I also have 2 years experience as a kennel tech at a boarding/grooming facility where I worked with dogs of all sizes, cats, reptiles, rabbits and other small mammals. I am comfortable with any size dog and most temperaments. Each dog deserves care and attention, I am well aware that certain breeds have more difficult personality traits (and for good reason, too!) so just let me know what your dog needs and I will gladly accommodate. I follow each pet’s routine, keep a close eye on them, and make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and care. I’m especially comfortable caring for dogs, including puppies and dogs with different personalities and energy levels.
About: I love my dogs and I will love yours to!! Your family member will have a great place to stay, and somebody to play with. They will be well taken care of and have everything they will need, food, water, outside, pet scratches, and belly rubs. We will be taking walks in a lovely neighborhood and spend some time at the park. You may not want them to stay to long or they may not want to go home. I look forward to taking in your family members while you are out of town or taking care of business. Either way you can rest easy knowing your beloved animals are here with me and in a safe place, I will be more than happy to do so! About: I have always had pets, specifically indoor dogs and cats. I also have 2 years experience as a kennel tech at a boarding/grooming facility where I worked with dogs of all sizes, cats, reptiles, rabbits and other small mammals. I am comfortable with any size dog and most temperaments. Each dog deserves care and attention, I am well aware that certain breeds have more difficult personality traits (and for good reason, too!) so just let me know what your dog needs and I will gladly accommodate. I work full time but am available after 5pm on weekdays. I do have a flexible schedule so if you need something, I may be able to accommodate if I can work from home! I have open availability on the weekends. As someone with kennel tech experience, I am very comfortable crating dogs and taking them for walks, playing as much as they want, and adjusting to their specific needs. I also have experience administering medication, both oral and injections.
“Karen was a cheerful & fantastic sitter for our doggo over the long holiday! Her dog Sadie is so cute and sweet and Vinter got along just great! They became best buddies and I know Vinter will miss her! Karen was attentive to our dogs grooming needs and maintained his regular ear cleaning and made sure he had daily exercise and outdoor time in her large fenced-in backyard. Karen made sure Vinter was comfortable in her home and gave him lots of snuggles and attention and sent daily photos and updates so we knew our boy was well cared for and content while we were away. Vinter is looking forward to his next dog-cation in a beautiful and loving home.”
