We had gone on a meet and greet 2 days before and Duke got along well with Melinda and her 2 dogs but I was still apprehensive. When it came time to drop him off he jumped right out of the car and ran up to Melinda and her husband without hesitation and went right in the house ! Melinda kept me informed with pictures of Duke having a great time and I have to say Duke misses his new friends. About: My family has always had pets. Growing up, we had dogs of every kind and size. As an adult, we have had several pets, but currently have one husky named Luna and one cat named Darcy Binks! They are well loved. Let us bring our care and affection to your sweet pets! I'm a homemaker mom of six babies, one dog, one cat, and 8 kittens. My kiddos will all be in school and out of the house, so, I'm wide open on scheduling. We have a fenced in yard and a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for easy walking. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I’ve been taking care of animals ever since I was little from walking to doing tricks and playing with them. I love laying with them aswell and I will always give them lots of attention whenever I’m with them and so will my friends!! I’m currently a college student at TAMUCC and only have morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday and after that I am free to hang out with your babies. I care for pets in my home by letting them be in my room lay on my bed and or couch letting them be free. I make sure they are well taken care of and will always keep an eye on them.

About: I’ve been dog sitting for family and friends for a very long time. My love for dogs is only increasing the more and more ❤️❤️ I love being active but don’t mind lounging around with an older or less active pup. My hours can be really early or later in the evening for dog walking. I can be pretty flexible! If taking dogs for walks, I will bring water with a bowl (and of course doggie bags!) 👍❤️ I am currently not working this summer, so I will be available most days! I take care of my own cat in the mornings and evenings, and do my best at playing with her for 15-30 min daily to keep her healthy. When walking my friend’s dogs during the hotter parts of the day, I do my best to walk in shaded areas and/or in grass to protect little paws. In your home, I will stick to interacting with your pet: nothing else (like snooping around)! I care for pets in the way that is best for them: do they need to play? Do they need space? I am flexible to what an owner may need for their pet.
About: I have had my two chihuahuas for 8 years, and have been taking care of them every day since. I am available for early morning visits every day between 7-8:30, afternoons and evenings (between 12-2 Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and evening visits everyday 5:30-10. Some days I can also visit at 4 pm. When entering a client’s home, I prioritize safety, security, and a calm arrival using your provided key or access code. I make a point to enter quietly without disturbing your space, and I immediately do a quick sweep of the home to check for potential hazards—like open doors, unlatched gates, or forgotten appliances like an oven left on. When interacting with your pets, I always let them approach me at their own pace. I rely on positive reinforcement and never force an animal into an interaction or activity they aren't comfortable with. After every visit or walk, I send a full update text with photos so you know how everything went. If anything ever seems off with your pet or your home, I’ll reach out right away via text or phone call so you’re always fully in the loop.

“This was my first time leaving Duke with someone and I was really worried he would not do well. We had gone on a meet and greet 2 days before and Duke got along well with Melinda and her 2 dogs but I was still apprehensive.
