About: I have always been a fan of cats, growing up I would try to sneak home barn cats when my family went to take care of our horses. Once I got to college I adopted my first cat, she’s a beautiful flame point and a snuggle bug although it took her 3 months to let me near her. I totally understand the finicky nature of cats as my first cat was super shy and my current cat is a big snuggle bug. I also have experience in administering medications to cats as my first cat had asthma and some other genetic health issues.

Because of my open schedule I have the ability to give endless time and love to your pets! I live in an apartment with my kitty, she’s great with all animals and very social however if your pet does not get along well with her I have the ability to separate them in different rooms. Because of my experience gained throughout my life and at my former job at a pet boarding facility I am also well versed in administering medications and taking care of special needs animals as my family has rescued multiple animals that need a little extra care.

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs and am able to help train dogs in being potty trained. I am extremely caring for dogs and enjoy learning how your pet experiences their own life! I’m currently not working so my full attention will be on your pet. I will take your dog out at least 3 times a day and can even take them to fun spots if allowed. I have a gated community with a small doggy park. I have a friendly dog myself that loves meeting other dogs. I am completely understanding of your needs as well as your dogs.

“This was my first time leaving Duke with someone and I was really worried he would not do well. We had gone on a meet and greet 2 days before and Duke got along well with Melinda and her 2 dogs but I was still apprehensive. When it came time to drop him off he jumped right out of the car and ran up to Melinda and her husband without hesitation and went right in the house ! Melinda kept me informed with pictures of Duke having a great time and I have to say Duke misses his new friends. I work full time during the week but am available every evening and weekends to care for your babies. I work close to home so I am close if need be! I have a fenced in yard with 2 super friendly & active goldendoodles loaded with energy. They get along with every dog they’ve ever met & love to play!
