I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! I’m hoping she’ll be available the next time I go out of town. Cynthia also had another dog on premise and Alizé got along with her perfectly. 10/10, definitely recommend.”

“Stephanie was amazing from the start! We did a meet and greet beforehand because one of our dogs can be a little shy (and a big baby 😅), and we wanted to make sure everyone was comfortable. She was so sweet right away, and both of our dogs absolutely loved her golden retriever, Sam! She sent lots of updates, pictures, and videos, which we really appreciated. The dogs loved playing outside in her apartment courtyard, and she even took extra care of one of our dogs during a bad storm when he was super anxious. When we picked them up, we could tell both dogs felt completely comfortable and at home with her. It’s such a relief to find someone you trust with your pets, and we’re so happy we found Stephanie. We’ll definitely be booking with her again the next time we need a sitter!”
“My boarding experience with Kelli was great, you can quickly tell she is an animal lover which put us at ease as we are fairly new to Rover. Her beagle Mack is a sweet, older dog who gets along well with other dogs. Kelli was quick to respond to texts/emails and sent several pics which was reassuring. The nice sized fenced yard where the dogs can play is a big positive. I will absolutely use Kelli again.”
