Bruce has historically been a tough one with sitters — he gets anxious and can be hesitant to warm up — but Jennifer's patience and calm approach made all the difference. She used a slip lead to ease him into bathroom breaks, gave us consistent updates, and within just a day or two he was completely off the slip lead and settling in comfortably. That kind of attentiveness is rare and we are so grateful. Luna did great too, and Jennifer kept a close eye on both of them, noticing the little things like Luna's drool (nerves) and adjusting feeding arrangements so Luna would actually finish her meals. She also accommodated some last-minute changes when our flight got cancelled without any hesitation. On top of all that, Jennifer sent so many photos throughout the stay — it genuinely put our minds at ease while we were traveling. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pups. We will absolutely be booking with Jennifer again. Highly recommend her to anyone, especially those with anxious or shy dogs!”

When I first met Min, she was warm and friendly. When I was leaving, she immediately got acquainted with my dog and took him outside and walked him. I felt comfortable and knew my dog would be in good hands. While I was away, Min kept me informed several times a day about his eating and potty time. “Loooove Kellie and her family!! Over the past 11 years, I’ve resided in numerous states with my pup and have tried a TON of sitters. None compare to the experience at Kellie’s home. This statement coming from myself is not expressed lightly as I am the definition of a ‘crazy dog mom’. Naturally, I get high anxiety having to leave my pup behind during travel as I typically try and take her everywhere. Since moving to TX, it only took one stay with Kellie for me to realize that there is no one else I’d rather use exclusively to care for Storm while I am away. During the stay, Kellie keeps me posted on daily activities and provides photos. Aside from this, what I love the most are the detailed written updates as it just warms my heart to hear of my pups personality, goofy habits and funky quirks coming out during the stay which really shows how cozy and at my home Storm is with Kellie. “I am so grateful for Rita. I have a reactive Pitt who was rescued from severe neglect at about 1 year old. I am very cautious about who I leave him with and I have to say I trust Rita implicitly with my dogs. Firstly they love her, she spends actual time with them and I know she can handle my Bossko no problem. Rita has an understanding of dogs and their behavior/needs that has been literally life saving for my dog. That probably sounds dramatic but we were having some big behavioral issues surrounding a move and I was starting to worry about safety but also refused to give up on my dog. Rita offered some insight as to what he might be needing from me and offered some ideas on a routine and safety measures I could implement to help him (things that are actually sustainable in my busy life as a single mom) and it has been a game changer! I can see the difference in his demeanor, in his recovery from stressful events, and he's so much more happy and fulfilled. My whole house is so much more calm and settled and I get to give him a happier life. Rita's understanding and compassionate care for dogs is unmatched, and I'm a better dog mom as a result.”

About: I can’t wait to spend time with your fur babies! I love animals and will always get a bunch of cute photos for you during my time with them. Running is an additional option if you specify in the request. Pet brushing and pet vacuuming available on request. I love all animals and will care for them like they’re my own. I have experience with special need animals, animals from traumatic situations who may need special care, as well as medically complicated. I work fully remote and take frequent breaks to walk throughout the day and play/snuggle breaks! My schedule is pretty flexible and there is lots of room for them. My house has lots of room for animals and I’m in a great neighborhood for walks. I have lots of toys and activities for cats and dogs
About: My and my puppies (Pilot- 11 and Maxie- 14) love having other furry friends to play with! With younger puppies, I can maintain any training protocols you’re working on (leash walking, potty training, chewing). For seniors, I can accommodate whatever you need from me while in my care. For all others, we have lots of options to have fun, keep them busy, or just chill out. I’m home all day so there’s plenty of time for playing, cuddles, walks and attention. Lots of toys, furniture and dog beds for your babies to play with or get comfy. I have a lot of experience with dogs that may have difficulties on walks (pulling, chasing, reactive). I always make sure the pets are comfortable and have their needs met. My apartment is on the 1st floor and the back door leads to the doggy courtyard so potty breaks don’t have to be scorching for them in these Texas summer months.
