“This is a 5-Wag doggie hotel! Seriously, the accommodations are clean and homey, with individual decks in the runs and a resort pool to splash in. Daily walks within the fenced acreage make it a great place for dogs who like the great outdoors. The kennel clubhouse is air conditioned and very comfy. Beds are provided but Julie was flexible and welcomed the favored blankies and toys we brought. My very skittish dog Missy actually allowed some petting during the stay, a real testament to Julie’s sincere affection for the dogs in her care. I can heartily recommend her services and will use her again!”

About: I strive to mimic the way pet owners daily routine including feeding instructions, play time, bedtime routines, and we writing in between. I have handler certification through DHA Handler Academy. I am an open book and would be happy to answer any questions. I do currently have a full time job that I amvery dedicated to (yes, dog related)! My work hours are 8am to 6pm with an hour commute in each direction. Drop ins would be done before going in and when I get off work (yes, it's a long period in between- I'm not for everyone). On my days off, your pup would have my undivided attention. I personally have 4 dogs, all with different personalities and energy levels. I have a 8 foot wood privacy fence. In the back yard i have designated sniff spots to keep your pups entertained. The back yard also includes a dog house equipped with AC & Heat that is accessible through a doggie door! Inside contains water and beds and blankets. I'm half tempted to add a TV so that will be coming soon! I have a camera in my house for me to see and cameras surrounding the house as well. I have not had an escapee as of yet (KNOCK ON WOOD)! As for your home, whatever you do, I will do! I am pretty quick to adapt to routines and such!

“Beverly took wonderful care of our three fur babies while we were on vacation. She kept our 2 Siberian huskies and 1 whippet. Siberian huskies can be a challenge, so we left specific instructions about them being escape artists and Beverly went the extra mile and walked the dogs on a leash for us in the back yard even though her backyard is fenced in. We have never left our dogs before so it was very hard for the kids to trust them with someone else but Beverly sent multiple pictures to us everyday which put the kids minds at ease. I would definitely recommend Beverly to anyone needing a responsible person to look after your family fur kid. We will definitely be asking her to keep our fur family again in the future! About: I am an animal lover. I have three dogs of my own, all small rescues. I love big dogs but can’t have them in our tiny house. I am a full time nurse practitioner but take care of animals on my days off. I know how hard it is to find loyal and trustworthy people to care for my animals. I currently have 3 senior dogs of my own, 2 young dogs and my husband has a puppy that I look after as well. We have 2 inside kitties and 1 bunny too! We have 4 outside we take care of also. In the past I lightly volunteered at an animal shelter, wildlife rehabilitation center, and even worked with a groomer as a bather for a few weeks! I shut the gate to keep in very large dogs but if I board a small dog I'd leash him or her. But we are working on making the gaps covered since my dogs are so small as well. I am home majority of my day so most of my time is available just for this! I love meeting new pets of all kinds! About: I've had a dog since I was in 3rd grade. I have had a connection with dogs ever since. I think they are great animals and great companions. I like each individual dog's personality because they are all different. We homeschool our kids and take care of our three dogs on a daily basis. They get two walks a day (the dogs and kids 🤣) We do not have a fenced yard, however, our dogs go out numerous times a day with our supervision to run around and play. About: I have had dogs my entire life, as a four years ago I got an orange cat and could not choose between either for the life of me. I get the feeling they sense that they're safe and loved. My little girl, Maddie, was a rescue from the pound. She tested for heartworm and her human gave her up. She was five. She's been under treatment for heart murmur for 5 years, and is now experiencing bladder & colon obstruction. But her personality is just as happy and perky as ever. I had a cat that was with me for 23 years, who had 5 litters before I could get her in for spay, she was always pregnant before I could get her done! She was an outside cat until the last five years when I moved to a condo and she became a couch queen. I've had one large dog and 2 small dogs as an adult, and never boarded any of them ever. They went with me, or I had a friend stay with them. I'm retired and had a part time job driving for retirement home residents on the weekend to the store or church. I stopped working once the pandemic forced the facility to lock down & all off-property trips were prohibited. That was June 2020. I moved from Dallas to the lake and am ready for part time work. My little girl has the run of the place, she's got a bed, her own crocheted afghan on the couch, and a towel at the foot of the bed. She takes several meds for her condition. Has her nails trimmed & teeth cleaned. She has a big selection of food and treats. She takes me on long walks twice a day, and stays in the yard if I'm outside working. She hardly leaves my side. I have an rv so she can go with me when I travel. I've taken care of friends dogs when they travel.

During marriage life, we’ve always had pets (dogs, cats and a tortoise). I also volunteered from 2015 to 2020 at a wildlife rehabilitation organization where I performed husbandry for wildlife and a colony of feral cats. In addition, I volunteered for a non-profit pet rescue facility called “Frosted Faces” where they rescue older dogs and cats. I fed, bathed, played with and cleaned after them. I also bathed dogs, fed and cleaned after the cats. In addition, I cleaned up the outside area where the goats on the property were. We have recently moved here to the Cedar Creek Lake area. I’m available most days as my three daughters are now attending college and I haven’t pursued employment in the area yet. We have two dogs and a cat. We have an outdoor fence for our dogs but they’re inside most of the time. Our cat is always indoors. I’m very flexible to the needs of every client’s routine with their pets.

When I 1st moved to Dallas my friend needed someone to let her dog out a couple times of day due to her long work hours. I was there to let Jackie out to potty and socialize. I became his Auntie Robin. Now every time I go to visit my friend he thinks I'm there for him and walk and play time. Of course I do this as he is so loveable I'm happy to go for a walk and play with my fur friend while visiting with my friend. I recently cared for my neighbors large and small dogs, 2 cats and a bird on a last minute need while they went away for the holiday weekend. I did home visit twice a day as requested. I would spend 30-45 minutes at the home as the owners requested. The dogs knew me & I was like family. They were happy to see me. I feed them, played with them, let them out to potty and gave appropriate treats for good behavior. My last day they dogs laid on top of me like I was their family. The dogs also listened to me when it was time to kennel them even though they didn't want to go in they did. I currently volunteer for the past 12 years with a domestic rabbit rescue. I go out to the rescue when I can to help, feed, care for special needs bunnies, clean up them yard/x-pens where the bunnies are housed. I give medication when needed. Including medication by means of oral, drops and shots. Including helping with the rescue I also foster bunnies in my home in addition to my 2 fur babies of lionhead bunnies. I have taken the wonderful doggos on walks, assisted with their medications, fed them, provided baths/brushed their fur, gave them extra pets/hugs. I have also helped with a special needs doggo who was blind, gave him his medicine, guided him through his backyard to use the restroom, etc. I would also love to provide any cleaning such as cleaning their bowls, vacuuming up any hair, cleaning crates, etc. I work 24 hours on/ 48 hours off at a time so I have a bit more free time and would love to be a helping companion to your sweet animals! Daily walks within the fenced acreage make it a great place for dogs who like the great outdoors. The kennel clubhouse is air conditioned and very comfy. Beds are provided but Julie was flexible and welcomed the favored blankies and toys we brought. My very skittish dog Missy actually allowed some petting during the stay, a real testament to Julie’s sincere affection for the dogs in her care. Siberian huskies can be a challenge, so we left specific instructions about them being escape artists and Beverly went the extra mile and walked the dogs on a leash for us in the back yard even though her backyard is fenced in. We have never left our dogs before so it was very hard for the kids to trust them with someone else but Beverly sent multiple pictures to us everyday which put the kids minds at ease. I would definitely recommend Beverly to anyone needing a responsible person to look after your family fur kid. We will definitely be asking her to keep our fur family again in the future!
