About: I've owned to dogs in the spanned of 12 years. Both 100 plus pounds, I've also worked with medium size breeds and toy breeds. I also own exotic and cats. I have worked in the retail industry catering towards animals and have volunteered sitting for farm animals. I'm at the moment working towards a degree in veterinary medicine full time. About: Ive grown up caring for dogs since I was a kid. 8 years ago I had the pleasure of becoming a dog mom to a German Shepherd. I will often also take care of my brothers herding dog at the same time. I am used to caring for two large dogs at the same time including walking them twice a day. I often dog sit for family and friends over the last 6 years, including dogs and cats. My own GSD struggles with separation anxiety and social anxiety so I have become really good over the years of prioritizing walk times that will ease his stress. I am happy to accommodate to any time a fur baby may need their walk times adjusted to reduce other animal interaction. My GSD is around 100lbs and often gets excited, so I am more than able to handle any size dog that may get excited for anything even squirrels! I am a full time grad student but around that schedule I have time most mornings and evenings to walk and play with all animals. I am open to animal sitting most nights depending on my exams for that week. I can easily crate dogs due to experience crating my own dogs. I am comfortable feeding all diets to any animals, giving baths, walks, etc.

I raised a lamb, goat, and a guide dog in high school and personally, I have owned a Cavachon, and a Labrador. About: I have ALWAYS had various pets and farm animals. I have cared for hamsters, fish, cats, dogs, pigs, chickens, goats and horses. I guess you could say, I am a definite animal lover. I have trained a handful of dogs in obedience training and successfully trained multiple puppies to be crate trained and potty trained while assisting my (now grown) daughter with her 4-H dog projects. I do have a cat, but she has been around dogs quite a bit and is well socialized. I live in an apartment, so small and medium sized dogs are best if you need boarding or doggy day care. I find that large working dogs do not like being in small spaces very long, even if they are provided several walks a day. I am available for dog walking, drop in visits to care for your fur-kids while you are out of town, or boarding at my place. Whatever your needs are, I have got you covered! I work full-time from home so I can work around your dogs schedule when it comes to boarding at my house. However, if you need me to do drop and visit, I can usually only do them early morning before eight, or after 5 PM. If you happen to be in my neighborhood, I could probably make a quick trip around noon. If our dogs and/or cats get along fine I don't mind having them out of their crate in the house as well as in the yard. My older mother lives at home with me since I am her caregiver, so if you have a high energy large dog he/she would be limited to my office or my bedroom for in-the-house playtime if they want to be out of their crate. I am flexible with care instructions as I know each pet is an individual with their own needs. When we text about care, we can discuss what you would like.
