I was away on a birthday trip 7 days, and she took incredible care of my cat, Arrow, the entire time. “Amelia did great with my diabetic cat! She sent me pictures of the glucose monitor readings and tons of picture updates of my cat….she made sure to give him all of his daily insulin injections. If you have a diabetic pet, I recommend Amelia. She is warm and friendly, and was absolutely wonderful as we sat on the kitchen floor and I went over exactly how to use my cat’s diabetic tools. We even did a practice round where I put a little bit of water in one of the needles and had her put the insulin in the other needle (showing her to turn bottle upside down to avoid air going into needle) and I showed her exactly how I inject him. If you have a healthy animal or an animal that is on medication, this is the person to choose! She even said next time I go on a trip I could bring my German Shepherd! That way I don’t have to use two different sitters. Plus my dog and cat really like each other and did not like being away from each other!!”

About: I have been the go to person to watch my friend's dogs throughout my 13 years in the military. Either it be a TDY, a Deployment or just for the weekend, I've taken care of dogs for my friend's whenever they need it. I work from home 4 days a week so I'm able to accommodate most kinds of dogs and times for meet and greets. I now work in the office full time so any dogs that I watch will be alone/kenneled from 7:00am - 2:30pm during the week. I am in the military and may have to leave my house for a few hours, but those appointments are far and few between and will be communicated with you when/if they occur. I have a fenced in yard. I also have 2 large female (spayed) dogs to keep your dog(s) company. If they need to be crated I can accommodate that as well. Please let me know if your dog needs any medications or special needs.

About: I had a german shepherd who passed at 18 years since then I could not get another dog, instead I have been helping Petsit neighbors and family dogs, love to play with them, go on walks, bathe and feed them! About: I grew up with dogs of all different sizes and breeds along with the sweetest cats. I showered them all with love and affection as well as playing and walking the dogs. I am available all day and every day! I can take care of your little or big fur babies anytime and provide the attention and care needed! I have a fenced yard with four dogs that love to run around and play in. They love to chase each other around and are quite talkative to one another!
About: I have had four dogs for most of my life, and I am away at college right now and missing them, so I am taking up dog sitting. I am willing to hang out with pets literally anytime. I am always down to take them on walks or pet sit them. I will always make time for animals. I have a big backyard with a fence, so my pets do not get out. About: I have had a love for dogs all my life. Last couple of years I have worked with dog rescues as a foster, that is how I found my dog. While working with the organization I took some classes with a dog training. I work from home but at times I do have to make trips outside of the house. I work from home three days a week and am in the office two days with limited hours, so I have a later start to my mornings and am typically home by 5pm. This allows for consistent potty breaks, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. Our mornings begin with a potty break in the yard followed by breakfast. In the evenings, the pups have dinner and we wind down with playtime, a walk around the neighborhood, or cozy couch time. If your pup follows a specific feeding, walking, or medication schedule, I’m more than happy to stick to their usual routine so they feel comfortable and at ease. I provide a calm, smoke-free home with plenty of indoor space and a yard for dogs to safely explore and play. We also enjoy neighborhood walks for extra exercise and fresh air. Thor is crate-trained and comfortable sleeping in his crate at night. Bowzer usually sleeps in his own bed or near me. I always follow what makes each dog feel most secure. If your pup prefers to be crated, sleeps in their own bed, or is used to sleeping near their people, I’m happy to accommodate their usual routine. If your dog requires a crate during their stay, I kindly ask that you provide their crate so they have something familiar and comfortable from home. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I only board one family’s dog at a time. I’ve found that dogs adjust best in a calm environment where they can acclimate at their own pace without the stress of multiple unfamiliar dogs.
