I was in a strange situation, where I was moving across the country with my dog and two cats, but had to stop along the way in the Houston area, and leave my pets so I could fly out for a couple days to a job interview before getting back on the road. I needed someone to do check-in visits with the cats (one of them is very old and has feeding requirements) and to board my dog who is a little bit nervous when I'm gone. I was a nervous wreck about the whole situation. But Lesly came through for me. I took my dog Sombrita over to meet her a couple days before I left; and then Lesly also came over to meet my cats before the trip. Sombrita was really scared and timid when I left. But Lesly and her family were gentle and sweet with her, and she warmed up quickly, and had fun while she was there. Lesly sent me pictures and videos of everyone each day to put me at ease, and was always very responsive. I'm really grateful for her care.”

About: This is my lovely old lady, Snuggles. Also responds to Cat, Kee-Kee, and Meow-Meow. I got her from my grandfather when I was two and she grew up alongside me. For a long time, she was very unsocial as she was a barn cat, so human interaction wasn’t very common for her. She saw me every day, though. I fed her and gave her all my love every single day. Around two years ago, we brought her inside and started what I refer to as her retirement. At the beginning, she was apprehensive, as she had only known the barn and the outdoors. But, through patience and being gentle with her, she warmed up, and she is now the most affectionate cat in the world. She asks everyone for pets and is the happiest kitty ever.
About: I am a Vet Tech and have been in the Veterinary field for 25 + years. I am 50 and have 1 dog and chickens . I am Currently working from home and part time 2 day a week for a local Veterinary Hospital. I have a huge fenced in yard for them to run and play and only kennel them if that is something they are used to at home. I try to make their stay feel as if they are at their own home to keep their stress level down. And I also keep their feeding or medication schedule the same as if they were at home. I Offer Pet Sitting at your home or mine , Will also provide a bath, if that is something you would like or drop offs at the groomers or Vet for a extra fee. Have sat for many of our clinic clients so I am pretty comfortable with taking care of your fur babies. I have experience with special needs and anxious pets. Can give any medications needed oral or injectable. I have also watched livestock. I have taken care of exotic pets and equines, goats etc. I also have chickens and a few ducks. I own a mini poodle, named Zoe, who loves playing with other dogs. I believe in keeping pets safe, comfortable and well entertained. Pups are released outside for potty breaks every 2-4 hours starting at 6am. Pups are given 2 - 3 play sessions outside in the fenced yard. Play time includes allowing them to play with toys, water (pool, sprinkler), and play among other pups. I typically will keep pups food and water filled, but will keep pups on a special feeding schedule at the request of the parent. I also provide pups with treats through out the day as positive reinforcement but will omit at the parents request. Pups are allowed to roam the house but pups who are not potty trained are crated at bedtime.

About: I currently own a very healthy English bulldog who is 10 years old & a French bulldog who is 2 years old. I have owned both since they were 2 months old. I also bred English and French Bulldogs for four years, which gave me extensive hands-on experience caring for puppies from birth through adulthood. Because bulldogs are such a sensitive breed, I am comfortable and knowledgeable in handling everything from routine care to more specialized needs, including administering medications, tube feeding, and providing extra attention to puppies or dogs requiring additional support. I treat every dog as if they were my own and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and attentive care. I'm available pretty much 24/7 and I would of course let you know otherwise. For sleep time, If no crates are needed I have dog beds and blankets so they can just pick their favorite comfortable spot to sleep.

About: While I have not professionally taken care of animal, I have always had a dog (specifically pitbulls) in my household since I was a child. I've also house sat for reptiles (lizards and snakes), fish, and cats. I work full time remotely, so my schedule is very flexible. I can stop in at any time to walk or let them out to use the bathroom, or I can bring my work laptops with me to work from your home if I am needed for extended periods of time. I am also part of the Texas National Guard so every month I will need to go to drills, so weekend availability will change each month. At my dad's house in New York, I always leash our dog when we go for our walks and make sure that we walk through a safe neighborhood or on a hiking trail that's near our house. When outside, I keep an eye on him and make sure that he does not get into anything he shouldn't. I also make sure that if other people are around that he feels comfortable and safe. With my own puppy at home, he has a leash that we use to walk around our complex (they require all dogs to be leashed), but he is naturally good without a leash as well.

I’m very attentive and loving, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy at all times. I also have three friendly dogs who love having company and help create a fun, social environment, while I always monitor interactions closely. I follow each pet’s routine and preferences carefully and communicate with owners regularly. If crating is requested, I’m happy to do so but I will never crate a dog without the owner’s permission. About: I have been around/cared for dogs all my life! The last time I watched my aunt's dog one of them was pregnant with one of the babies I own today. She was really crabby to the other male dogs but she was such a sweetheart to me! All of them cooperated with me and didn't give me that much sass. So to make a long story short I will love your dogs like my own! I am usually more free in the afternoon but I find ways to fit my pups in my day because if I don’t then will? I have a specific room where I can keep your pup/pups kenneled at any point if needed per your request. I have multiple kennels of different sizes to accommodate for any pup. Dogs are only crated if requested during certain times such as nighttime or when I have to leave home(which is only when I absolutely have to). I can also accommodate for any dogs who may be fearful or not get along with any other animals! As an extra, I also fill out food, medication, and activity charts daily for all pups in my care. These charts are sent home with the pet parent a pickup time. I also have many room where I can separate any pets that cannot or prefer not to be near any other animals!

I leave her crate out and accessible for naps throughout the day, but it’s never closed unless we’re going for a car ride, or for other safety concerns.
