About: Animals seem to gravitate to me, I have never had an issue befriending a stray dog, cat, or even llama. I’m always that one guy in the room petting the dog. I have a natural knack for animal care as well and spend a lot of time just being friends with my pets. I am currently looking for a part time, flexible job that allows me to be with my family more. Therefore I am currently not working as I look and I am fully available. I have a couple of schedule items that I work around but overall I have a very open schedule that pet care will work wonderfully with. In my home we have more of a relaxed environment. Dogs are allowed to run around the home freely for most hours of the day. Cats are allowed to roam the catio outside freely. No cats are indoors and dogs are let outside twice daily to run and play and a third time just to use the restroom. Dogs and cats are fed twice daily and water is freely available. In a clients home I follow any guidelines they have.

They set up a meet-and-greet for us that went very well. They have a beautiful home with a backyard that was a perfect match for our pup, who loves to be outside most of the time. Cleo is our very first pet, and this was our first time having her cared for outside of our home. I had reservations about sending her to a kennel because of negative reports I’ve heard from friends who went that route with their pets. Yesterday was Cleo's first daycare experience with Alejandro & Keyla, and she had a great time! They took her for a walk, fed her on time, and helped her adjust to the other dogs in their home despite her high energy level. They sent us photos and videos of how Cleo was doing, and it was exciting to see that she was enjoying her time there. About: I’ve had pets in my life since I was born but I started counting my years of experience from when I moved out, got married, and had 2 dogs of my own that recently passed. We got them both when they were puppies and cared for them all the way into their seniorhood so I have experience taking care of puppies as well as elderly dogs. If at my house, I can watch your dogs here while I work from home. We have plenty of yard space if your pet likes being outside and if they don’t, I’m available to let them out anytime throughout the day. If at your house, it will just depend on the day/time and if I’m able to work from there. If I can I can just bring my laptop but if I can’t, it will need to be in the evening when I am clicked out. At my house, our dogs were mainly inside dogs so they were with me the majority of the day and anytime they needed to go out we let them. I will follow whatever feeding schedule needed; my dog’s food ranged from solid to soft food (our older dog had some teeth extracted and didn’t have many left) or a mix of both so I’m comfortable giving either. Water is usually always out for them to get when they needed it. Our smaller dog was allowed on the couch and bed and our bigger dog was only allowed on the couches here and there but was allowed on the bed. We did not crate them but I am familiar with crating. For other places, I will follow whatever routines/rules requested.

About: I’ve taken care of my family members pets (including cats and dogs) and they had all said that they will repeat the experience of leaving dithering dogs at someone else’s home since they loved the way we treated the dog, the way he was able to adapt into a new home as well as the love we gave them. It perfectly fits due to the fact that I live with two dogs at home ( a golden retriever and a chihuahua) and they are used to go into a park and play with the ball, play with some other dogs and sometimes just chill around. About: I've taken care of dogs, as well as cats since I was six. My pet experience with dogs is of varying size, energy level, and maintenance. From my moms dog who was a German shepherd, Rottweiler, and chocolate lab mix, to a large stray dog that mix have been a Great dane and boxer mix, and currently 2 small dogs, Angel and Charlie. I do have experience with diabetic dogs as my dog, Charlie, is diabetic. I have experience as well with handling high energy dogs like my dog, Angel, who is chihuahua and jack Russell terrier mix. I am currently unemployed, but live with my mom and take care of my sister, who is 17 years old, I drive her to school at 7 am and pick her up at 3:43 p.m. I am available between then and after 7 p.m. as I have to give my dog Charlie her insulin shots and scheduled feeding twice a day. On weekends I am available at 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and anytime after 7 p.m. I offer dog walking, over night watches, as well as general care for the dog(s) whether it be scheduled feedings, scheduled dog walks, scheduled medication, etc. Anything you are looking for specifically, let me know your schedule, your dog(s) schedule, what you are looking for and I will let you know if I can bring the care you are looking for.

Our dog is a very picky eater and refused to eat his kibble, so Christy thoughtfully offered him eggs, cheese, chicken jerky, and even some of the homemade food they prepared for their own dogs to ensure he was eating well. Our dog also enjoyed plenty of playtime. Their large backyard gave him lots of room to run around and burn off energy, and Christy even gave him ice to help him stay cool in the hot Houston weather. One thing we especially appreciated was Christy's excellent communication. She kept us updated throughout the stay and shared plenty of photos and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and comfortable our dog was.
