About: I’ve taken care of fur babies for the past 10 years now even have 2 of my own. Friends, family and neighbors have relied on me to take care of their precious babies, walk, feed, bathe, play, and even stay with them. I’m currently working part-time and in school Monday- Thursday for half the day so I have plenty of time to take care of your precious fur baby(babies). I am available anytime during the weekends, weekdays would have to be discussed in advance. I commute to my clients house to take care of their fur babies. Clients typically leave instructions if needed otherwise I feed the dog 1-2 times a day, potty breaks, walks, park play if that is something my client is up for and lot of snuggles, pets and love.

For care in your home, I can come by up to 4 times a day - walk, feed, water, potty breaks and play/cuddle. When at my house, I work from home, so potty breaks, walks and outside time are frequent. At your home, we will start with time outside, then feed/water as needed, cuddle and play, and always go back outside for potty time before departure. We can also follow any instructions you might have. At my home, I have a very large backyard (several acres) that is currently partially fenced. While I am working on a smaller fenced area for our guests, if needed, I have a 50' lead where your dog will be fully supervised but allowed to run, play and sunbathe. I have watched over puppies 2 and 3 months old for my in laws a couple times now. My parents got a kitten that I helped take care of till I moved out about 10 months later. I own a chinchilla which is an exotic small animal. I’ve had her for a year. I’ve been fascinated by pets since I was a child and always do my research before taking care of an animal. I look forward to being of assistance. I fluctuate between part time and full time. I’m usually free tuesdays, wednesdays, and thursdays. I can schedule the time off if it’s 3 or 4 weeks in advance. I usually work mornings except for mondays, when I work evenings. I can always visit the pup or kitty during break and then spend the rest of the day with them after work. This will most likely be temporary until I can get a solid schedule here or at Home Depot. My apartment complex is very pet friendly. My building is only a few steps away from a dog park inside of the complex. The clubhouse has dog treats and I can provide as well based on age and diet. I will always ask any questions about what you would prefer for your fur baby. I have a chinchilla that stays in a cage as long as your pet is around. She is curious and will not hurt your pet even if they stick a paw in between the bars, which is hard to do anyways. My living room is a large space for any pet. I’m currently working part time, but I’m willing to do weekly stays with 2-3 weeks in advance notice. I also will require meet ups before every service in a public place. This is not going to be required for existing clients. I live in an apartment so I don’t currently own any pets, but everyone in my direct and extended family either has, or has had one that I’ve grown up with. I’m very familiar with animal routines and attributes. If something is bothering your pet, I will notice. I always keep in constant contact with whoever I petsit or help take care of for anything I may notice. Most of the time it’s things owners are already aware of, but I’ve always found it never hurts to ask and inform.
About: I have always been around dogs since I was little but I have officially dog sat for about 7 years. I grew up with all different types of dogs, so I am able to get along with many different breeds. I have also watched cats, horses and donkies and am willing to learn how to watch any other animal. When I would watch the dogs I would go to their house to feed, water, and let the dogs out as needed. I am willing to do anything with the dogs that is in their normal routine of their days. I am a teacher and nanny so I have different hours day to day but willing to work it out with you. And during the summers my schedule can be a lot more open.

I carefully follow each owner’s instructions, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, medications (if needed), and any special care requests. I take time to help pets feel comfortable and make sure they always have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a safe environment. During walks, I keep dogs securely leashed and stay aware of our surroundings. In a client’s home, I treat both the home and pets with respect, keep everything clean and secure, and provide regular updates with photos so owners can have peace of mind while they’re away.

About: I have an elderly kitty and 2 doggos. I know how important it is to find someone reliable to watch your animals while you’re away. Whether feline or canine, I can give your fur baby love and care while you’re away. As an archaeologist, I already know me and your dog will both have digging bones in common! I grew up with dogs and recently got 2 of my own. Given the opportunity I would love to hang out with, play, and walk your fury loved one. Recently relocated back to Texas. I would take your fur baby out either in your neighborhood, a dog park, or along a bayou. If playing is more your pooches speed, I can play a mean tug of war rope game or throw balls for days. Kitties are low maintenance but I know how important it is to find somone reliable to check in on them and make sure they have plenty of water and a clean litter box. Let me know how I can help you. I can work with you to meet your schedule needs. I can be flexible, i work at an elementary school so i have set hours. As a sample of my day: in my home i get the puppies and kitties fed. We go for an afternoon walk or to a dog park.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Beyond Exceptional – Mychelle Is Truly One of a Kind I cannot even begin to express the level of gratitude, comfort, and peace of mind Michelle gave me while caring for my Labradoodle for six full days. And trust me when I say this review comes from someone who is an EXTREME dog mom. My girl is not “just a dog” to me — she is my baby, my shadow, my emotional support, my family, and honestly my whole heart. I am notoriously protective over her and almost never allow anyone to care for her, especially overnight and especially in someone else’s home. My Labradoodle also has separation anxiety, medical needs, and requires extremely important medications for her liver and bladder that absolutely cannot be missed. Leaving her with someone else was something that caused ME anxiety too. I worried constantly before the trip… until Mychelle completely changed that. From the moment I dropped my girl off, Mychelle treated her with genuine love, patience, kindness, and compassion. She did not make me feel like I was leaving my dog with a “pet sitter.” She made me feel like I was leaving her with family. Throughout my entire trip, Mychelle constantly kept me updated with pictures, videos, messages, and little check-ins that absolutely melted my heart and calmed my nerves. I probably drove her crazy how many texts I sent her-but she was always quick in response time and never made me feel uneasy. Ecko had so much fun with her 2 labs and 1 other pup that Mychelle was looking after in her home. I could SEE my baby was happy, relaxed, loved on, and truly comfortable in her care. That means everything to someone like me who notices every little detail about their dog’s behavior and emotions. VERY IMPORTANT—>Not only did Michelle flawlessly administer all of her medications and take her medical care seriously, but she also gave her affection, attention, comfort, and emotional care. That is something you simply cannot fake. Animals know when someone is truly kind-hearted, and my Labradoodle clearly adored her. When I picked my girl up, she was happy, healthy, calm, and obviously well cared for. Honestly, I do not think I could have asked for a better experience if I tried. Thank you, Mychelle, from the bottom of my heart, for loving and caring for my girl the way you did. You gave this psycho dog mom the greatest gift possible: the ability to finally relax knowing her baby was safe, loved, and in amazing hands. We absolutely adore you. 💕🐾”
