About: I’ve been around pets all my life! I’ve never lived in a house that did not have a dog or cat present, and it just doesn’t feel like home without one! I’m currently an owner of a 7 year old (still a baby!) cat myself, but I frequently pet sit and stay overnight for family members, as well. I also helped foster a friend’s cat for 2 years until she was able to take him home again.

I have been pet sitting in people's homes for nearly 20 years now, and have worked professionally with animals for many years. Dogs to Hedgehogs and snakes, tell me how to best care for your pets and I will exceed your expectations. I have watched over nursing puppies in shelters, and senior dogs in veterinary care and boarding, so I have experience with animals with anxiety and giving medications. I am on summer break from work at a local school, so your little ones will have my full attention. I do have a few 2/3 hr events two evenings a week, but I will be available for any pets in training, or who may need more frequents outdoor breaks. Because I understand that for many pets, consistency is very important, I try to stick as close to your regular walk/outside schedules as possible to make sure routines are kept just that*. Since every animal is different, I will let your pet lead the way with how much attention/ what kind of enrichment they like. I don't mean to brag, but my belly rubs are the bark of the town my neighborhood. **With the summer heat, I expect any walks taken will be very early or as the sun is setting so their paws are protected.

About: Hi there! My husband and I have 3 kids (8-13) and 1 sweet pup. We have both had dogs our whole lives. My daughter started a pet sitting and boarding business several years ago for friends and family, and we've all fallen in love with it, so we decided to give Rover a shot! Our dog, Piper, loves having new friends to play with, we joke that she loves pet boarding more than we do! Our kids are homeschooled, and my husband works from home, so someone is nearly always here and ready for some playtime! We have a 6 year old mixed breed rescue pup (German shepherd/cattle dog is out best guess) who is living her best life when we have other pups come to visit. Our yard is large and fenced, with plenty of space to run and play. Our home is two stories, and pets are allowed to roam wherever they please! We do request that a crate be provided for the few times we will be away from home, and to give your pup their own space. About: I have an uncanny way with animals. It's as if I can read their body language and provide whatever they need. Loving on babies is clinically proven to release stress and I truly believe it works. I believe I was put on this earth to love animals. It's such an indescribable feeling when I'm with animals. I can't stop loving them, no matter what animal it is. I will take on the roll of the auntie that spoiles your babies (within reason). I have a rescue dog with high anxiety and over 4 years she is now acting how dogs act. I have a rescue dog I found tied to a tree, she's deaf and just about blind. It only took me a month and she completely came out of her shell. She now follows me everywhere I go and wags her tail, constantly. I found a baby kitten that was about 5wks old screaming under my car. It took me 4 days for him to allow me to pick him up and bring him inside. It only took 3 days of me showering him with love and now he thinks he runs the house, even though he's the smallest out of everyone.

Our operating hours are between 9am-9:30pm. If you're needing to drop off or pick up outside of our operating hours let us know in advance. Some accommodations may incur extra fees. We have a fairly large fenced in yard. During summer days we're lounging out and keeping cool in the dog house. Our guests get an hour of play every other hour in the high heat but when the weather is optimal we can play for hours on end. Feeding is twice a day unless stated by the pet owner. During the hour of down time everyone rests comfortably in the cool air.
About: As a board certified behavior analyst, you can be sure your pet is in good hands. I have owned both dogs and cats. Reinforcement based methods are used :) I take my dogs out 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night) and feed them twice a day, morning and night. I allow them to lead walks unless I’m specifically training for them to walk beside me. I take pets to the local dog park (unless not desired by owner) and use treats as reinforcement for good behavior. I would also take them to get pup cups. I allow pets on the couch so that’ll likely be the spot your pup sleeps on!

About: I have been around Large and Medium size dogs my whole childhood, and would often care for them on my own for days to a week at a time. I get along well with both cats and dogs. I go to college and have classes Tuesday-Thursday, I often have lots of school work and I hope to integrate that into my pet-sitting. About: Hello, I’m a 27yr old alumna of UCA! I have loved animals ever since I was a little girl caring for my first fur baby, Maxx that lived a great life for 16 years. Since then, my love for animals has grown tremendously. I have had experience with animals from all types of backgrounds, old, young, big and small. I worked as a veterinarian technician in Little Rock for 1.5yrs and have gained a lot of experience with different breeds and behaviors! Let me know of any specific scheduling needs and I can work with you as much as possible. I am currently free every day of the week!! A typical day with me will consist of morning walks/play before breakfast, play time inside and outside, relaxing naps in the afternoon, and more playtime during the evening! Also cant forget snack time!

About: I have watched pets for several friends in the past and look forward to watching yours! My current dog is well trained by my husband and I for hunting & is very obedient! I am a nurse who works just 2 days a week so have a lot of free time on my hands to care for your animals! I use Rover myself when needed for my dog! Our pup is the light of our life right now and enjoys being outdoors just as much as we do!
