I work full time, but it is a banking job so it’s very flexible. I can check on your animals every morning occasionally during my lunch, and also after work. I’m off by 4. I am off every weekend as well so I have plenty of time to make sure your babies are well taken care of. In my home currently I have a puppy of my own. I have crate, plenty of toys to share, the best of quality food, extra water and food bowls. There is a lot of grass and a lake with sidewalk to take your puppy on walks. About: We have been doing Rover for a decade, and we love hosting your pets in our home! We have always had pets in our home, they’ve always been part of our life! When families are out of town we think it is very important for pets to be taken care of by someone who will treat them like their families do. About: I've owned many different pets including dogs, cats, rodents, rabbits, and ferrets over the past 14 years - young and older pets alike! I am a licensed veterinary technician here in Texas (I was previously licensed in Nevada before moving to the Lubbock area) and as such, I am able to provide services such as medicating furbabies that need medications and providing transport to the veterinarian if necessary (either my place of employment or your own preferred clinic). Some of my own pets are on medication, so making sure your furbaby gets any medication they need will be no problem at all! Some of my pets also have special dietary needs, so you can have complete confidence that if your pet needs the same, all needs will be met. I work full-time during the week at a fairly busy veterinary hospital. As far as drop-in visits go, I am able to make morning and evening visits any day, and midday visits on a case-by-case basis. Drop-ins will be performed at the time requested UNLESS they fall in a time range where I will be working. In those cases, visits will be either early in the morning and/or in the evening after work. Daily pet care is a staple in my household since I have my own pets, many of which require medical care including special diets and medications. Any care requested by clients will be performed to the best of my ability. Whether it be simple feeding instructions or something more in-depth, rest assured that your pet's care is in very capable hands.

I care for the pets in the clients home by making sure their water is full and they are fed, toys are within reach, no messes are being made (if so i’ll clean them) and make sure there’s nothing bad for them to get into when no one is there!
About: I have a 2 year old Aussie who I take great pride in! I’ve gone through a 6 week training course for obedience and everyday commands! I believe this makes living life together easier! I love to take dogs to the park to play and then go over basic training. I’m a full time student at Tech i have a long lunch gap on MWF and get out by 2 on TTh and off on weekends I understand dogs have needs such as going outside having play time and having entertainment. About: I love Rover! I mean, what better job exists than to get paid to spend time with other people's animals? My name is Dan, and I have been around animals my whole life. Currently I am a cat dad of three girls, but I am also comfortable and familiar with most dogs, rabbits, and other animals as well. Probably the only animals I would not be comfortable with are mice and rats. To each their own, of course. I love to spend time with new animals. Depending of course on how friendly yours are, I like to do more than just feed them and walk them. If your cats or dogs like to play, then I am the person you want. I have my own three cats who take up all my time when I'm not out taking care of other people's animals, or otherwise working. I do this and other gig jobs, so my schedule is pretty flexible. The only time I'm usually not available is if I have already made prior commitments. I treat animals like they are children, because to me, they are. My own three are my favorite people in this world, but I love animals in general. I especially enjoy cats, friendly dogs, and giant rabbits. 😃 I like to treat each cat, dog, rabbit, etc, as the unique personality they are. Some cats, for example, are a little more standoffish than others. The best thing to do with them is to not push them. Nobody cat or human likes someone standing in front of them demanding attention ! Some dogs, for example, are very laid back and really just want to lay next to you and snuggle. Others are always ready to play! I am knowledgeable about safety, and when I am doing a drop in visit, I always keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look right. When I am dog walking, I like to go places that are not so busy with traffic, I keep my attention fully on them, and on everything going on around us. When I am with your animals, they are my first and only priority. I do not mix animals from different families. It's stressful enough that they are around a new person.

“Jillian is the BEST cat-sitter we’ve ever had. My cats love her, she sends me updates daily (sometimes multiple times a day, it can never be too much), and she takes care of them so well. The first time I used Jillian’s services, my girl cat was prescribed a big capsule that other sitters struggled with giving her, and one sitter wouldn’t even try to give it to her. Jillian did so well with giving her the big capsule, and she was able to give her the smaller pill she was prescribed later too. Jillian is very friendly and easy to communicate with and reach when needed. She’s also very flexible with drop off and pick up times. I used her services twice but wish I had found her earlier so she could’ve cat sat more. I highly recommend her! She will take great care of your pets.”
