About: My family has always had pets. Growing up, we had dogs of every kind and size. As an adult, we have had several pets, but currently have one husky named Luna and one cat named Darcy Binks! About: I am a 30 year old stay at home mom of one and dog mom of four. We love to play in our large fenced yard. We would love to have your furbabies over for a fun day of playing and rest. Our fur family includes 6 year old miniature dachshund siblings, Cami and Cooper, ten year old, great pyrenees Boomer, and eleven year old dachshund- mix Oliver. We typically start off our day outside chasing squirrels, chewing sticks, and playing fetch. Then we have our morning treat. After treat time we make sure to take a potty break followed by a nap on the couch. Boomer loves to sneak off to the bedrooms and get back in the bed for an afternoon snooze. The rest of the afternoon we play inside with all of our toys and bones before going outside to play some more. About: I have been in love with animals since I was a baby. I grew up in a dog loving household. I have always had pets as long as I can remember. Dogs, cats, turtles, mice, fish, hermit crabs. My goal is to one day have a goat and a pig as well. I worked in a pet store that wolf puppies for 3 years and my primary job there was to take care of the puppies and to teach the perspective new families to potty train their new babies and what to expect for their specific breeds. I have also helped my parents train all of their dogs and sit for them when on vacation. It’s a full house but I love it. I currently work but have time in the afternoons and weekends to walk or check on your fur babies and let them go outside and play or just stretch their legs out of the kennel, whatever the needs may be. I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of room to run and play and a very friendly playful golden doodle that loves new friends. He gets along with all sizes and ages of dogs. My families dogs range from 3 lb yorkie to 90 lb golden doodle and a few in between. My baby is in his bedroom (kennel) when we are not home, one of my parents dogs does not require a kennel when we are not there so I do not require it as long as they are potty trained and do not chew.

I am generally gone for less then an hour or two but occasionally time away can be up to 4 hrs. I prefer pets that are crate trained for they find crates safe and comfy opposed to punishment. I just like to have this noted to be fair and honest. I absolutely need a meet with the larger dogs to be sure we are a good fit. I am always available for the tiny-medium dogs 🐕 🙂

When It's my time to be responsible for your babies, they are always on my mind and they are my first priority when I'm off work. I'm a Substitute Teacher for the Ingleside ISD. My free time is spent with family and art. Usual days are cleaning, cooking, running errands, and picking my children up from school. Unfortunately I no longer have pets in my home due to personal reasons. They were well loved and at liberty. I have had dogs from Great Danes, labs, bird dogs, Chihuahuas, Australian shepherds, border collies, healers, and Belgian malinois. all kinds of temperament and levels of care. “This was my first time leaving Duke with someone and I was really worried he would not do well. We had gone on a meet and greet 2 days before and Duke got along well with Melinda and her 2 dogs but I was still apprehensive. When it came time to drop him off he jumped right out of the car and ran up to Melinda and her husband without hesitation and went right in the house ! Melinda kept me informed with pictures of Duke having a great time and I have to say Duke misses his new friends.
