We had a meet and greet with her and she came so prepared with a binder and she filled out a whole page of info on Sangi so she would know his routine and likes and dislikes. She collected contact info and vet info so she would be prepared if anything occurred. We so appreciated her desire to make everything as close as it is to our house as possible as it concerns his normal routine. From feeding times to games to play and commands to use with him, she wanted to know it all! She sent pictures every day along with a little note about how he was doing which was such a relief to us as we miss him so much when we're away. It was obvious when we returned that he had been well cared for....he was so relaxed and clearly hydrated and well fed. “I am thrilled! I have always had people stay in my home to watch my dogs when I travel but upon returning there was always some issue. After my last trip I had enough and went on Rover. I got incredibly lucky to find Nubia!!! My dogs now have a home away from home when I travel. The only drawback was that one of my dogs seemed to miss Nubia when I got back and gave me a little cold shoulder! ? But after some cuddles, all is well! Nubia was amazing about keeping me posted with updates, anecdotes and photos and I could see my dogs were comfortable and happy, enjoying their temporary digs and new friends. One of my dogs is epileptic and giving her medication is a challenge, but Nubia found ways around it and made sure she got her doses twice a day. Huge relief and I’m so grateful. Another bonus is that Nubia is so incredibly accommodating. She picked up and dropped off my dogs for me which was a tremendous help. I will 100% book with Nubia again!”

“Very knowledgeable about many pets and prepared! She also is a groomer and has help from her husband and an assistant making sure all the fur babies are all loved and cared for. My experience was just for my pup. He stayed in a very large kennel (he’s a shepherd), there were buckets of toys readily available for him to play with, blankets and a bowl of water in the kennel as well as food bowl at feeding time. He was able to go out on a leash for yard time/potty breaks and was introduced to a few farm animals! He was so happy walking up even before he saw me coming to get him so I know he had a great time! I recommend this sitter for anyone looking for a safe, friendly place for their pet to stay!”

About: I absolutely love animals! I have cared for cats my entire life and have had dogs since I was 10. I am the person my family comes to when they go out of town and need care for their pets. I work full time 8-5 Monday through Friday, but would love to be able care for pets in my off time. I always have extra time and energy to spare. I live in a 2 story apartment with my boyfriend and 2 cats, who try to get into everything, so we have everything put away at all times. I can feed, play with, and crate pets whenever needed at a client's house. I can also administer any medications needed and cater to any special needs.

About: I’m 31 almost 32 and I’ve been taking care of animals since I was about 16, mostly cats and dogs with a few rabbits on the side from a friend. I’m definitely a fan of positive reinforcement and socializing plus exercise with fur babies and overall fun. I almost believe our pets make for great therapy during hard times. Our pets are family and need us to love and care for them. Right now I have two cats I love and care for very much and I sometimes babysit a 12 week old puppy for a friend. I recently lost a fur baby of my own, he was a senior dog and I loved him very very much. Right now I do freelance writing work from home and have VA appointments weekly but those can be scheduled to suit availability. Currently I have two cats in a 3 bedroom home. I live with a roommate on about an acre and a half with a fence in the process of being built. I live in the country on 3 acres, plenty of space to run and my entire property is fenced to keep pets safe. I love dogs and cats and have some of my own that are my family. I know how hard it is to trust others with your pets so I wanted to offer my services as your pets would be well cared for and treated just like my own. I’ve volunteered at an ASPCA and have fostered pets as well as been in the medical field so I know how important proper care and trust are. About: I have two fur babies myself and have been caring for them for about four years coming on five. I’ve trained them since 8 weeks old to my oldest dog who is four now and spoiled as ever. Even before my two dogs I’ve always been around animals since the age of six and have always been very curious about dogs and have loved them ever since. About: I have been around animals since I was a little girl and absolutely love taking care of them. I currently have a 7 year old cat and 3 German Shepherds, Diesel who is 13, Harley who is 5, and Quinn who is 4. My experience was just for my pup. He stayed in a very large kennel (he’s a shepherd), there were buckets of toys readily available for him to play with, blankets and a bowl of water in the kennel as well as food bowl at feeding time. He was able to go out on a leash for yard time/potty breaks and was introduced to a few farm animals! He was so happy walking up even before he saw me coming to get him so I know he had a great time!
