About: Working in a groomer’s shop taught me how to safely and confidently handle dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. I also grew up around animals and now have 2 Golden Retrievers and a cat of my own, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. About: My pet care experience first started with cats! The love of my life was my cat Kiki, who passed away in 2019 at the age of 15. Right after her passing, I started petsitting through trustedhousesitters and have cared for many, many cats since. One of my favorite sits to share is when I took care of Gaston, a sphynx cat in Paris, who liked to walk out the window and into the gutters on the top floor of the building with views of the Eiffel Tower. Needless to say it made me nervous, but the owners said it was a common occurrence. “Absolutely loved Emily and Jonathan! They were so welcoming, warm, and kind to us and our fur babies. Next trip or anything we need our little girls will only go to them! They aren’t in our direction or area at all, but it is totally worth the love and peace of mind they give for our girls to go there!! I would recommend them 10/10! “Ben boarded my two dogs for three weeks. They are quite shy and sensitive but he was amazing with them and went above and beyond to make them comfortable and happy during their stay. He sent me pictures and updates routinely and my dogs fell in love with him and the care they received.
