“Maddison and Wesley B. are our first Rover experience. As a single mom with my family living far away I came to Rover.com in search of a solution for my sweet Bella dog over Thanksgiving Break. When we brought Bella to them for our first meet and greet, I was nervous that she would be anxious. I couldn’t have been more surprised at how wrong I was. Bella, our mini-bernadoodle, walked strait into their home like we were visiting an old friend. Their dogs greeted all of us as if we’d known one another for years and Bella instantly felt right at home. On drop off day, I was like a mom ar daycare for the first time, sad and nervous. Bella, however, hardly noticed I was leaving. We received one to two photos every day. Bella always looked happy and cared for. When we picked Bella up, she was very happy to see us. The love rush was amazing. Maddison and Wesley are excellent communicators. They were reasonably flexible with the drop off and pickup times. Their home was well cared for. And above all, we felt safe and comfortable leaving our furriest family member with them for a week. I would recommend them to my friends and I would use them again.”

About: Hello!! My names Tatum I’ve taken care of pets my whole life, my best friend when i was born was a weenie dawg, but i’ve had 4 dogs total in my life. I currently have 3 cuddly cats and a 1yr old, big ol handsome lab! I can do day or overnight sitting in my own apartment, I know there’s no straight access to a backyard :(( but i take my dog to the apartments dog park twice a day for 30-90mins. My apartment also has a nice big field right outside my door that i take them to go potty as many times needed! I don’t have any experience with shot medications but i sure know how to hide a pill in some cheese! We have plenty of toys to play with and my lab LOVES making new friends, he always has a ton of energy to keep your furr baby busy! If your dog needs to be crated or isn’t crate trained i can accommodate that, i have big crate here or you’re welcome to bring your own. Im available for overnight boarding/day sitting on the weekends (Fri@4:00pm - Sun@11:00pm) I work full time(M-F) 2 minutes away from my apartment and can go home on breaks. So if you absolutely need me to watch on a weekday i can make accommodations. I also have a camera in the living room to keep an eye on them. We can crate if crate trained if you feel more comfortable with that! My puppy had a bad chewing habit when he was little, so we keep the floors clean (except for toys of course) I can easily crate your dog if needed. Dogs are allowed on furniture for maximum cuddles :)

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 11 years old. My experience ranges from newborn puppies/kitties to senior animals as well. When I was 16, I was working at a ranch as a dog/puppy tech handler. I helped clean, groom, and train miniature Australian Shepherds. As well as I handled mama dogs and their babies! While there, I also fed a feral colony and acquainted myself with some of the barn animals (Horses, cows, bulls). Any type of special latches, gates, key codes, etc. Is not a problem either. Animals hold a very special place in my heart, so rest assured, your baby will be my baby.

About: Raised an australian shepard pup and kept her occupied and also have dog sat, walked and had sleep overs with from huskies to shelter pups. Never met a dog I didn't like. I have a very open schedule for frequent walk and stop ins. Setting pups up for the night and making sure they are tired from every walk. I always ask what their typical routine is to mimic it in the dogs safe space and am focused on replicating it as well as I can.

I have been dog/house sitting for friends regularly for a few years, and a pet enthusiast/caregiver my entire life! I have experience with multiple types of animals. I am a part-time stylist looking to fill my extra time getting paid for something I love to do. My two Siamese cats, Pixie & Dusty, are pretty low maintenance. They have dry food/water dispensers and get wet food as a “treat” at dinner time. My Great Dane puppy, Memphis, needs a little bit more of my time. If I stay over at your house, I need to make sure my dog is kenneled by 8pm, and let out the next morning no later than 6:30am. My schedule is very flexible otherwise! At client’s homes I always follow instructions carefully. I prefer to have a few notes of written instructions to reference. Instructions can be printed out or sent to my phone. Bella, our mini-bernadoodle, walked strait into their home like we were visiting an old friend. Bella, however, hardly noticed I was leaving. We received one to two photos every day. Bella always looked happy and cared for. When we picked Bella up, she was very happy to see us. My home is currently filled with 7 animals of my own—2 dogs and 5 cats! They’re definitely my favorite part of home life (other than my husband, of course lol). I regularly care for the pets of my family and friends, including my brother-in-law’s dog, who I watch very frequently, as well as my family’s 2 dogs and cat. I also occasionally care for a close friend’s dog. One of my longer pet-sitting experiences was caring for my cousin’s dog for 3 months while she recovered from a broken leg. We are an extremely pet-friendly household and genuinely love having animals around. When friends come over, we’re always telling them to bring their pets! My schedule is currently completely open, and as an at-home wife, I’m able to be home with your pets for the majority of the day most days.
