I am very cautious about who I leave him with and I have to say I trust Rita implicitly with my dogs. Firstly they love her, she spends actual time with them and I know she can handle my Bossko no problem. Rita has an understanding of dogs and their behavior/needs that has been literally life saving for my dog. That probably sounds dramatic but we were having some big behavioral issues surrounding a move and I was starting to worry about safety but also refused to give up on my dog. Rita offered some insight as to what he might be needing from me and offered some ideas on a routine and safety measures I could implement to help him (things that are actually sustainable in my busy life as a single mom) and it has been a game changer! About: My and my puppies (Pilot- 11 and Maxie- 14) love having other furry friends to play with! With younger puppies, I can maintain any training protocols you’re working on (leash walking, potty training, chewing). For seniors, I can accommodate whatever you need from me while in my care. For all others, we have lots of options to have fun, keep them busy, or just chill out. I’m home all day so there’s plenty of time for playing, cuddles, walks and attention. Lots of toys, furniture and dog beds for your babies to play with or get comfy. I have a lot of experience with dogs that may have difficulties on walks (pulling, chasing, reactive). I always make sure the pets are comfortable and have their needs met. My apartment is on the 1st floor and the back door leads to the doggy courtyard so potty breaks don’t have to be scorching for them in these Texas summer months.

Our dogs had never been watched by anyone else for that long and we were worried but Steven made us feel so comfortable from the time we contacted him. Our 16 year old Chihuahua is on heart medication that needs to be given twice a day and Steven was very accommodating to our dogs’ needs. He sent plenty of pictures and updates throughout our trip and we really appreciated that. We ended up missing our return flight and Steven was very understanding and took care of our babies until we could get rebooked and fly back home the next day.
