I have been pet sitting in people's homes for nearly 20 years now, and have worked professionally with animals for many years. Dogs to Hedgehogs and snakes, tell me how to best care for your pets and I will exceed your expectations. I have watched over nursing puppies in shelters, and senior dogs in veterinary care and boarding, so I have experience with animals with anxiety and giving medications. I am on summer break from work at a local school, so your little ones will have my full attention. I do have a few 2/3 hr events two evenings a week, but I will be available for any pets in training, or who may need more frequents outdoor breaks. Because I understand that for many pets, consistency is very important, I try to stick as close to your regular walk/outside schedules as possible to make sure routines are kept just that*. Since every animal is different, I will let your pet lead the way with how much attention/ what kind of enrichment they like. I don't mean to brag, but my belly rubs are the bark of the town my neighborhood. **With the summer heat, I expect any walks taken will be very early or as the sun is setting so their paws are protected.

About: Hi there! My husband and I have 3 kids (8-13) and 1 sweet pup. We have both had dogs our whole lives. My daughter started a pet sitting and boarding business several years ago for friends and family, and we've all fallen in love with it, so we decided to give Rover a shot! Our dog, Piper, loves having new friends to play with, we joke that she loves pet boarding more than we do! Our kids are homeschooled, and my husband works from home, so someone is nearly always here and ready for some playtime! We have a 6 year old mixed breed rescue pup (German shepherd/cattle dog is out best guess) who is living her best life when we have other pups come to visit. Our yard is large and fenced, with plenty of space to run and play. Our home is two stories, and pets are allowed to roam wherever they please! We do request that a crate be provided for the few times we will be away from home, and to give your pup their own space. Even the best playdates occasionally need a break, and we want your pet to feel like they have a place that's just for them!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for about 5 years now, often pet sitting for neighbors and friends while they were away. I have much experience in caring for both large and small dogs, as well as dogs with all different energy levels and play styles! I’m comfortable sitting for any pup, no matter the size or how they choose to enjoy their time. I currently work full-time, however, I will always have time to care for your pups! I will always be available to stop by every 8 hours at the longest, and am also always available to house sit overnight. I am very experienced in house sitting, and am always happy to help with chores around the house if needed! I always make sure to enter as calmly as possible to not scare any skittish pups, or rile up energetic ones. About: I have been around Large and Medium size dogs my whole childhood, and would often care for them on my own for days to a week at a time. I get along well with both cats and dogs. I go to college and have classes Tuesday-Thursday, I often have lots of school work and I hope to integrate that into my pet-sitting. When caring for your pets, I will give them the exercise they need through walks and playtime while also giving them lots of cuddles so they are not lonely during my stay.
About: I have had many dogs over the years in all sizes! I have trained many puppies and I have worked in a pet boarding and daycare facility for 1 year. I have also pet sit many times! I am currently a college student but I am very flexible especially during the day and at night. I am can fit my schedule into yours. I have taken care of a lot of dogs and I have training with dogs that are more hyper or even slightly aggressive! I am equipped to handle all dogs!

I just love pets and luckily they like me too. Even the ones that don’t usually like anyone. I work from home and my schedule is very flexible so I can work my schedule around your pets needs. I can even do last minute. I like to get to know your pet and see what boundaries they have then go from there so they like me.I also know that a lot of pets needs routine and I’m happy to stick to that routine. More than willing to work with you and your pets needs.
About: I’ve been in a home with pets my entire life. I started taking on their responsibilities at just 5 years old and fell in love with it. Pets are so important to us so it’s my top priority to make sure your pet is healthy and happy while in my care. I’m currently unemployed so my free time is basically infinite. I have 3 pets of my own who harbor a bit of my time, but I made a set schedule that works for all of them. I’m always free for walks, treats, and cuddles! I live less than 50 feet from a beautiful dog park with equipment for your pet to enjoy. There is never any children in my home and visitors are rare and well trusted. I own extra crates for your pet if needed and there are over 50 toys in my possession for your furry friend.
About: I go the extra mile to get the job done and then some. I’ll bring in mail, take care of plants and anything else. I spend plenty of time with animals and make sure they are well taken care of. I spoil and treat every animal like an angel. I can feed twice a day every day. I can take on 2 walks a day if needed. I have plenty of ample time to care for animals. I take off my shoes in peoples homes. I respect everyone’s space and time. If you have any special requests, I am usually happy to oblige.

I had to make a last-minute day trip to Dallas for a family emergency, and they made the entire process so easy and stress-free. “I brought my dog Iggy, a rowdy pitty mix, to stay with Joshua. Our dog is not well behaved. She's hyper not trained at all so i was a little worried. She had the best time. Joshua was so kind about her sleeping with us. He said his kids would fight over who gets to sleep with her which made me feel so much better. The 5 days she was there he sent constant updates and pictures. She enjoyed playing outside with the other dogs, splashing in the pool and rolling in the dirt. She even made a friend! Joshua was also very accommodating with dropping off and picking up. She was in great spirits when we picked her up. Overall I cant thank Joshua and his family enough for caring for our little raskle. I will be using him in the future and I highly recommend him for boarding! I would have given him 10 stars if i could.”
“Alexis was absolutely wonderful! She definitely knows what she is doing, and took excellent care of our dog, Bella, while we were away for 9 nights. She updated me everyday without fail and sent me loads of pictures and videos so I could see Bella having a good time. She was very understanding when our flights kept getting canceled and we got back later than expected, and she made sure Bella was comfortable the whole time. When I picked Bella up I could tell that she really bonded with Alexis and felt comfortable. I would definitely book with her again!”

About: I have watched pets for several friends in the past and look forward to watching yours! My current dog is well trained by my husband and I for hunting & is very obedient! I am a nurse who works just 2 days a week so have a lot of free time on my hands to care for your animals! I use Rover myself when needed for my dog! Our pup is the light of our life right now and enjoys being outdoors just as much as we do!
About: Hi there! My husband and I have 3 kids (8-13) and 1 sweet pup. We have both had dogs our whole lives. My daughter started a pet sitting and boarding business several years ago for friends and family, and we've all fallen in love with it, so we decided to give Rover a shot! Our dog, Piper, loves having new friends to play with, we joke that she loves pet boarding more than we do! Our kids are homeschooled, and my husband works from home, so someone is nearly always here and ready for some playtime! We have a 6 year old mixed breed rescue pup (German shepherd/cattle dog is out best guess) who is living her best life when we have other pups come to visit. Our yard is large and fenced, with plenty of space to run and play. Our home is two stories, and pets are allowed to roam wherever they please! We do request that a crate be provided for the few times we will be away from home, and to give your pup their own space. Even the best playdates occasionally need a break, and we want your pet to feel like they have a place that's just for them!
