We both work from home full time, which leaves us with plenty of availability to have dog friends come stay with us! We go walking regularly, have a secure yard, and our house is very dog friendly. Both my husband and I work from home full time, so we are home all day long. We are able to accommodate regular potty breaks in our large fenced backyard, and typically do walks in the morning or evening. About: Over the past 5 years we had cats come to our home, found them on roads, and found them around my old high school. We have 8 kitties, 1 outside , 7 inside. I have cleaned 6 of the 8 cats myself when we rescued them, I am currently in college so I was not around when we rescued the 2 newest kitties. I took 5 of them to the vet and administered flea and worm medicine to them. Some of them also had eye/ear problems and I would take care of them by giving them eye/ear drops with no problem (I gave them treats so they would feel better!)

My first cat I adopted as an adult was a 16 year old tabby named Lincoln who was about to be euthanized for being bullied by the other 9 young cats at home. I said "absolutely not!" And I took him home, loved him, learned so much more about cats and he lived to be about 20 years old. I started working with rescues, with TNR projects, raising litters of kittens.
