She was very flexible with timing and quick to respond. As I walked her through all of our dogs quirks, she picked things up right away — you can tell she has tons of experience. While we were away, Ariana sent consistent updates every morning and afternoon, always with the best pictures. Our family was busy nonstop on vacation, so I couldn’t always reply right away, but she still kept the updates coming. Her messages and photos were the highlight of our day and always made us stop for a moment to laugh at the stories she shared. She set a great routine for the dogs and let us know she made sure they were tired out before bedtime. They got plenty of playtime, and she even gave them with treats and delicious food toppers. Our older dog (8 years old) had some separation anxiety the first night, and Ariana immediately asked for suggestions and offered thoughtful ideas of her own. By the end of the week, he was doing so much better. Ariana mentioned she’s been dog‑sitting for a long time, and it definitely shows. I think our older dog was practically asking her to let him back inside her house when we picked them up!
