I have taken care of my aunts animals when she goes on vacation as well. I am an animal lover. I also have 2 kids who will be with me at all times, they are 5 and 8 and also love animals and love to care for them. I am 27 years old going to college to be a teacher and needing extra income to support my family. We live on grass mesa in rifle but have a vehichle to get me anywhere I need to go. I can come before or after work to care for animals those days. I have a dog run and all animals get free range of my house. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. I keep animals separated for a little while to let them get comfortable with each other through a gate. When staying in your home my kids will be with me but they are very well behaved and will have iPads or other educational things to entertain them.

“Rochelle was absolutely amazing! She was willing to take Ivy in even though Ivy is completely blind and we requested our stay less than 24 hours in advance. She sent pictures and videos and I did not have to worry about Ivy being in her care. She has the perfect puppy palace set up in her home and Ivy absolutely loved it. Rochelle makes me wish I lived in the area so Ivy could hang out with her while I work, but unfortunately we were just passing through. About: Hi there! My name is Lauren. Some helpful things to know about me is that I have 5+ years experience in animal care. I've worked at animal shelters and as a manager at a pet daycare/boarding facility, I also have done pet sitting and dog walking on my own in the past. I've recently moved to the area and want to continue working with animals. I am responsible, reliable and will treat your pets as if they were my own. I love to send lots of updates and pictures so you know your pets are well taken care of. I have just recently moved to Alvarado and left my job at Operation Kindness Humane Society because the commute would of been too long. So my schedule is very open as of right now while I look for another job. I have a large yard, however it is not fully fenced. If you'd like for your pup to come to my house I would walk them to go potty. I also have 2 dogs that are dog friendly so if your pup likes to play they will get along great. My dogs are fully vaccinated and up to date all all shots and preventions. For your baby to stay with me I would need to see vaccination records, just to make sure everyone is safe and healthy. If you'd prefer me to pet sit at your home I am more than happy to do that as well and stay consistent with the daily routine you have with your animals. This is usually my preferred way, as it is less stressful for your animals to be in a familiar environment.

About: I’ve had big AND small dogs my entire childhood! I’ve also taken care of horses, steers, pigs, chickens, birds (exotic), dogs, cats! After growing up with only dogs and small house pets (hamsters, crabs, fish, frogs, and lizards)In my adulthood, my husband and I have opened our home to several rescues through the six years we’ve been together. At our home we consider ourselves “last owners” animals come to us to live out the rest of their lives, comfortable and loved. We’ve been by the side of 6 rescue birds, a few kittens and one chameleon to watch them cross over the rainbow bridge, and complete their journey. Between Gage (my husband) and I we have 10 cats (willow, meadow, sushi, pumpkin, chai, jenny, lucifer, salem, peggy & naruto) 5 birds (blanca, bleezy, grim, puffer & mongo bongo - she’s a 46 year old scarlett macaw! - ) 1 dog, (chief) 1 chameleon (pascal) and 1 scalata tortoise (torchy) ! we are obviously big animal lovers!! In conclusion, We both have tons of experience around all species of animal and we want your trip to be focused on enjoying YOUR vacation plans, and not worried about if your fur babies were left in the wrong hands! Most of my clients do not have children and their pet is their child. About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets when leaving home. I have also had many different types of pets in my life time including chameleons, ferrets, and raccoons. I have trained many puppies and taken care of a few senior dogs. I currently have a 9lb dachshund named Winnie. I am a graduated nursing student who is leaving Corpus Christi on May 30th, but would love to make some friends in the meantime. When sitting, I will commit all of my time into your pet and will move any part of my schedule around them. I will gladly take them for walks in the park ans many times as they want and around my house, I don’t mind bathing or grooming if needed, and I have also trained many dogs in my lifetime. About: I've been around dogs my whole life. From large breeds such as Great Pyrenees, to small but mighty dogs like Chihuahua's and Jack Russells. I've helped in training our German Shepherd through his fear based reactivity, and raised a Labrador puppy all on my own. I specialize in using positive training, so I don't mind if your dog doesn't have the best leash manners. I may be small in stature, but I can handle large dogs too! I am not currently employed outside of Rover, so i am available almost 24/7. I love dogs and want to spend as much time with them as possible! Secondly I then check any list and rules that the fur parents might have given me, to ensure that the fur baby is taken care of properly. Thirdly I then play and interact with the fur baby for 30 minutes so they can let out any pint up zoomies. Lastly I clean anything I have used and check that all windows and doors are closed and locked before leaving.

I can come before or after work to care for animals those days. I have a dog run and all animals get free range of my house. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. I keep animals separated for a little while to let them get comfortable with each other through a gate. When staying in your home my kids will be with me but they are very well behaved and will have iPads or other educational things to entertain them.
