About: I'm a veterinary technician, I have 20 yrs experience in taking care of dogs and cats. I am CPR certified and I can administer medications if needed. Besides my medical background as a animal lover, I can offer great companionship to your best friend while your gone. I currently have a 7 month old Australian shepherd who loves to play and can also offer friendship. I've been taking care of my friends and family's pets while they go on vacation since I was 19 yrs old. I'm confident in my ability to take care of dogs. I'm currently not working and staying home with our kids and animals. I walk our dog in the morning then hang out the rest of the day, my kids play with our dog. I live on 5 acres but we have fenced off an area behind our house for our dog and goats. I have a plastic kid pool to help them stay cool in the summer. I typically feed my pets twice a day and a treat mid-day. My house can get pretty loud with my kids yell and screaming when then play. My kids are 10 yr (son) and 9 yrs(daughter) old, I have a husband who loves to play with the kids and dog, it can get a little crazy at our house. I also have a 7 month old mini Australian shepherd, she is a shy girl at first but then gets crazy when she decides she likes you. I have 5 cats some like dogs and some tolerate them and just judge. I work Monday through Friday 8–5, but before work my dogs always get to run and play outside to start their day. About: Hey there! Taking care of animals is a passion of mine. The unconditional love they give us is just a great feeling. So a little about me, I went to Tarleton State for Animal Science. I want the animals to be comfortable with me and in the environment. Animals deserve extra love and attention, specially when you’re busy all day or going out of town. I’ve worked as a veterinary technician with animals for 8+ years, as well as taking care of animals outside of work. I love all sorts of animals and think they deserve the same care as humans get! About: Hello my name is Cayla. I’m from Houston, Tx and I've been an animal lover my whole life. I’ve raised other animals in FFA for my high school years while alson having other house hold pets within the years ( rabbit, turtle, dogs, and fish). I’m choosing to do Rover so I can build clientele and so I can expand my knowledge on dogs outside my pit bull and a few other breeds I’ve dealt with within my family and friends. Hopefully I’m someone you’ll love and trust around your home and your four-legged best friend. I do work from home and only work 4 days out the week so it's no hassle making sure everything and everyone is doing great. During the booking process I do ask for a routine so I can keep everything consistent. I do have doggie treats, extra blankets, training pads, and doggie toys I keep on stand by. In the morning I will open cages and let them move around freely aslong as im home and awake. If they need medication I have no problem giving it to them aswell, I do work from home so that will not be an issue.

I have plenty of bowls and plenty of crates (XS, S, M, L, XL & XXL) including a 3 tier crate (for cats) if needed. My schedule is flexible, I'm almost always home. If weather permits, I enjoy going out for long hikes or going to parks/neighborhood for walks. ** Boarding & Housesitting - I'm available 7 days a week. The potty break/meal schedule is flexible on my end. They can go out often for potty breaks, to explore, fetch, and enjoy the sun as they please. Also, will provide outdoor play with engagement of other pups and can do some training as well. ** Housesitting - I will spend the nights with them. Sometimes I will be away for a few hours unless you instruct me for a specific time, such as how long it is ok to leave your pets alone, I will follow your preference. They are welcome to tag along for the ride if they enjoy car rides. -- During my free time I volunteer as a pet rescue member with Trapping, Rescue and Pet Recovery Service (TRAPRS), a non-profit organization. I have been with TRAPRS since they were founded in 2019. When I'm scheduled to pet sit, I will not be available to do a rescue. Only time I'll be away is if someone is able to secure an animal, Ill be out for a quick scan for microchip or if I'm scheduled to drop-in to visit other clients' homes. I know it can be stressful leaving your family member with a stranger, but you can be confident that your furbaby/ies will be treated as one of the family; given plenty of love, hugs, belly scratches, treats, play time and walks during their stay. About: What could be better than a dog vacay at a real ranch? 2 ponds with bass and catfish to sniff out! Plenty of space to run and play with the other pups! There is a secure fence that surrounds the main house and another perimeter fence, that way the pups can only say hello to the cattle from a far. :) A special notice: there are cats and chickens on the property that roam around with the ranch dogs. Please keep this in mind as we love our chickens and cats as much as our dogs. I highly suggest a meet and greet for the newcomers before confirming a reservation at the ranch. The pups living the sweet life at the Sweet Ranch give it a unanimous "all paws up"!

About: I've always had dogs growing up and have 3 now. I have watched my family and friends' while they're out of town. I'm familiar with small and large dogs, giving medication, hyper dogs, and slightly aggressive dogs. I don't work so my schedule is very open! I am available for both weekdays and weekends and can work with whatever your schedule is. My boyfriend is able to watch our pets which allows me to stay as long as you'll need. About: I have trained puppies, I also have a senior dog that has arthritis that I make special food for. I have taken care of animals with anxiety and seizures that require medication. I am currently not working so I have plenty of time to play and go for walks. I am available every day but Sunday and can stay overnight. About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a child. I’ve had turtles, dogs, cats, a snake, geckos, ferrets, and rats! I work a flex schedule at a warehouse where I can plan my own schedule, rest assured I can work around different schedules to make sure to take care of the pets and have them as higher priority I have many pets at home. I have cats, dogs and chickens. If your pet isn't keen to being around other animals I will keep them indoors with me and take them out on a leash for the bathroom or to walk around away from the other animals. About: I love dogs they bring me happiness so I figured this is a great place to work. I just moved to Elgin and what better way to get to know the place than getting out and about! I actually worked with dogs previously for Taurus Academy before the pandemic started so I have quite a bit of experience handling dogs and picking up on their signals and emotions already. I have two little angels of my own, they are both well behaved and love other animals. There is truly something wonderful to be said about the connection and bond that is formed between an owner and their animals. I grew up on a farm, around goats, donkeys, chickens, pigs and horses. About: I grew up in an animal shelter. Sounds crazy right? Well, it's true. My mom has always worked around animals(and still does) so I was always right by her side. Whether it be at animal shelters, helping with adoptions, walking, feeding, giving medications. Anything to be involved ! Then she became a Veterinarian. So of course, when I got old enough, I worked at her clinic. I've truely worked with animals my whole life and have always had animals of my own. I am currently working as an Animal Rescue Coordinator each day but would love to further my pet care business . My fur babies are my children and I treat them as so. You will always be able to find comfort knowing that I will treat your fur babies with the same love and care as my own! My favorite thing to do is spend time with my 3 dogs. A few things we love doing are going to the dog park, playing fetch, frisbee, going to the lake to swim, agility, hiking, and of course getting frozen yogurt! I would be more than happy to spend time with your pup doing these things. I'm sure they deserve it! I currently work full time in VetMed but I have Fri-Sun off. This is when I’ll offer pet services. I’m hoping to offer full time care eventually. I care for pets in my home as if they were my own. They are allowed on furniture/beds if the owner is okay with this. I have doggy gates for separation of other animals if needed. Pets are never left unattended in my home. If I must leave for any reason, your pet must be kenneled in my home.

I have a fenced yard, each of my dogs have their own crates where they sleep, eat and have down time, I have sectioned off rooms that way dogs can have personal space if they need it.
