“Where do we begin? Rowena was BEYOND AMAZING when she babysat our Pomeranian for almost a week. She went ABOVE & BEYOND anything we could have expected, and treated our dog like he was her own. The pictures and videos she sent us throughout the week showed him being spoiled and adored by her, and totally eased our anxiety about boarding him (for the first time ever) while we were on vacation. We can’t say enough good things about Rowena. She is absolutely the best sitter we could have ever hoped for. She was kind & loving to our dog (child) & she even catered to some of his high maintenance needs (like helping him eat more slowly & taking him out in the yard to run around, to let him get his “zoomies” out, etc). Her house was immaculate & clean, which was even more comforting to us, because we were anxious our pup might eat something off the floor, if able (he wasn’t able to because her house was spotless). We really can’t say enough good things about our experience with Rowena and how well she cared for our dog while we were out of town. I speak dog, and having the experience of being a pet mom for so many years, I would love to take care of yours when you need it! I’m able to give them their medications if they’re following a treatment (I just don’t inject). So, if you need to travel, or just need some time off, bring your doggie to me! My two dogs are friendly and playful guys…yours will have a blast! I’m a writer, working on my books from home. I recently moved from Florida and got a new house with a fenced backyard that our own dogs enjoy and would love to share it! Even when I travel frequently (and use Rover pet services in TX as I used it while in FL), I am home everyday. I just save Sundays, and go to church. I have a fenced backyard, and 2 friendly dogs. When other dogs are in my home, I make them feel loved. My home is a quiet place with nice music that leds me to write. When having visitors, every exercise is done in the backyard! My dogs, sleep in their beds in the living room. I don’t have carpets and my place is a clean house. We are bilingual (including our dogs 😁).

There wasn’t a time we didn’t have someone to love in our home growing up and I always took on the responsibilities of caring for them. They are just so big and huge, but for now I have a cute little mutt who is 13 and still energetic and healthy! I’ve had dogs jump on me, so I can handle big dogs. She walked me home (2miles) and we actually got stopped by a couple who told me I have a beautiful dog and I explained she wasn’t mine and asked if they wanted to try and keep her but she never left my side . I’ve never felt so safe and happy all at once at 12 midnight imagine what love can do !!! I lived in that same area for three extra years and never seen her again . The End My professional experience consists of working side by side as an acting vet assistant where I learned to chip dogs , feed them medicine, clean kennels, walk them and feed them their food . I also worked as a canine coach where I oversaw 1-28 dogs at a time play with them talk to them prevent them from being in danger making it the best environment possible . About: Growing up in the country, I cared for pets and farm animals. My experience and love for all creatures began there! Interacting with them has always been the highlight of my day. From cats, dogs, small animals, aquatic life and reptiles, to horses, dairy goats, birds, pigs and chickens, I have you covered! I've owned most, and cared for the rest. No matter what, I keep critters close! As a child was rarely seen without an animal or flock in tow. I raised pigs, chickens, dove, rabbits. As well as trained dogs and horses. Later on In Edna, I was a ranch hand on a small dairy farm. Now living in the city, I care mostly for cats and dogs, but I still love them all! I wouldn't imagine my life any other way! I have a very open and movable schedule. I can pretty much work with anything. The safety and care of your pup is always at the top of my list. I have a fenced yard with a large shaded area. Indoor and crate training is also great. I will make sure they are comfortable and safe.

About: I’ve taken care of animals in a professional manner for almost 2 years but I’ve been caring for pets my entire life. There wasn’t a time we didn’t have someone to love in our home growing up and I always took on the responsibilities of caring for them. Professionally, I began working at a boarding facility and doggy daycare in 2021. I absolutely adored my job and only left to grow my family in 2023. I have experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have experience in administering medication to both cats and dogs including insulin injections and seizure medication. I understand the importance of keeping your pets on their schedule and creating the least amount of stress for them when their favorite people aren’t around.
