“Maddison and Wesley B. are our first Rover experience. As a single mom with my family living far away I came to Rover.com in search of a solution for my sweet Bella dog over Thanksgiving Break. When we brought Bella to them for our first meet and greet, I was nervous that she would be anxious. I couldn’t have been more surprised at how wrong I was. Bella, our mini-bernadoodle, walked strait into their home like we were visiting an old friend. Their dogs greeted all of us as if we’d known one another for years and Bella instantly felt right at home. On drop off day, I was like a mom ar daycare for the first time, sad and nervous. Bella, however, hardly noticed I was leaving. We received one to two photos every day. Bella always looked happy and cared for. When we picked Bella up, she was very happy to see us. The love rush was amazing. Maddison and Wesley are excellent communicators. They were reasonably flexible with the drop off and pickup times. Their home was well cared for. And above all, we felt safe and comfortable leaving our furriest family member with them for a week. I would recommend them to my friends and I would use them again.”

About: Hello my name is Cayla. I’m from Houston, Tx and I've been an animal lover my whole life. I’ve raised other animals in FFA for my high school years while alson having other house hold pets within the years ( rabbit, turtle, dogs, and fish). I’m choosing to do Rover so I can build clientele and so I can expand my knowledge on dogs outside my pit bull and a few other breeds I’ve dealt with within my family and friends. Hopefully I’m someone you’ll love and trust around your home and your four-legged best friend. I do work from home and only work 4 days out the week so it's no hassle making sure everything and everyone is doing great. During the booking process I do ask for a routine so I can keep everything consistent. I do have doggie treats, extra blankets, training pads, and doggie toys I keep on stand by. In the morning I will open cages and let them move around freely aslong as im home and awake. If they need medication I have no problem giving it to them aswell, I do work from home so that will not be an issue.

About: Hey there! Taking care of animals is a passion of mine. The unconditional love they give us is just a great feeling. So a little about me, I went to Tarleton State for Animal Science. I want the animals to be comfortable with me and in the environment. Animals deserve extra love and attention, specially when you’re busy all day or going out of town. I’ve worked as a veterinary technician with animals for 8+ years, as well as taking care of animals outside of work. I love all sorts of animals and think they deserve the same care as humans get! Dogs have feelings too! I believe animals need to go out a lot and get exercise as well as socializing. Dogs need just as much love as we need! I will always try to accommodate my schedule to make sure the fur babies have plenty of time to get some fresh air, potty break and some love during the day! When I care of clients fur babies, I always make sure to follow your guidelines with your babies. That being if they needed to be leash walked or they get to run free in the yard.

About: I’ve had cats for the past 7 years and currently have 5 cats of my own (Charlie, Scarlett, Mousse, Bandit, and Butter), so cats are a very big part of my everyday life! I’ve always loved their individual personalities and quirks, and I’m very comfortable giving cats the patience and space they need to feel safe and comfortable. I also have a bit of a habit of becoming the neighborhood cat sitter! I regularly look after cats in my neighborhood and love getting to know all of their different personalities. I have a bit of a cat weakness lol. I’ve also cared for friends’ cats, including one very special Maine Coon who has some health problems. She has become one of my favorite cats in the world, and caring for her has given me experience with being attentive to a cat’s individual health needs, routines, and comfort level. Whether your cat is social and loves attention, playful and curious, shy and needs some patience, or prefers to do their own thing, I’m happy to meet them where they are. My goal is always to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away. The only service I’m unable to offer for cats is boarding them in my home. Since I have 5 cats of my own, I know how territorial cats can be, and I don’t want to put a visiting cat in an environment that could be stressful or uncomfortable for them. Within the first 5 minutes of our meet and greet my dog was eating peanut butter treats out of his hand and happily getting all the scratches. About: We have raised 3 different dogs together. Two of those furr babies required medical care and special diets, so we are always very attentive and careful with all pets needs! We recently lost our precious boy River, due to his liver disease and we miss his presence tremendously. So having other pets over truly helps keep us going and having a boost of morale. With that being said, we will give your pet 100% of our attention at all times. You can trust your pet will be supervised and cared for all day. At least one of us is always home to supervise when we are dog sitting so your pet is never alone. About: Hello!! My names Tatum I’ve taken care of pets my whole life, my best friend when i was born was a weenie dawg, but i’ve had 4 dogs total in my life. I currently have 3 cuddly cats and a 1yr old, big ol handsome lab! I can do day or overnight sitting in my own apartment, I know there’s no straight access to a backyard :(( but i take my dog to the apartments dog park twice a day for 30-90mins. My apartment also has a nice big field right outside my door that i take them to go potty as many times needed! I live with my fiance and we work opposite shifts so someone is always awake! I don’t have any experience with shot medications but i sure know how to hide a pill in some chicken or cheese! We have plenty of toys to play with and my lab LOVES making new friends, he always has a ton of energy to keep your furr baby busy! If your dog needs to be crated or isn’t crate trained i can accommodate that, i have big crate here or you’re welcome to bring your own. Im available for overnight boarding/day sitting on the weekends (Fri@4:00pm - Sun@11:00pm) I work full time(M-F) 2 minutes away from my apartment and can go home on breaks. And they wouldn’t mind if i needed to leave for 10 minutes for a potty break. So if you absolutely need me to watch on a weekday i can make accommodations. My fiance will be home during the day since he works an opposite shift but probably asleep. I also have a camera in the living room. We can crate if crate trained if you feel more comfortable with that! My puppy had a bad chewing habit when he was little, so we only keep the floors clean (except for toys of course) I can easily crate your dog if needed. Dogs are allowed on furniture for maximum cuddles :)

About: I am a stay at home homesteader that has three rescue doggos that live inside and a guardian livestock dog that spends her days taking care of the farm. We have hatched, raised and spend our days giving all the snacks to almost 50 chickens, 17 guineas, and 6 ducks. We have 2 goats one of which is about to give us a third. I know how hard it can be the travel with peace of mind without your babies with you, and I’d love to be able to help people enjoy your time away from home. Being able to set my own schedule while caring for other animals will allow me the ability to still care for my own animals without pulling time from them. I will do my very best to keep your fur babies routines exactly the same, and love and care for them like I love and care for my own babies.
About: I've always had dogs growing up and have 2 now. I have watched my family’s and friends' while they're out of town. I'm familiar with small and large dogs, giving medication, hyper dogs, and slightly aggressive dogs. I work monday - friday, mostly 8-5! About: I have many years of caring for various animals, I have a deep understand of animal behavior, particularly from my background in Animal Scienve, and my genuine love for animals. Having grown up on a farm I have many skills including how to administer medications to any animal. I strive to make an stress-free, and cozy environment for every pet! About: I’ve always had a dog involved in my life at such a young age. After I moved out on my own, I got my own fur babies. My dogs have been all over the USA with me. I am a retired truck driver. I am now focusing on the most important thing in life which is family and I would love to take care of your fur babies when you need it! My home is currently run by a cat named James Alexander Malcolm Mackenzie Fraser (bonus points if you know who that is) and he could not care less about dogs so he'll just deliver the constant side eye. I am very comfortable administering medicine if needed (including injections) I do require some form of flea and tick prevention - whether that be Nexgard, Seresto collar, or essential oils.

I have a mini blue heeler of my own who’s great company for social dogs, and I’m happy to keep visiting pets separated if yours does better solo (only have her occasionally). I stick closely to the feeding, medication, and walking routine you provide, keep dogs leashed on every outing, and send photo and video updates so you always know how your best friend is doing. If your dog is crate-trained, I’m comfortable using one for rest or bedtime.

Bella, our mini-bernadoodle, walked strait into their home like we were visiting an old friend. Their dogs greeted all of us as if we’d known one another for years and Bella instantly felt right at home. On drop off day, I was like a mom ar daycare for the first time, sad and nervous.
