“This was my first time leaving Duke with someone and I was really worried he would not do well. We had gone on a meet and greet 2 days before and Duke got along well with Melinda and her 2 dogs but I was still apprehensive. When it came time to drop him off he jumped right out of the car and ran up to Melinda and her husband without hesitation and went right in the house ! About: Growing up, my household always had pets. I had a wide range of dog breeds from a Rottweiler to a Yorkie. In addition to my love and experience with dogs, I would take care of a multiple cat household through the years. I have a huge soft spot for animals and would love to help take care of yours. I work during the week and my hours are very flexible o get off at 2 on Fridays and my weekends are more than always free so my sitting days would be Friday, Saturday , & Sunday I make sure your pet is fed/water bowl full with any special diet they may have, given medications and supplements if required, played with and given attention, and ensure they are safe and taken care of the way they would be if you were there. About: I have had my two chihuahuas for 8 years, and have been taking care of them every day since. I have been dog-sitting, plant-sitting, house-sitting for a few years now, and I absolutely love doing it. My goal is to eventually offer more flexible scheduling while still maintaining the same level of care, communication, and dependability that I provide on weekends. Safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets in either my home or a client’s home. I make sure to follow all instructions exactly as provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medication needs, and any house rules to keep the pet’s environment consistent and stress-free. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain a calm, clean, and secure environment. I ensure doors are properly closed and locked, pets are always supervised during visits, and I stay attentive to anything that could affect their safety or comfort. I focus on building trust with each pet by being patient, gentle, and allowing them to adjust at their own pace. I also keep pet parents updated with messages, photos, and notes so they always know how their pet is doing. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, just as they would with their own family.
About: I am a pet owner and animal lover. I have experience caring for cats, dogs, birds, fish, and rodents. I will treat your pet like they are my own. I have worked with many animals and am comfortable walking, feeding, playing with and caring for your pets. “This was my first time leaving Duke with someone and I was really worried he would not do well. We had gone on a meet and greet 2 days before and Duke got along well with Melinda and her 2 dogs but I was still apprehensive. When it came time to drop him off he jumped right out of the car and ran up to Melinda and her husband without hesitation and went right in the house ! Melinda kept me informed with pictures of Duke having a great time and I have to say Duke misses his new friends. I work full time during the week but am available every evening and weekends to care for your babies. I work close to home so I am close if need be!
