About: Hi I'm Skylar, I have been petsitting since I was 6 with my mom. When I was 12, I started taking care of pets on my own I have cared for many dogs of an array of breeds of all sizes; I have had puppers that had very specific needs (medications, ice water, cuddles 247). And some that only needed some good love and attention while their family was away. I have also cared for many cats and other animals, including Guinea pigs, Flying squires, Rabbits, Fish, Frogs, and Snakes. About: I go above and beyond to care about pets because they deserve unconditional love! I own two of the most amazing and beautiful boys and I could not imagine a life without them. I will always make sure that pets under my care are taken care of properly and trained as part of their stay with me. Pets are the worlds gift to us and as such they deserve to be treated with love and respect. Your pooch may not be able to speak out about their experience with sitters, but their actions can definitely show the difference. Leave your pet in good hands for a worry-free experience. I stay home which means your pets will not be unattended or kenneled throughout the day. I know it is important for pets to be comfortable, especially when staying with someone new to avoid anxious behaviors. Making sure that my boys get time to play and just relax around the house is very important to me and as such I will make sure that your pets get the same care. I have a fenced yard where your pet can play with my two boys if they so desire. They will be able to also play and relax in their own room while having the option to look out the window. Dogs can be kenneled if needed but won’t spend their day like that as I wouldn’t want my pets in a kennel for extended periods of time.

I do work from home and only work 4 days out the week so it's no hassle making sure everything and everyone is doing great. During the booking process I do ask for a routine so I can keep everything consistent. I do have doggie treats, extra blankets, training pads, and doggie toys I keep on stand by. In the morning I will open cages and let them move around freely aslong as im home and awake. If they need medication I have no problem giving it to them aswell, I do work from home so that will not be an issue.

I do have 2 dogs who are very friendly but to keep your baby safe I am able to crate them and put them in a different fenced section during outdoor time.

Ever since I was 10 years old, I’ve taken care of 2 dogs on my own, because both my parents had full-time jobs. When my senior dog was diagnosed with fatal cancer, I was her main caretaker up until her last minute. You can count on me to take special care of your senior pets just as well as I did my own. Furthermore, I recently got my first puppy independently and raised her completely on my own. That being said, raising a puppy (especially a GSD) is not for the faint of heart, therefore I feel very experienced with caretaking and dog ownership. I’m young, full of energy, and responsible so I would love to share this with your high-energy pets too! I can adhere to both sides of the spectrum, old and slow or young and spunky. Your pets are in good hands with me! I provide my GSD, Zoey, with daily exercise and stimulation. At the very least, Zoey gets 2 walks per day, each of which are 30 mins to 1 hour. I also take Zoey with me everywhere possible (picking up groceries, studying at a coffee shop, exploring nature trails, etc). Other than taking care of Zoey’s needs, if my profile is active, I am extremely flexible with scheduling! I will adhere to the owners instructions and preferences precisely. I know how hard it is to trust someone else to take care of your furry best friend as well as you would yourself, but I promise to do exactly as asked and more! I have a deep passion for animals and would want a sitter to treat my pets as well I would, or better. You’re pets are in great hands with me.

My two great pyrnees mix pups love people and dogs, so Megan gave them a space that kept them busy and happy. They got to cool off daily in the doggy kiddie pools and play with other dog friends. I grew up in a home with multiple dogs—both small and large—so I’m very comfortable handling different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I previously worked at PetSmart as both a pet care associate and a dog trainer, where I gained valuable experience working with dogs of all temperaments, as well as cats and exotic pets. On weekends, I have full availability and can dedicate my time to caring for your pet, whether that’s drop-ins, walks, or boarding. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and two friendly, well-socialized dogs who love having company.
