She then contacted us and provided us with all the detailed information required to put our minds at ease. Due to time constraints she was unable to provide us with a walk-through until we got there, but once we arrived she made sure to walk us through the house and to explain Bears surroundings. Later on during our dogs stay she sent this photos of bears activities and updates which really helped put our mind's at ease! At pick up all of bears things were packaged and ready to go. When we got home we were surprised to find a thank you note and a couple of very cute toys that left for bear! I highly recommend this couple! I love sending pictures and videos throughout the day with updates on your fur baby and I’m available to talk at all times while they are in my care. They are my first priority and my last when I’m helping someone else out. I take care of them before leaving for work and visit them when I return from work. Sometimes they enjoy coming along with me to walk or feed pets, but only with your permission. If you prefer I come alone, I will absolutely respect that. I work full-time in education, so I have all-day availability during the summer and school holiday breaks. During the school year, I’m available after 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends to care for your furry friends. I’m happy to be flexible when I can—just reach out and we’ll see what works! I treat every animal I care for with love, patience, and respect. Pets are truly a gift, and I will always do my best to make sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away. I appreciate clear instructions and am always happy to send updates and photos so you feel connected and reassured while your pet is in my care.

“Jill and her husband are amazing! We contacted them via rover a couple days before Thanksgiving and asked her to care for a dog. She was happy to oblige. She then contacted us and provided us with all the detailed information required to put our minds at ease. Due to time constraints she was unable to provide us with a walk-through until we got there, but once we arrived she made sure to walk us through the house and to explain Bears surroundings. Later on during our dogs stay she sent this photos of bears activities and updates which really helped put our mind's at ease! At pick up all of bears things were packaged and ready to go. When we got home we were surprised to find a thank you note and a couple of very cute toys that left for bear! I highly recommend this couple! They are very dog centered, loving, and nurturing providers!”
