About: I’ve taken care of cats of every kind and at high quantities. I have a very thorough background in understanding cat behavior and adjusting my own to fit their needs. In general, I’ve found that my favorite thing about cats is their peaceful nature but I see something endearing in the wild ones as well. Overall, my confidence in taking care or any animal weather it’s fluffy, scaly or prickly is very high as I have been in the vet industry for nearly my entire adult life. We had a family emergency that required short notice travel that coincided with Thanksgiving week, and we are brand new to Austin. Enter Norman. We picked him because he has been verified and had good reviews. He was very responsive, available for our pets on very short notice, answered all my questions and scheduled a phone call with us to go over pet specifics. Norman is very professional. My backyard is unfenced, except for the patio area and a room sized square for dogs to pee/poop in. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, but they can be on the bed if they stay on top of the blanket. If you know your dog won’t run away, we can play in the unfenced area of the backyard :) I do have a 30 ft leash that I normally use to play with my dog outside. I work a few hours during the week, 2:30-6pm from Monday to Friday, but I am usually available outside of this chunk of time (plus traveling time). I will care for your pets however is needed and instructed. I have taken care of multiple senior dogs and dogs that take oral medication.

When caring for pets in our clients’ homes, we do our best to keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible. We follow all feeding schedules, walking routines, and any specific instructions (medications, diets, etc.) to make sure your pet feels comfortable and stress-free when they’re without you. We spend quality time with each pet based on their needs—whether that’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company. We’re happy to provide updates, photos, and communication so you can feel confident that your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.
About: Currently a licensed veterinary technician. Can administer meds, which will help owners of older dogs feel more at ease, and notice signs of illness/distress easily. I own three friendly corgis. I love taking dogs on walks and playing with them out in the yard. Always available to house sit and keep pets at my house, It is very rare for me to say no. We have our lower yard fenced for dogs to run and play. I'm into cuddling with dogs on my couch, but if you don't allow your dogs on your furniture, I won't allow them on mine either. I am also comfortable and experienced in watching a variety of animals. I have watched horses, cows, sheep, goats, bunnies, reptiles, chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks, hamsters, and hedgehogs. I’m usually up quite early on days off so they’ll have maximum snuggle time I do my best to care for pets in their homes just like their people would, so they will be less stressed with their people gone

About: I've had a lot of pets in my life. I currently have 6 dogs and 3 cats. I have experience with reactive dogs and dog selective dogs. I deal mostly with large and extra large dogs but have owned medium and small dogs. I've worked for a boarding kennel before so I have some professional experience with that. I am also a current foster to shelter dogs so I see different breeds and personalities all the time. I work a full time job. I work nights so I'm usually available during the day early mornings and evenings on the days I work. I can always find a way to make it work. I have dogs that do not get along with other dogs or people. I am very used to a crate and rotate schedule and I'm very conscious of my dogs mood and behavior. I also have foster dogs, so I have new dogs in and out and ensuring safety is my top priority.

About: I have lots of experience with different types of animals. We have three inside kitties that were rescued when they were still bottle feeding. Two years ago we lost our 19 year old Labrador to old age. And the year before that we lost our 16 year old chow chow to old age. I will feed, water, walk and clean up after the babies. She is currently earning her masters degree and I want to be able to help as much as possible. I am available most evenings after 6p. During the summer I am available all day Friday and Saturday. Now currently I own an almost 5 year old german shepherd and 2 cats. I would do anything for my pets and would love to be there for yours.
