About: Growing up in the Hill Country, my family always had at least 4 pets at any given time. Usually no less than three dogs. I also volunteer at the San Antonio Humane Society when I can! Now, living in the city I don't have a dog of my own and am missing having a furry friend! This is not just a side gig for me but a way to be able to enjoy the company of my favorite furry friends! I'm currently in between work so I can dedicate my full schede to watching over your pets. Ideally, I'd like to find remote work so I can still look over your pets. First and foremost I give lots of love and attention! I have and do volunteer for SAHS and agree with most if not all of their policies on dog care. This means no use of fear, pain, hitting, or similar corrective actions. These behaviors have shown to suppress behavior without actually teaching the dog what you want and can create anxiety and even aggression. Dogs and cats have been a part of my life since I was a baby so I'm pretty familiar with their body language and try to be mindful of their needs. I consider them part of the family and usually treat them as such by ensuring they have a comfortable and pleasant environment. I think establishing a "safe place" for your pets to retreat to when they are feeling anxious is a great way to build strong bonds. My mom's dog, bullet, has one of the worst cases of ADHD I've seen in a dog and when he's feeling overwhelmed by too many guests in the house or strange weather, he likes to disappear deep into my mom's walk in closet.

Whether your pet enjoys being active, playing fetch, going for walks, or simply relaxing and receiving attention, I will make sure they get the care and companionship they deserve. I closely follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special requests provided by owners. I also send regular photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is safe, loved, and well cared for throughout their stay. 🐾
About: I’ve always had pets my entire life and have a deep love for all animals! I’ve worked in vet kennels and often take care of friends and family’s pets. I’m comfortable around all breeds and any temperament of cat. Happy to help with baths and nail trimmings as well! I have a remote job so I’m available to visit anytime! If needed, I’m able to work from your home to spend time with your furry loves or drop in a few times a day if you prefer. Wednesdays between 9am-12pm are the only times I must be in office but I’m flexible any other day or time! Im comfortable following any and all directions for your pet. Happy to utilize your home and/or yard, crate them or go on long/short walks as you need! I’m very open and flexible to your pets requirements.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I got my first cat at 9 years old. I adore the companionship and love animals give. Some of my best memories are centered around a fur baby and I’d love to make some memories with yours! I’m currently working full time but am able to check on during my lunch break and after work. My schedule on the weekends is very flexible and I’m typically available all day. Your pet will be my top priority when I am with them. I care for orher people's pets the same as I do mine because animals deserve love and safety. I will always listen to your instructions but I would love to give them treats, extra hugs, playtime and walks. About: I have had pets all my life and love to be around animals, and they love to be around me! If given the opportunity to care for your pets I would treat them like my own. I have a flexible schedule and can likely accommodate your needs. I am free to pet sit overnight, come over for walks, and make multiple trips a day. In my home I do not use crates for the animals. They use the doggy-door to let themselves out during the day to use the restroom and I walk them in the morning and at night.
About: I love animals and still have my family dog Oreo since I was 7yrs old and do my best to provide him the best care! About: Growing up in the Hill Country, my family always had at least 4 pets at any given time. Usually no less than three dogs. I also volunteer at the San Antonio Humane Society when I can! Now, living in the city I don't have a dog of my own and am missing having a furry friend! This is not just a side gig for me but a way to be able to enjoy the company of my favorite furry friends! I'm currently in between work so I can dedicate my full schede to watching over your pets. Ideally, I'd like to find remote work so I can still look over your pets. First and foremost I give lots of love and attention! I have and do volunteer for SAHS and agree with most if not all of their policies on dog care. This means no use of fear, pain, hitting, or similar corrective actions. These behaviors have shown to suppress behavior without actually teaching the dog what you want and can create anxiety and even aggression. Dogs and cats have been a part of my life since I was a baby so I'm pretty familiar with their body language and try to be mindful of their needs. I consider them part of the family and usually treat them as such by ensuring they have a comfortable and pleasant environment. I think establishing a "safe place" for your pets to retreat to when they are feeling anxious is a great way to build strong bonds. My mom's dog, bullet, has one of the worst cases of ADHD I've seen in a dog and when he's feeling overwhelmed by too many guests in the house or strange weather, he likes to disappear deep into my mom's walk in closet.

About: I have always had pets, specifically indoor dogs and cats. I also have 2 years experience as a kennel tech at a boarding/grooming facility where I worked with dogs of all sizes, cats, reptiles, rabbits and other small mammals. I am comfortable with any size dog and most temperaments. Each dog deserves care and attention, I am well aware that certain breeds have more difficult personality traits (and for good reason, too!) so just let me know what your dog needs and I will accommodate. Regarding dog walks: I am not currently booking for dog walks due to a torn ligament in my ankle. I am still capable of drop ins, boarding, etc. as I am healing, but walks are on hiatus for a few weeks! I am stable/sturdy - just in a boot. I work full time but am available after 5pm on weekdays. I do have a flexible schedule so if you need something, I may be able to accommodate if I can work from home! I have open availability on the weekends. As someone with kennel tech experience, I am very comfortable crating dogs and taking them for walks, playing as much as they want, and adjusting to their specific needs. I also have experience administering medication, both oral and injections.
