“This is a 5-Wag doggie hotel! Seriously, the accommodations are clean and homey, with individual decks in the runs and a resort pool to splash in. Daily walks within the fenced acreage make it a great place for dogs who like the great outdoors. The kennel clubhouse is air conditioned and very comfy. Beds are provided but Julie was flexible and welcomed the favored blankies and toys we brought. My very skittish dog Missy actually allowed some petting during the stay, a real testament to Julie’s sincere affection for the dogs in her care. I can heartily recommend her services and will use her again!”

About: I am an animal lover. I have three dogs of my own, all small rescues. I love big dogs but can’t have them in our tiny house. I am a full time nurse practitioner but take care of animals on my days off. I know how hard it is to find loyal and trustworthy people to care for my animals. That is why I wanted to provide this service. Also, walking and playing with dogs and cats is fun. We also travel and are interested in keeping dogs during travel. My husband and I work together to make sure our dogs are outside regularly throughout the day. I will only be taking appointments on my days off, so my schedule is a little sporadic. For overnight stays, I need to have walked your dogs at least 4-5 times and/or completed a trial of doggy day care to make sure your dog gets along with my personal animals.
“Beverly took wonderful care of our three fur babies while we were on vacation. She kept our 2 Siberian huskies and 1 whippet. Siberian huskies can be a challenge, so we left specific instructions about them being escape artists and Beverly went the extra mile and walked the dogs on a leash for us in the back yard even though her backyard is fenced in. We have never left our dogs before so it was very hard for the kids to trust them with someone else but Beverly sent multiple pictures to us everyday which put the kids minds at ease. I would definitely recommend Beverly to anyone needing a responsible person to look after your family fur kid. We will definitely be asking her to keep our fur family again in the future! About: I have several years of experience pet sitting as well as working as a veterinary technician for three years in the Houston area. I have grown up around animals all my life and dogs are absolutely my favorite animals! I have two of my own, one of which I've had since 2010 when he was a little puppy around 10 weeks old. I nursed him back to health when he had parvovirus! My other is a smaller rescue dog I adopted in 2017 who originally tested positive for heartworm disease but now he has been heatworm free for about two years! I am currently working a full time Monday through Friday job, but I do have weekends free and evenings. I also can get Fridays off most of the time if needed. I have been at my current job for almost 7 years so my bosses are very negotiable and I am generally able to adjust my schedule with advance notice. I will play with your pups, cuddle, take them on walks, and even to the dog park with your approval! I have a smaller dog of my own who loves to play with other dogs!

Daily walks within the fenced acreage make it a great place for dogs who like the great outdoors. The kennel clubhouse is air conditioned and very comfy. Beds are provided but Julie was flexible and welcomed the favored blankies and toys we brought. My very skittish dog Missy actually allowed some petting during the stay, a real testament to Julie’s sincere affection for the dogs in her care. We have never left our dogs before so it was very hard for the kids to trust them with someone else but Beverly sent multiple pictures to us everyday which put the kids minds at ease.
