I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Everyone got along so well and I think Chuckie made a new best friend with her dog! About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire 23 years, so caring for pets comes naturally to me. I currently have a border collie and a cat, which keeps me experienced with both high-energy dogs and independent kitties. I treat every pet like my own, with patience, attention, and lots of love. I’m currently working a hybrid job, so I only have to go into the office twice a week. So I have lots of extra time to take care of other animals! I live in an apartment with a dog park on my floor. I volunteer for dog and cat rescues so I have a lot of knowledge and experience. I am retired so I have lots of time to play. When I am in between fosters, I would love to offer my time to care for your pets! I do work full-time but am available to do check-ins bright and early and right after 5pm. About: I have cared for all kinds of animals. My family dog (a corgi) was with us for 16 lovely years and I cared for her into her senior age. I am experienced with dogs from puppies to seniors. This means I am very familiar with medicating animals and making sure they have what they need. I have three cats currently and love them so much. I have experience with birds, fish, rats, rabbits, snakes, and many more types of animals! I am a teacher so I have free time this summer and on the weekends to come care for your babies while you are working or on vacation! I can easily walk any dog or supervise outside time in the yard. I am familiar with helping to crate dogs if necessary. I can also help to make the dog comfortable in whatever environment they need!

I typically step out for a quick swim or workout on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but otherwise, I'm home all day to offer frequent potty breaks, walks, and plenty of attention. I maintain a very clean, meticulously organized living space, and I strictly use pet safe, non-toxic household cleaning supplies meaning no harsh chemicals or unsafe air diffusers. Whether we're relaxing indoors or taking walks around Uptown, I always keep a close, attentive eye on them.
