“Kacie was amazing with my dog Daphne! She went above and beyond and gave me daily updates with pictures and videos. Daphne can be high energy and she fit in so well with her family and had the best time! I initially needed to board her for about a week and then our plans changed towards the end of Daphnes stay. Kacie had no problem keeping her longer! This was the first time I used Rover and Daphne is a farm dog so I was weary on the whole process. Kacie made it so easy for me, communicated the whole time, and I know her and her family made Daphne feel like one of their own pets! I felt so assured knowing my Daph was in good hands. We’ve boarded our dog on several occasions and it’s always been a tough experience because she doesn’t eat very well and has seemed depressed while we’re gone. Our experience with Heather was the complete opposite; our dog was content and happy the entire time, something we didn’t think was possible while boarding 😅. Heather was very communicative and sent photos and videos of our dog every day while we were away. Her facility is also very clean and well kept, and feels warm and inviting as opposed to the large dog crates we’re accustomed to with other boarders. Heather obviously loves dogs and we were so grateful that she took such good care of our dog while we were gone for 10 days. I can’t recommend her and her services highly enough, this was hand down the BEST boarding experience we and our dog have ever had.”

About: I’ve had animals around me basically my whole life. Right now I have 2 dogs, Kiki and Chloe, but growing up there were always pets in my home. I’ve also helped take care of pets for family friends, so being around animals has always been a normal part of my life. I love dogs of all ages, especially puppies and senior dogs. I know every pet is different and has their own personality, so I always try to make them feel comfortable and loved. What makes me different is that I genuinely love doing this. About: I’ve grown up with pets all my life, and I’ve always had a way with animals, they always seem to gravitate towards me. I love taking care of people and animals, I want to be a doctor. Heather was very communicative and sent photos and videos of our dog every day while we were away. Her facility is also very clean and well kept, and feels warm and inviting as opposed to the large dog crates we’re accustomed to with other boarders.
