the same time. I am used to caring for two large dogs at the same time including walking them twice a day. I often dog sit for family and friends over the last 6 years, including dogs and cats. My own GSD struggles with separation anxiety and social anxiety so I have become really good over the years of prioritizing walk times that will ease his stress. I am happy to accommodate to any time a fur baby may need their walk times adjusted to reduce other animal interaction. My GSD is around 100lbs and often gets excited, so I am more than able to handle any size dog that may get excited for anything even squirrels! I am a full time grad student but around that schedule I have time most mornings and evenings to walk and play with all animals. I am open to animal sitting most nights depending on my exams for that week. I can easily crate dogs due to experience crating my own dogs. I am comfortable feeding all diets to any animals, giving baths, walks, etc.
About: I've grown up always having pets, experience taking care of three dogs in the house, watching family friends pets during vacations and experience taking care of small animals such as hamsters and guinea pigs. I take care of pets not only as a job, but also as entertainment, a personal enjoyment because taking care of pets is more than a job, it is a great enjoyment for me. I take care of pets in my clients' homes and other times on walks in the parks, I respect the privacy of my clients, their tastes and preferences and when I am in the parks I take equal care of the privacy of my clients' pets and that of the others that I may meet on the walk.
