About: Howdy yall! My name is Brett and I live in Smithville (78957), just east of Austin. My house has a 1/2 acre fenced in yard and is great for extended stays. I’ve raised many breeds of dog, including helping the birthing process! Must be friendly with other dogs, as I have dogs who get along great with all manner of beasts. I work from home and literally have no social life in this small town. Point is, I am a home body that is always working on my home and sanctuary. Dogs here get constant attention, treats, and lots of yard time. I love taking long walks in the neighborhood with the dogs and it’s a great area for it! There are several areas for dogs to sleep and make themselves at home. Each room has a dog bed and the living room couch is owned by the dogs. I am currently kenneling one dog who has a leg injury, so I’m patient with pups and know how to administer medications.

About: I have lots of experience with different types of animals. We have three inside kitties that were rescued when they were still bottle feeding. Two years ago we lost our 19 year old Labrador to old age. And the year before that we lost our 16 year old chow chow to old age. I will feed, water, walk and clean up after the babies. She is currently earning her masters degree and I want to be able to help as much as possible. I am available most evenings after 6p. During the summer I am available all day Friday and Saturday.
