She was super responsive/quick to reply on the daily, even with the 12 hour time difference, and sent me regular updates which I really appreciated. My cat is a shy rescue but she bonded with Charlotte remarkably quickly. I could see how much she was being loved and cared for through her body language in pictures & videos.
