About: My first job was walking dogs back in middle school! I also stayed a couple nights at a family friend’s house in order to pet sit while they’re on vacation. I also have a pit of my own named eli, and a bunny named coco :)) I just recently started college, and it’s been a little hard finding a job, so my availability is pretty open, I only have a couple classes throughout the days :)) My dog roams around the house. He’s very friendly and loves to make doggy friends. Since he is a little bigger, small dogs might be intimidated, but he’s very gentle, and if needed, there’s a room we lock our dog in when there’s company :)

About: I have been responsible for caring for animals my entire life, and caring for pets has always been something I truly enjoy. I volunteered at an animal shelter when I was just 12 years old, and growing up, my family always had dogs, horses, and livestock. I learned early on that animals depend on us for their care, safety, exercise, and companionship. As an adult, we have had several family pets, all of whom remained part of our family for their entire lives. One of our dogs was a diabetic Chesapeake Retriever who required daily insulin, which taught me the importance of being consistent, attentive, and comfortable with special care needs. I currently live at a lake house situated on three lots, giving dogs plenty of room to run, explore, and play. I have two rescue dogs of my own—a Lab mix who has been with us for ten years and a one-year-old Mountain Cur mix. My home has two floors with separate entrances, which allows me to safely and easily separate dogs if they need their own space or don’t get along. I enjoy taking my dogs on leash walks down to the lake and around the neighborhood, and I am always careful to clean up after them. I have also cared for my grand-dog in Queens, so I am very familiar with the responsibilities that come with caring for someone else’s beloved pet, including keeping their space clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I don’t see caring for dogs as simply a responsibility—I genuinely love spending time with them. I enjoy playing with dogs, giving them attention and affection, taking them for walks, and making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while they are in my care. I understand that leaving a pet with someone is a big decision, and I would treat every dog entrusted to me as I would my own. I am retired so my availability is wide open. I have plenty of room both inside and outside for your pet. I live with an adult son so my dogs are cared for if i commit to sitting at your home. I have three lots so plenty of room for dogs to play. It is not fenced so I will always be with your dog whenever outside. I live in a rural neighborhood so I can walk dogs on a leash throughout the neighborhood including down to the lake.

About: Hi I am currently a student at SHSU! I’ve dog sitted since the age of 15. I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs; from bulldogs to chihuahuas. I’ve also trained puppies and taken care of senior dogs. I am currently a student and I work at part-time, so my availability to take care of your angels is mornings and evenings. Weekend mornings are also a great time! I am able to help with any training your dog needs, and there is a lot of trails around the town I am able to walk them through!

Ensuring your pup's comfort is my top priority, so everything will remain as is. As long as I am shown the ropes on how everything is maintained, then you can trust that everything will remain the same as when you left it. When I was 14 my dog got into an accident so I had to feed him medication and mushed up dog food and oral pills. I’ve had 3 German shepherds and 2 pit bulls so I can handle big dogs and strong dogs. I have a car so I'm able to do pick up and drop off. I'm willing to negotiate on pricing so don't be afraid to reach out! I’m currently working from home so I don’t leave my house unless it’s to walk my dog or get food. And when I’m not here (which rarely happens) my roommates are here to care for the dogs and apartment. I’m able to give baths and brush their fur. I don’t know how to cut nails but I can file them down. I let my dogs sleep in the same room as me so they won’t be separated throughout the night in case they have separation anxiety unless they aren’t potty trained.
