“Rowena was AMAZING with Coco and took such great care of her over the 5 days I was gone! My dog Coco has separation anxiety and storm anxiety, but Rowena made sure Coco had a phenomenal time during her stay and took special care of her to make sure she was okay. I was able to have peace of mind while I was gone that Coco was in great hands. Not only was the care excellent, but Rowena also consistently kept me up to date on how my dog was doing, all while sending amazing photos and videos!”

She answered all my questions and soothed my anxieties. I highly recommend Brittany and Indy!”

About: I absolutely love cats. Before my neighbor moved away, I would drop by her house after school to check on her cat while she was at work. As I got older, my mom would recommend me to her clients from her cleaning service when asked if she knew any pet-sitters who could watch their cats for a couple of hours, weekends, or on holidays.
About: I have owned many dogs in my life. From big dogs to little senior chihuahuas have I had the pleasure of caring for in my home. I also grew up around horses, pigs, cats, chickens, and goats! I can’t remember ever having any aggressive experiences. I am working part time and will also be starting esthetician school part time. I will be working and doing school from 7-5. During my free time and weekends I can care for your pet. I am attentive. I can crate, feed, walk, and occupy your pet as needed. My own dog gets play time daily, fed once a day and plenty of outside time!

About: Cats have always been a special part of my life, and I truly enjoy caring for them! I have experience with both a senior cat and a young cat, so I understand that every cat has a unique personality and needs. Whether your cat loves to play, prefers quiet companionship, or needs a little extra patience and attention, I’m happy to provide loving, reliable care. From feeding and refreshing water to cleaning litter boxes, playtime, and giving plenty of affection, I’ll treat your cat like one of my own. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages for extra peace of mind.
“Sheri was wonderful, sent great pictures and videos of Cricket. Very dependable and prompt. She took excellent care of my special needs fur baby. I will definitely be using Sheri again. It was so great to be gone for a week and not worry ♥️♥️”

“It was my first time using the app and was unsure a how it will go but I am so glad that I did use and found Kyla. She was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to worry about Fluffy. She sent detailed descriptions of her visits and sent regular updates. Spent extra time with Fluffy to make sure he felt comfortable around her. She managed to put a bandana around Fluffy’s neck which was a cute surprise when I got back. Thank you Kyla for being amazing. 10/10 will book her again next time I am traveling.”

“Sarah was great with Kali. This was my first time leaving my baby with a stranger but Sarah went out of her way to be sure I was comfortable with her and her home. She kept me informed with videos and pictures. I would definitely recommend Sarah and will be using her services again.”

About: I never thought I would be a cat person until I moved out to a farm and it came with about 10 cats. It was only after falling in love with one that hated everyone and now she is my favorite animal. We now have over 20 cats. We have rescue cats that have disabilities and take care of the ones that patrol our property.

About: I rescued my first cat at 10, and since then, the universal cat distribution system has not let me down. I’ve fostered some while they were waiting for adoption and provided medical care to cats at the end of their lives.

About: I have extensive experience caring for cats and understand their different personalities, routines, and comfort levels. Whether your cat is playful and social or prefers a quiet environment, I will provide patient and attentive care tailored to their needs. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, administering basic care, and making sure your cat feels safe and comfortable while you’re away.
“Patme took great care of my two cats. She provided daily updates, including pictures, and engaged with both of them. I appreciate her attention to detail with the instructions I provided as well. I would book with Patme again and recommend her to others.”

About: Hi! I’m a longtime cat owner with 13+ years of hands-on experience raising and caring for cats since they were 2 months old. “Jeanette was amazing with our kitten. She house sat for us just to be extra sure our girl would be ok on her first night alone, sent us lots of pictures, kept us updated, gave her meds and even left us a gift for our daughter that is due soon (so thoughtful and kind). We’re extremely over protective with our animals and we will be asking her back for sure. Thank you, Jeanette ??”

About: Hey y’all!! My husband and I are new empty-nesters, and have always had dogs in our lives. I speak dog, and having the experience of being a pet mom for so many years, I would love to take care of yours when you need it! I’m able to give them their medications if they’re following a treatment (I just don’t inject). So, if you need to travel, or just need some time off, bring your doggie to me! My two dogs are friendly and playful guys…yours will have a blast! I’m a writer, working on my books from home. I recently moved from Florida and got a new house with a fenced backyard that our own dogs enjoy and would love to share it! Even when I travel frequently (and use Rover pet services in TX as I used it while in FL), I am home everyday. I just save Sundays, and go to church. I have a fenced backyard, and 2 friendly dogs. When other dogs are in my home, I make them feel loved. My home is a quiet place with nice music that leds me to write. When having visitors, every exercise is done in the backyard! My dogs, sleep in their beds in the living room. I don’t have carpets and my place is a clean house. We are bilingual (including our dogs 😁).
About: Animals seem to gravitate to me, I have never had an issue befriending a stray dog, cat, or even llama. I’m always that one guy in the room petting the dog. I have a natural knack for animal care as well and spend a lot of time just being friends with my pets. I am currently looking for a part time, flexible job that allows me to be with my family more. Therefore I am currently not working as I look and I am fully available. I have a couple of schedule items that I work around but overall I have a very open schedule that pet care will work wonderfully with. In my home we have more of a relaxed environment. Dogs are allowed to run around the home freely for most hours of the day. Cats are allowed to roam the catio outside freely. No cats are indoors and dogs are let outside twice daily to run and play and a third time just to use the restroom. Dogs and cats are fed twice daily and water is freely available. In a clients home I follow any guidelines they have.
“Alejandro & Keyla were very responsive to my inquiries regarding their services. They wasted no time answering my questions and never left me hanging. They set up a meet-and-greet for us that went very well. They have a beautiful home with a backyard that was a perfect match for our pup, who loves to be outside most of the time. Cleo is our very first pet, and this was our first time having her cared for outside of our home. I had reservations about sending her to a kennel because of negative reports I’ve heard from friends who went that route with their pets. Yesterday was Cleo's first daycare experience with Alejandro & Keyla, and she had a great time! They took her for a walk, fed her on time, and helped her adjust to the other dogs in their home despite her high energy level. They sent us photos and videos of how Cleo was doing, and it was exciting to see that she was enjoying her time there. I feel very comfortable sending Cleo back to Alejandro & Keyla in the future because they took care of her as if we were family.”

“Oliver loves coming to see Angela! She keeps me updated with pictures and videos of how Oliver is doing and he always looks so happy! Angela has been so accommodating as well with last minute delays or booking mistakes on my part!”

“Bo is just the best!! He spoils my mini poodle Freddie like he’s his own, I can’t rave enough about how thrilled I am with Bo’s services!! Will continue to use him for day care and when I’m out of town!!”

“Britteny is great with my nervous pup. She is very patient and accommodating to make her feel comfortable. She gives plenty of updates and responsive to me asking how my pup is doing.”
About: Growing up in the country, I cared for pets and farm animals. My experience and love for all creatures began there! Interacting with them has always been the highlight of my day. From cats, dogs, small animals, aquatic life and reptiles, to horses, dairy goats, birds, pigs and chickens, I have you covered! I've owned most, and cared for the rest. No matter what, I keep critters close! As a child was rarely seen without an animal or flock in tow. I raised pigs, chickens, dove, rabbits. As well as trained dogs and horses. Later on In Edna, I was a ranch hand on a small dairy farm. Now living in the city, I care mostly for cats and dogs, but I still love them all! I wouldn't imagine my life any other way! I have a very open and movable schedule. I can pretty much work with anything. The safety and care of your pup is always at the top of my list. I have a fenced yard with a large shaded area. Indoor and crate training is also great. I will make sure they are comfortable and safe.
“Judy helped me out on some last minute plans and took care of my old grumpy dog. I really appreciated her quick response to my request. He enjoyed sleeping in her house with the AC and ice cold water. He even enjoyed being with her other dogs. He did so good with her, I felt comfortable leaving him in her lovely home. Thank you Judy! This was a great first experience with the Rover app.”
“Layla had a wonderful time with Rowena! She loves and cares for my puppy like she’s her own. That is everything! It’s what I need and it’s what Layla needs. I’m so grateful to have found her.”

“Outstanding family! Susie has separation anxiety, but given the loving patience of this family, she calmed down and was fine. I highly recommend Penelope Ann as a sitter?”

“As usual, Cleo had a great day with Liying. She had many playmates and I got a lot of videos all throughout the day. I don't think she even rested from playing so now she is down and out! Thank you Liying and Andy for taking care of Cleo today! ❤️”

About: I’ve had dogs, cats, chickens and other birds my whole life, more than 40 years. I’m a retired teacher and empty nester and I’m home most of the time so your fur babies will get lots of love and attention! I’m retired so I’m home and available almost all of the time. I’d rather be at home with furry friends. They’ll get lots of love and attention with me. I have a large fenced yard and a one story house with wood floors. I’m an empty nester so it’s just me and my service dog at home. There’s no kids around just me and my sweet dog.
“Carolyn exhibited good communication even before I actually booked a "Doggy Day Care" date. Rover recommends reaching out to several sitters to have a better chance of getting a sitter for your beloved pet. I must say that out of three sitters, she was the only one that reached out to me. She was courteous, respectful, and polite. My Codey was welcomed in a friendly manner and he instantly felt at ease in her lovely home. I totally recommend booking Carolyn if you should ever need a dog sitter in the Sealy/ Bellville, Texas area.”

About: Hi my name is Alan and my wife’s name is Valerie! I have become extremely enthusiastic about this app as it has given me the opportunity to meet and get to know new families, individuals and a few different dogs. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your pup and can’t wait to create a lasting relationship with everyone involved. My childhood growing up with my dogs i feel has given me a good amount of knowledge when it comes to walking, looking after, raising and potty training. My availability is a little spotty seeing as how I have a full time job but I love any and all dogs and I’m really hoping I can create new relationships with you and yours. I’m great with dogs and dogs are great with me. My wife is home everyday. And I will be home after 6pm. We are both home on weekends. Once she goes back to work after her maternity leave starting February 21, she will be home by 4pm. Valerie and I took a break from Rover for a while due to space issues but we just moved into our new house this past August 2022 and we are excited to provide a spacious home as well as a spacious fenced in backyard. We are also in a brand new community so it’s extra quiet here in our area.
About: I have an exceptional talent in making each and every canine and feline feel happy and loved. They thrive under my care, and love individual attention and understanding. Pet care is second nature to me, and fits extremely well with my current lifestyle of working part time and living in a retirement community. Pets cared for in my home are well loved and get lots of attention. I walk dogs regularly, and am exceptional at playing with and caring for them. I am in the backyard with them whenever they go outside.
About: I’ve taken care of my family members pets (including cats and dogs) and they had all said that they will repeat the experience of leaving dithering dogs at someone else’s home since they loved the way we treated the dog, the way he was able to adapt into a new home as well as the love we gave them. It perfectly fits due to the fact that I live with two dogs at home ( a golden retriever and a chihuahua) and they are used to go into a park and play with the ball, play with some other dogs and sometimes just chill around. I’m a dog lover in every sense, specially in the aspect of security since I have an eye on them at all time, I’m pending if they have water or food. In case the dog requires medication, I’ll have the different alarms he requires in order to take their medication

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience and comfort with a wide variety of animals. I’ve been caring for pets since I was 9 years old and have over 20 years of hands-on experience with cats, dogs, turtles, fish, rabbits, pigs, and even birds like owls. This has made me adaptable and confident in handling different temperaments, needs, and routines. As a special education teacher, I bring a high level of patience, attentiveness, and understanding to everything I do. I’m calm, reliable, and very detail-oriented, which helps me provide consistent, thoughtful care. I’m especially good with shy, anxious, or senior pets that may need extra time, structure, or a gentle approach. I carefully follow all care instructions, maintain routines, and communicate clearly with pet owners. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for—just like they would with family. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a special education teacher, I have a consistent weekday schedule, which allows me to provide reliable care in the mornings, evenings, and weekends. I’m available for feeding, check-ins, walks, and quality time before and after work, and I have more flexibility on weekends and during school breaks. Because I’m used to structured routines, I’m very dependable and make sure pets are cared for on time and according to their usual schedule. I enjoy incorporating pet care into my day and making it a priority so each pet gets the attention and consistency they need. I provide a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for pets in my home. I live in a secure community, and my house has a large fenced backyard where pets can play and get fresh air safely. Inside, I make sure pets have a clean, comfortable space to relax and feel at home. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, and any special instructions. I always supervise outdoor time and prioritize safety at all times. My goal is to create a stress-free environment where pets feel secure, cared for, and treated like part of the family.
“Milton did a great job taking care of our dog Dutch for day care. He has a great yard for him to run around and play and Dutch was very happy when we picked him up. We’d definitely bring him back again!”

About: Bruiser. A friendly paraplegic dachshund whose physical needs required his humans to find help at their home when they needed time away. Helping care for him blossomed my new love for pets of all sizes and medical conditions, outside of my work life in a veterinary clinic. I would love the chance to take above and beyond care of your fur-babies, from those that are healthy and active to the ones that need comfort and warmth during a difficult journey through life. I have over 17 years of work experience in the veterinary field in multiple positions. Communication and patient care are a few of my number one priorities, along with ensuring your routine is followed and expectations are met. Insulin administration, daily medications, extra walks, subcutaneous fluid administration; these are a few of the abundant needs that I am able to provide with ease and skill. In my home, I tolerate (with love of course) two of my own fur-babies. Yuca, a blue pitbull terrier, who is an active little girl, and Valentino, or just Tino, a black mixed rescue from BARC. Our home has a large yard and close parks for those that may need outdoor play time. I understand the stress of having to put your dogs and cats in a boarding facility, as I myself love going to National Parks with my family. I would be so honored if you would “paws time” and entrust me with your kids, knowing they are loved the same as when they are with you.

About: I have a 9 month rescue comPAWnion named Ozzy, and he's one of the best thing that's happened to me this year. With his smartness & with my patience, we accomplished the oddest thing. I didn't want to have scratch marks on my backyards door, & Ozzy didn't want to loose his daily treats. So, I was able to teach Ozzy how to use a door bell to go in & out of the house when he needs to go potty. I taught him how to sit, spin, paw, down & still learning till this day! He's also been desensitized to baths, nail trimming, blow drying, & grooming by yours truly. I believe in a high quality of life for our comPAWnions because they're part of the family & needs to be taken care of as you would a human. They're not just pets, they're family. I'm currently a stay at home wife, with lots of time in my hand ;D so I can be readily available for you when you need me! I have a friendly boy named Ozzy who comes with me everywhere I go. If by any means you'd like Ozzy to take a paid day off, let me know I'm sure he won't mind. If your comPAWnion had an accident before my arrival, I don't mind cleaning it up. I get it we all have accidents. (EXCEPT diarrhea)

About: I grew up with cats and dogs in my house so I love animals! I’ve also fostered animals through Aggieland Humane society so I’m somewhat familiar with animals that need medical attention, whether that be just giving medicine or caring for wounds. I’m always willing to learn more to accommodate your fur baby! I am currently operating a small business from home so my schedule is very flexible! I don’t typically offer morning services but can work around if requested. Every pet parent has their preferences, so in order for me to make the most out of a visit, I recommend leaving me a list of preferences and any rules you might have. About: I grew up with dogs since I was about 6 years old. Being the only child I have always grew up with pets in the home! I love walking, playing, and loving on animals. From dog to cat or cat to dog. I’ve had Yorkies to pits to German shepherds. I have also watched family and friend animals along the way. Even neighbors has trusted me to watch their pups while they are on vacations. I can also feed, bathe, and medicate the pet if needed. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine since I work remotely and have a flexible schedule. I can prioritize feeding, walks, and playtime while balancing my work responsibilities. In my home the dogs will always be monitored. I can accommodate for an older animal or a hyper animal who likes to run around. I live in a house and have a spacious back yard which is a good walk for the pups & great exercise for older pups.

About: My focus has been on pet sitting and house sitting for the last 5 years. I've had a passion for animals since I was very young and started caring for pets at an early age and that passion has grown over the years, becoming my full time mission. I have experience caring for dogs, cats and birds. I’ve cared for very young and active dogs as well as older, calmer dogs and cats as old as 18 years old. It's very important to me to work hard to make sure the animals I've been entrusted to care for are as happy and healthy as possible. Pet sitting is my full time focus. The pets I care for take full priority in my day and that gives me flexibility to work with the needs of each animal and I can often accommodate last minute bookings. The safety and security of your home are very important to me. Your home will be locked up and maintained exactly as you request and your pet will be comfortable and safe almost as if you've never left.
About: What sets me apart is the genuine care I have for animals. While this is my first year on Rover, I’ve been around and taking care of animals my whole life. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I want both you and your pet to feel comfortable and know they’re in good hands. Im currently working on an online business where all I need is wifi and my laptop. Im also a college student looking to make some extra cash to pay off tuition. Both of these things I can do online anytime which leaves me for plenty downtime and study breaks I can spend with my furry friends! I care for every pet based on their individual needs and routine. I make sure they’re fed on time, get plenty of attention and exercise, and have a safe and comfortable environment. In a client’s home, I’ll follow their instructions closely and keep their pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible. My main goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and loved while you’re away.

“My dachshunds enjoyed their week long stay with Brittany and Indy. This was their first stay with someone they didn’t know and they felt at home immediately. I chose Brittany so my dogs could continue their daily schedules and not have to be on someone else’s schedule at a kennel. Brittany’s communication is outstanding. She answered all my questions and soothed my anxieties. I highly recommend Brittany and Indy!”

She took wonderful care of our Grayson during his two-week stay and kept us updated every day with photos and videos.
