“I’m so happy to have found Sophia for our boy Maverick. She is patient and so caring with our boy. She always provides updates about his stay! He has such a blast and gets along with her dogs. I have a peace of mind knowing we left him with someone that will care for him like we do. 💙 10/10 Recommend!!”

“Linda kept my dog for three days and she did an excellent job with him. She even sent me a little video of Ollie speaking to me. It was adorable! I will definitely use Linda C. again!!”

“I wish I could just copy and paste the same amazing review over and over. Stephanie cares for my dogs like they were her own, it sounds cliche but it’s true. I would recommend her hands down.”

“My dogs have a dog door and someone home pretty much all the time. They come and go out the door as they please and Cindy was able to provide a similar routine + her dogs = bonus friends! Cindy is a pleasure to work with. She is well equipped for the job and everything went smoothly. I I knew they were in good hands while I was away!”

“I recommend Edwin and family to anyone! They take such amazing care of my dog, Layla, who is pretty anxious without me. They send photos and make sure she feels at home. I never worry while she stays here!”

About: I have been around dogs and cats since I was young. In high school I moved to a ranch and helped raise animals from horses to peacocks. Most recently, I have experience in healthcare and am comfortable with administering medications to your furry family members. My family moved to San Marcos and ready to open our home to your family. We do have a one year old girl and a baby on the way. So I ask to use your best judgement if your pet will be a good fit with us. My schedule is wide open at the moment, but can change quickly with a little one at home. I will be communicative of when I am not available and work to accommodate everyone. Our home has a good sized fenced yard. We also love to go on walks. If your pet has any favorite toys I would be happy to play until their heart is content.

About: Hi my name Destiny and I'm 31 years old. Dogs are my life, I also used to work at a dog day care before I decided to begin one on my own. I've always loved animals since I was a little girl and knew I wanted to work with them. I decided that caring for other dogs as if their were my own is absolutely an amazing feeling to make a pup feel safe while you're away. Also I have taken on a variety of dogs and tend to their needs such as grooming, medication and love! Experience with 20+ dogs in 1room with me and I absolutly love my job! I'm very aware of avoiding and stopping dog fights and noticing small injuries from rough playing. I can make sure your baby is safe and well for your return. I work from home that has a high flexibility for me to step away when needed to be able to tend to your pets needs. I start my work at home at 5:30 am and able to step away when ever your fur babies need attention or care. Once I clock out at 2, I may go run errands to start dinner. But I’m a homebody and much rather be in with dogs than be out and about.
“She is always so amazing! Communicative, loves on ur fur baby, and keeps them clean and all round great experience. I drive out of my way to use her all the time if she has availability”

“Stanya was an incredibly understanding, professional, and friendly sitter. She took excellent care of my Lali, and I was thrilled to see Lali happily playing with Stanya’s dog. I would definitely recommend Stanya to any pet parent looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

“Diane went above our expectations with Maggie. Maggie was still grieving over the loss of her “sister” and wasn’t eating, and she hates when we leave her behind. Diane and her fur-family welcomed Maggie and kept her busy and loved while we were gone. We got pictures and videos and it truly made our absence from her easier.”

About: Hi there! 👋🏼 My name is Brenda. I grew up in a small town surrounded by animals—cats, dogs, chickens, and horses. I was raised around German Shepherds, but these days I share my home with a medium-haired cat named Tofu and a belgian malinois named Safi. I’ve spent a lot of time caring for animals, both at home and professionally as I used to be a veterinary technician for four years. I’m now a stay-at-home mom, but my love for animals hasn’t changed I still love being around pets and would be so happy to help care for yours! Pet sitting is the perfect way for me to stay connected to animals while also being able to stay at home with my baby girl. Bilingual As a stay at home mom my schedule is super flexible, and I can easily accommodate you and your pet’s needs! I am available Monday through Sunday. Our home is a cozy three bedroom space, and one of the rooms is set up as a guest room with a twin bed—our cat loves to lounge there! She’s also welcome on the couches, and the same goes for any other four legged visitors. We also have a spacious, fenced backyard that’s perfect for playtime or lounging in the sun. If it’s more convenient for me to come to your home, I’m happy to make that work as long as you’re okay with me bringing my baby along if needed and your pets are gentle and comfortable around little ones.
“Amber cared for our crazy little pup, and she was very kind, attentive, and truly patient with my little pup, as he's a very energetic dog. I think if I ever needed someone to care for him again, I'd trust her again.”

“Amber took very good care of our dog Prince during an overnight stay in her home. She kept us updated on how he was doing through texts and pics. She is very prompt when responding to messages which I really appreciate. Prince was kept entertained and active playing with her puppy, so much so that once he got home he knocked out. Amber and her family were super friendly. I will definitely rebook with Amber in the future.”

“Stacey was excellent in every aspect during her drop in visits with our three dogs and cats. She kept a very close eye on a skin irritation that had developed on one our dogs and she updated us with pics daily. She was truly concerned with the health of our pets. We could not recommend her more. She is fantastic.”

“Michelle was amazing! She was thorough with her questions and even sent pics while she took care of our dog and cat! The house was as we left it and I’d hire her again without a second thought! She’s awesome and very trustworthy!”

About: I have worked with animals most my life. At a young age, I was helping out and working with the animals. As i got older i fell in love with being around any animal i found. In high school i took vet classes. I was able to work with actual animals learning how to bath, simple grooms, nail trims, anal glads and more. I have worked at a vet clinic administering medications, taking animals on walks, restraining, helping sick animals, puppies/kittens, and working with old pets. I will ensure your pets saftey to my full ability. No animal is too much for me and i fall in love with everyone i meet! I will give them the same love and care you you show them! I’m currently not working so I have plenty of time to play, care and be there for your baby’s! I’m available all week and weekends! I currently only offer pet sitting in your home. About: I have helped both of my sisters take care of their cats over the years (Louie, Salem, & Dobby) and I now care for my 3 yr old tripod, Latte. I love cats, even when they want nothing to do with you 😅 we all need our space!

About: My home was the safe haven for poor stray cats. I’d always bring them in my home so they stay safe. Cats are great! I’ve once housed 10 cats; 2 mothers, 2 of my own personal kitties, and the rest were kittens. I’m patient with them, and understand cats vary between person to person. The only reason I don’t own a cat now is simply because my boyfriend is allergic. Ugh, I love kitties!
“Ande was a great choice! She is very professional and responsive and provides great feedback and photos. Ande is also super nice and helps put nervous pet parents at ease. This was our kitties first time alone and I was completely comfortable that he was taken care of. Thanks Ande!”

About: I have cared for my daughters cats at times when she goes out of town. They eat at a certain time so I go over before 6pm and play with them and then feed them. Change and clean out their litter boxes. Make sure if they made a mess to clean it so she doesn't have to. I own 3 cats myself they are outside cats but they are well fed and water everyday.

About: As a veterinary technician at a no-kill animal shelter, I care for hundreds of cats each year and have extensive experience administering medications, injections, diabetic care, monitoring seizure disorders, caring for kittens, seniors, and cats with special medical needs. Your cat's health, safety, and comfort are always my highest priorities. My home is designed to be a calm, cat-focused environment free from the stress and noise that can come with dogs or busy boarding facilities. I provide cozy blankets, cat trees, scratching posts, hideaways, window perches for bird watching, interactive toys, and other enrichment activities to help your cat feel secure, relaxed, and entertained during their stay. As a lifelong animal lover with experience in veterinary medicine, fostering, and animal care, I understand that every cat has a unique personality. Whether your cat is social and playful or shy and prefers a quiet corner, I tailor my care to their individual needs. My flexible schedule allows me to provide attentive monitoring throughout the day, and Blink cameras throughout my home help me keep an eye on guests even when I'm briefly away. I treat every cat as if they were my own and strive to provide a safe, peaceful, low-stress home where they can settle in comfortably while you're away. Whether your feline family member needs extra cuddles, specialized medical care, or simply a quiet sunbeam to nap in, they'll receive compassionate, professional care from an experienced veterinary professional. 🐾🐱

My evening shifts are around 3-4 hours long as well. My schedule is always available to be changed for your pet needs. All care instructions will be followed. About: Hello all pet parents! I am new to Rover. I've recently relocated to Luling, TX. I am looking for small gigs like taking care of furry friends because pets are my life, as I'm sure they are yours too! Most of my professional and personal experiences with pets have been with dogs and cats, to include feedings, scheduled walks and playtimes, administering medications, bathing, nail trims, and just plain ol' cuddling. I am big on SAFETY as it is the most important thing when your pet is away from you or in someone else's care. I understand different breeds may need different types of attention, especially when factoring in age and certain health conditions. Please allow me a chance to meet your pup (or cat) and help you out occasionally! Cheers! (Smaller critters welcome, we all need a little checking on!) I’m currently a stay at home pet mom while I attend online classes to become an educator, which is self paced. It is very easy for me to balance your pets needs with my own! I may allow overnight boarding from time to time in my own home, I will keep my calendar open for that accordingly. I can take your pets outside to favored parks or areas, or care for them in your own home. I do not wish to stay overnight in your home, but may be available for extended hours.

“Grace and her husband were excellent! This is the first time my little 16 1/2 year old Dash has ever stayed in a home without either of his 2 mommas with him, and it looks like he felt at home with them. Grace was really good about keeping me updated and sending pictures throughout the day. I was never worried about him being safe and happy at all. Thanks to you, Grace, we were able to get through a very difficult day (my nephew's funeral service) without the added stress of having to worry about my Dash. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
“Amelia was an amazing sitter for my Kevin. She sent me photos and updates throughout the day. She was also flexible with my schedule and great about communication. I will definitely be using Amelia in the future!!”

About: Growing up we have always had dogs in the family and my first job was at a doggy care for a little over a year making sure that everyone’s loved ones were taken care of while they are away. I am currently working two days a week and will have plenty of time for your pups along with being able to make sure they are able to use the restroom as they need. We love visiting the river, the dog park, hitting nature trails around town, and quality play time at home. I also love cuddling up with my cat, Bee, when she will let me! I have always loved animals and wanted animal companions since I was a child. From dogs & cats to birds to snakes, the list of animals I’ve had under my care goes on. One thing that sets me apart is my desire to provide exquisite care for my furry/scaly/feathered friends. Every animal deserves to live a high quality life and it brings me so much joy to provide them with that. I continuously grow as a pet parent. I’m always researching new ways to improve my care techniques by staying up to date on things like nutrition, stimulation, and training. I work from home and decide my own schedule so I have a lot of flexibility in how I want to shape my day. This makes it so convenient for taking care of fur babies! We have a fenced yard that is perfect for a short zoomie sesh. Plus we have a gated dog park in our community that we frequent. I always try and incorporate as much outside time as possible.
About: I’ve had experience caring for dogs of my own over the years, which has given me a strong understanding of daily routines, behavior, and what it takes to keep dogs happy and healthy. Through that experience, I’ve become very comfortable with: • Reading body language and adjusting to a dog’s energy and needs • Maintaining consistent routines (feeding, walks, potty breaks) • Providing both active play and calm companionship • Handling different personalities, from energetic to more relaxed dogs I understand that every dog is different, and I take a thoughtful, attentive approach to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. As a small business owner and parent, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to intentionally build pet care into my daily and weekly routine. I’m often already out and about during the day, which makes it easy for me to incorporate walks and drop-in visits consistently and on time. I’m mindful about not overbooking, so I can give each dog the attention and care they deserve. Because of this flexibility, I’m able to accommodate a variety of schedules, including weekday walks and midday visits. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping things as consistent and comfortable as possible for your dog. I follow your routines closely, whether that’s walks, feeding, potty breaks, or specific instructions, so your dog feels secure and at ease. I take a calm, attentive approach and make sure they get both the care and interaction they need during each visit. I also prioritize clear communication, so you can expect updates and photos to keep you informed and reassured while you’re away. If I’m doing a drop-in visit, I make sure your dog is not only cared for, but also gets a bit of extra attention, comfort, and connection during that time.

I work from home and am responsible for my own schedule so am flexible to check on your babies! My family lives locally and we typically travel before or after holidays. So yes! I am available and willing! I am very trustworthy and have a special relationship with animals. I am confident in my ability to care for your babies and love on them or give them space.
About: I have been caring for animals my whole life, I would love the opportunity to care for yours. Whether you need someone to look after them and love on them while you’re out of town, too busy with the chaos of the work week, or you’re just too worn out after a long day to take them for a walk. . I’m your gal! 🙂👍🏼 For boarding opportunities, I have a huge fenced yard, and lots of space in my house with hardwood floors for easy clean up when pups make accidents. Also I usually drive for uber so I have a very open schedule to be able to give the attention necessary for my clientele. I’m making myself more available on rover app now that I know the holidays are right around the corner and many people need extra help with their furry friends. I’d love the opportunity to help make your life a little less ruff. Hope to meet y’all soon! 🙂 I’ve recently made myself a lot more available to both Wag and Rover apps. Since I make my own schedule, it offers me the ability to care for my clientele and cater to their personal preferences and needs, providing a better experience for your furry friends and you. Every animal I’ve had a chance to be a sitter for has had their own unique situations and needs throughout the day. I understand schedules, health problems, medications, walk times, eating times, etc, change with every client opportunity. I’m able to provide services that make it easy for the animals to adjust to a new place when boarding for multiple days, sticking to their normal every day routines requested by the pet parent.

“Hannah was amazing! She took the time to speak to me before leaving Rex to make sure I was comfortable. She also sent photos of my boy a couple times a day while we were away which definitely put us at ease. She’s great and we will definitely try and book her for future trips! Thanks again Hannah! ❤️”
