“Where do we begin? Rowena was BEYOND AMAZING when she babysat our Pomeranian for almost a week. She went ABOVE & BEYOND anything we could have expected, and treated our dog like he was her own. The pictures and videos she sent us throughout the week showed him being spoiled and adored by her, and totally eased our anxiety about boarding him (for the first time ever) while we were on vacation. We can’t say enough good things about Rowena. She is absolutely the best sitter we could have ever hoped for. She was kind & loving to our dog (child) & she even catered to some of his high maintenance needs (like helping him eat more slowly & taking him out in the yard to run around, to let him get his “zoomies” out, etc). Her house was immaculate & clean, which was even more comforting to us, because we were anxious our pup might eat something off the floor, if able (he wasn’t able to because her house was spotless). We really can’t say enough good things about our experience with Rowena and how well she cared for our dog while we were out of town. STORY TIME : * ****I met a pit bull ****At the age of 17 I went to one of my first parties with my friend ( I was still very shy and reserved, but was looking to dismantle my comfort zone ). I had a bad time and unfortunately I was followed walking on my route and hoped to just make it back home in the same pieces that I came with lol . Anyways I approached a dark neighborhood on my path and only two streetlights worked and sarcastically I was excited to be walking under one the moment I locked eyes with THEE most Beautiful & intimidating Pit Bull I’d ever been blessed with eyes to see and a body to run that couldn’t move and was actually not breathing to well either 😅So I did what any rational human would in this situation and called her and told her to come here “sweetie” and she Bolted towards me … arms out stretched shaking in my wee lil boots I prayed lol and she jumped up on my shoulder and licked my face and I was at awe 🥹. She walked me home (2miles) and we actually got stopped by a couple who told me I have a beautiful dog and I explained she wasn’t mine and asked if they wanted to try and keep her but she never left my side . I’ve never felt so safe and happy all at once at 12 midnight imagine what love can do !!! I lived in that same area for three extra years and never seen her again . The End My professional experience consists of working side by side as an acting vet assistant where I learned to chip dogs , feed them medicine, clean kennels, walk them and feed them their food . I also worked as a canine coach where I oversaw 1-28 dogs at a time play with them talk to them prevent them from being in danger making it the best environment possible . About: I have been around dogs and cats since I was born! Love animals and always have. If I could have any dog in the world it would be a Saint Bernard. They are just so big and huge, but for now I have a cute little mutt who is 13 and still energetic and healthy! I’ve had dogs jump on me, so I can handle big dogs. I’m currently working part-time at church and looking for full time ministry! In the meantime ~ I wanted to earn some extra money, to help with student loans and food. Rover has been recommended to me and I can’t wait to join in all the pet sitting fun!! I have a fenced yard that is a pretty good size for running around! About: I’ve taken care of animals in a professional manner for almost 2 years but I’ve been caring for pets my entire life. There wasn’t a time we didn’t have someone to love in our home growing up and I always took on the responsibilities of caring for them. Professionally, I began working at a boarding facility and doggy daycare in 2021. I absolutely adored my job and only left to grow my family in 2023. I have experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have experience in administering medication to both cats and dogs including insulin injections and seizure medication. About: Animals seem to gravitate to me, I have never had an issue befriending a stray dog, cat, or even llama. I’m always that one guy in the room petting the dog. I have a natural knack for animal care as well and spend a lot of time just being friends with my pets. I am currently looking for a part time, flexible job that allows me to be with my family more. Therefore I am currently not working as I look and I am fully available. I have a couple of schedule items that I work around but overall I have a very open schedule that pet care will work wonderfully with. In my home we have more of a relaxed environment. Dogs are allowed to run around the home freely for most hours of the day. Cats are allowed to roam the catio outside freely. No cats are indoors and dogs are let outside twice daily to run and play and a third time just to use the restroom. Dogs and cats are fed twice daily and water is freely available. About: Growing up in the country, I cared for pets and farm animals. My experience and love for all creatures began there! Interacting with them has always been the highlight of my day. From cats, dogs, small animals, aquatic life and reptiles, to horses, dairy goats, birds, pigs and chickens, I have you covered! I've owned most, and cared for the rest. No matter what, I keep critters close! As a child was rarely seen without an animal or flock in tow. I raised pigs, chickens, dove, rabbits. As well as trained dogs and horses. Later on In Edna, I was a ranch hand on a small dairy farm. Now living in the city, I care mostly for cats and dogs, but I still love them all! I wouldn't imagine my life any other way! I have a very open and movable schedule. I can pretty much work with anything. The safety and care of your pup is always at the top of my list. I have a fenced yard with a large shaded area. Indoor and crate training is also great. I will make sure they are comfortable and safe.

I'm a stay-at-home mom with plenty of flexibility on both weekdays and weekends to provide care for your pets. My availability is limited on federal holidays. I live in a pet-friendly house with a fenced-in back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walks. I also have access to a nearby park.
About: My focus has been on pet sitting and house sitting for the last 5 years. I've had a passion for animals since I was very young and started caring for pets at an early age and that passion has grown over the years, becoming my full time mission. I have experience caring for dogs, cats and birds. I’ve cared for very young and active dogs as well as older, calmer dogs and cats as old as 18 years old. It's very important to me to work hard to make sure the animals I've been entrusted to care for are as happy and healthy as possible. Pet sitting is my full time focus. The pets I care for take full priority in my day and that gives me flexibility to work with the needs of each animal and I can often accommodate last minute bookings. The safety and security of your home are very important to me. Your home will be locked up and maintained exactly as you request and your pet will be comfortable and safe almost as if you've never left.

About: I’ve taken care of animals in a professional manner for almost 2 years but I’ve been caring for pets my entire life. There wasn’t a time we didn’t have someone to love in our home growing up and I always took on the responsibilities of caring for them. Professionally, I began working at a boarding facility and doggy daycare in 2021. I absolutely adored my job and only left to grow my family in 2023. I have experience with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have experience in administering medication to both cats and dogs including insulin injections and seizure medication. I understand the importance of keeping your pets on their schedule and creating the least amount of stress for them when their favorite people aren’t around. I can and will love your pets like my own. I am a stay at home mom with a sitter on standby almost always. I’m hoping to start with weekday visits and walking until I find a more suitable place for overnight boarding and weekend arrangements. I currently don’t feel comfortable bringing someone else’s pet into our home for their comfort and safety, strictly due to not having a fenced in backyard and being in a place they could get into things they shouldn’t. Once we remedy these issues I would be happy to host your pup in our home. We have a 9 year old chocolate lab that adores playing and still has lots of energy despite her age. I’m more than happy to explore the option of caring for your pet in your own home. I don’t have issues handling crates, training collars, or any other tools you may need me to use when caring for your pet. I’m always happy to provide the care you require for your best furry friend.
About: With a Yorkie and Pomeranian in my family, I have been well equipped to take care of any pup! I love these furry guys and understand how important it is to have quality time away with quality care equipped for our little guys. I am currently a student at the University of Houston and am incorporating pet care into my schedule. I truly make time to make sure my clients pets are cared for. My Mondays-Friday afternoons are relatively free but please reach out and I can be flexible! In my own home, we have a free space for our dogs but keep any dangerous food or objects out of site as they have very sensitive stomachs. Remaining attentive with my little guys is very important as they get into trouble when they are not in sight. I am receptive & understanding to any requests needed for any home or service.
