About: I have been responsible for caring for animals my entire life, and caring for pets has always been something I truly enjoy. I volunteered at an animal shelter when I was just 12 years old, and growing up, my family always had dogs, horses, and livestock. I learned early on that animals depend on us for their care, safety, exercise, and companionship. As an adult, we have had several family pets, all of whom remained part of our family for their entire lives. One of our dogs was a diabetic Chesapeake Retriever who required daily insulin, which taught me the importance of being consistent, attentive, and comfortable with special care needs. I currently live at a lake house situated on three lots, giving dogs plenty of room to run, explore, and play. I have two rescue dogs of my own—a Lab mix who has been with us for ten years and a one-year-old Mountain Cur mix. My home has two floors with separate entrances, which allows me to safely and easily separate dogs if they need their own space or don’t get along. I enjoy taking my dogs on leash walks down to the lake and around the neighborhood, and I am always careful to clean up after them. I have also cared for my grand-dog in Queens, so I am very familiar with the responsibilities that come with caring for someone else’s beloved pet, including keeping their space clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I don’t see caring for dogs as simply a responsibility—I genuinely love spending time with them. I enjoy playing with dogs, giving them attention and affection, taking them for walks, and making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while they are in my care. I understand that leaving a pet with someone is a big decision, and I would treat every dog entrusted to me as I would my own. I am retired so my availability is wide open. I have plenty of room both inside and outside for your pet. I live with an adult son so my dogs are cared for if i commit to sitting at your home. I have three lots so plenty of room for dogs to play. It is not fenced so I will always be with your dog whenever outside. About: Since I’ve become an adult I’ve rescued cats from all over. I’ve cared for animals since I was like 14 years old. I know I spoil my cats which means I’ll spoil yours! Let me know of any cat allergies because I usually try to bring treats with me. :) when I rescued my first cat I taught her how to sit and shake. I was teaching her how to lay down before she tragically passed away. I can certainly attempt to teach yours too! Sometimes cats are stubborn so it’ll depend on its personality. I’ve given oral medication but not injection yet. If you need injection I certainly can learn on the spot :) I’ve done injection meds on dogs before.
About: I come from a major animal loving family & have been surrounded by many different types of animals as far back as I can remember! I'm surprised it took me so long to make it into a profession, but I've been caring for other peoples' pets & homes for about 10 years now. My schedule is currently very flexible & I am often open to travel a ways from home for longer sits. About: Labeling me as a cat lover/sitter is an understatement. I’ve been taking care of cats for as long as I can remember. Most recently my friend’s cat Luna. About: ever since i can remember i always took care of any animal that was brought to me. i am currently in a vet tech school and have worked at a doggie daycare for almost 2 years now, so i have plenty of experience with all kinds of animals. im currently attending vet tech school so early check ins would be around 5 am. Second check in would be right as i get out of classes which would be around 3 pm. About: I’m a single mom of 3 boys! I have a American Bully, 2 Cane Corsos, 2 Pugs, a frenchie a Savannah cat and a kitten we rescued...they are all my spoiled children! My boys have guinea pigs between us all we have a zoo! We wouldn’t have it any other way our fur babies are part of the family we don’t see them as just animals. I got my first dog when I was 5 it was a rescue (he looked just like Benji from the movie Annie) Animals have always held a special place in my heart...they are so sweet and innocent. So whatever your need is I can take care of your fur baby for you. We love to play and go for walks....my girls get the zoomies quite often! Thank you I am home all week and weekends so I can fit any schedule into my day. I love animals our house is like a zoo!! I have a fenced yard, a few kids throw in some of my fur kids and a bunch of toys and we will have a ball. I have crates if dogs feel comfortable that way too

If they like chasing a ball, I can bring my ball thrower and make sure they get lots of exercise. I can accommodate to anything! Communication is the key to make a great experience :)

About: I've been around dogs my entire life. Growing up, I was always responsible for feeding, bathing, and walking my family's pets. I am also a student majoring in pre-veterinary medicine and hoping to become a veterinarian. I love all animals deeply and strive to make every dog that comes under my care feel loved and wanted. About: I have been responsible for caring for animals my entire life, and caring for pets has always been something I truly enjoy. I volunteered at an animal shelter when I was just 12 years old, and growing up, my family always had dogs, horses, and livestock. I learned early on that animals depend on us for their care, safety, exercise, and companionship. As an adult, we have had several family pets, all of whom remained part of our family for their entire lives. One of our dogs was a diabetic Chesapeake Retriever who required daily insulin, which taught me the importance of being consistent, attentive, and comfortable with special care needs. I currently live at a lake house situated on three lots, giving dogs plenty of room to run, explore, and play. I have two rescue dogs of my own—a Lab mix who has been with us for ten years and a one-year-old Mountain Cur mix. My home has two floors with separate entrances, which allows me to safely and easily separate dogs if they need their own space or don’t get along. I enjoy taking my dogs on leash walks down to the lake and around the neighborhood, and I am always careful to clean up after them. I have also cared for my grand-dog in Queens, so I am very familiar with the responsibilities that come with caring for someone else’s beloved pet, including keeping their space clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I don’t see caring for dogs as simply a responsibility—I genuinely love spending time with them. I also have a pit of my own named eli, and a bunny named coco :)) I just recently started college, and it’s been a little hard finding a job, so my availability is pretty open, I only have a couple classes throughout the days :)) My dog roams around the house. He’s very friendly and loves to make doggy friends. Since he is a little bigger, small dogs might be intimidated, but he’s very gentle, and if needed, there’s a room we lock our dog in when there’s company :)

About: Because I’m easily distracted by dogs it’s easy for me to care for them! While this is my first time on Rover I don’t have glowing reviews…yet ! But rest assured I am able to use the experience that having my own doggy has given me. I have taken care of Chewy an 11year old Shih Tzu since he was re homed in 2015. He keeps me on my toes with multiple walks a day treats and he has me fetch his toys for him lol I also am a very proud grandma of 5 grand doggy’s - at times over the past 5 years my adult children trusted me take care of their family dogs while out of town. If you’re looking for a place where your doggy will be cared for and doted on, this is it! I’m currently a school bus driver and off for the summer so it’s easy to schedule at this time. And when school starts I’m still available because I make it a priority to come home to take care of my own dog in between routes where we get our walks in. I have a doggy door that connects to patio leads to a fully fenced in back yard which makes it very easy to have my pet and other dogs go outside for some fresh air and handle their business.
