“I think this was Abby's 5th time with Savannah and Gabriel. They are great with her. Abby is a handful as she is only 8 months old and still doing typical puppy things. I like that S and G meet me outside their apt building, so I just hand Abby over to them. They take up her bag of food and toys, and her crate and framed puppy pad, so I can be on my way. Same when I come to pick Abby up. They have one dog, also a shih tzu. I like that they do have a playmate for Abby and also that they just have one dog and she's a small one like Abby. As I've said before, their apartment is immaculate and very nice and so is their dog. So I know that Abby won't be finding stuff on their floor to chew up and swallow. (She's still in that phase.) They also have pee pads, a playpen, nice beds, etc. S and G always keep me informed with photos while I'm away. I'm so glad I found them.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats of every kind and at high quantities. I have a very thorough background in understanding cat behavior and adjusting my own to fit their needs. In general, I’ve found that my favorite thing about cats is their peaceful nature but I see something endearing in the wild ones as well. Overall, my confidence in taking care or any animal weather it’s fluffy, scaly or prickly is very high as I have been in the vet industry for nearly my entire adult life. Life has seemed to find a way to take me out of that industry and I am grateful to get the opportunity to potentially be able to work with your fur baby as I do miss it.

I have volunteered at animal shelters, wildlife rescue facilities, and animal therapy organizations. When volunteering at shelters, I bathed dogs, cleaned up their poop, played with, and walked them as well as played with cats. Additionally, I enjoy outdoor activities very much, so I am definitely in shape to walk your dogs and play with them. I hope I can be of service to you and your dog(s). My backyard is unfenced, except for the patio area and a room sized square for dogs to pee/poop in. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, but they can be on the bed if they stay on top of the blanket. If you know your dog won’t run away, we can play in the unfenced area of the backyard :) I do have a 30 ft leash that I normally use to play with my dog outside. I work a few hours during the week, 2:30-6pm from Monday to Friday, but I am usually available outside of this chunk of time (plus traveling time). About: Currently a licensed veterinary technician. Can administer meds, which will help owners of older dogs feel more at ease, and notice signs of illness/distress easily. I own three friendly corgis. I love taking dogs on walks and playing with them out in the yard. Always available to house sit and keep pets at my house, It is very rare for me to say no. We have our lower yard fenced for dogs to run and play. I'm into cuddling with dogs on my couch, but if you don't allow your dogs on your furniture, I won't allow them on mine either. About: I’ve been a huge dog lover since I was ten years old! Growing up, I pet-sat for neighbors, family, and friends, so I’m very comfortable with feeding, walking, and keeping pups entertained. I’ve owned three dogs throughout my life and am currently a proud Shih Tzu owner, so I definitely know my way around a big 'lion dog' personality! About: I've had a lot of pets in my life. I currently have 6 dogs and 3 cats. I have experience with reactive dogs and dog selective dogs. I deal mostly with large and extra large dogs but have owned medium and small dogs. I've worked for a boarding kennel before so I have some professional experience with that. I am also a current foster to shelter dogs so I see different breeds and personalities all the time. I work a full time job. I work nights so I'm usually available during the day early mornings and evenings on the days I work. I can always find a way to make it work. I have dogs that do not get along with other dogs or people. I am very used to a crate and rotate schedule and I'm very conscious of my dogs mood and behavior. About: I have lots of experience with different types of animals. We have three inside kitties that were rescued when they were still bottle feeding. Two years ago we lost our 19 year old Labrador to old age. And the year before that we lost our 16 year old chow chow to old age. I will feed, water, walk and clean up after the babies. About: My entire life we have always had pets. I am a huge pet lover. Growing up I don’t think there was a time we ever didn’t have a dog. Now currently I own an almost 5 year old german shepherd and 2 cats. I would do anything for my pets and would love to be there for yours. “Anthony is a great caregiver to my “humans only” homebody lab mix. After bad experiences with kennels, we usually opt for in home care and decided to try something new. Anthony responded quickly and was able to accommodate Cherry’s needs with no issue and the meal instructions were successfully followed. Cherry was returned to us happy, and healthy. It was evident that they had a blast in the backyard, because she mlemed and slept peacefully the rest of the night. We look forward to rebooking.”
