For walks, I keep dogs on the leash at all times for safety so can use an extended leash if that works. I do have a 30 foot and 45 foot secured leash line that I can place a dog on so they can walk around the yard, which will monitored by me, not left alone. I have a nice 2 bedroom home and dogs are allowed on the couch and bed, feeding is kept separate for each dog, and I monitor feeding times, water bowl is in the living room, and I have plenty of poop bags. Also for safety, I have an AirTag that can be placed on the collar especially if your dog is a runner etc. Safety first for your fur baby. Plus I have plenty of outside space, a large yard to walk them around and across from my home with a leash plus a 30 foot or 45 line for the yard so can be free to roam, and I’ll be out there with them.

About: My family back east has been watching and walking dogs at a high volume for 5 years. And now I’m doing the same here in our neighborhood! We absolutely love our four legged friends and enjoy looking out for them. They are loved and taken care of just like they would be with you! I am work from home part time and when my husband is home from work he also often helps with our rover pups. We have a baby so any dog we take care of needs to be comfortable with little ones. We also have a 1.5 year old dog. While I’m working he spends those couple of hours in the crate relaxing and we would prefer boarding dogs who are either crate trained and or house trained that will sit and relax during those 3-4 hours I’m working and on calls. Outside of that my dog and I enjoy getting outside to walk and play every morning, afternoon and evening. We have a huge dog park that is rarely used by any one other than myself that we can have your dog play in while staying with us. Or we do have plenty of open green area right outside our apartment for them to walk, play, sniff or lay on leash. We do have a fenced in patio as well where your dog can enjoy fresh air, sunshine and people watch. I always make sure gates are closed and leashes secured before a run around the yard or walk around the park. About: I have been taking care of dogs, in my household and for family friends. About ten years ago I started watching dogs and cats in high school for people who used the same vets office as I did. I have done overnight stays, walks, drop ins, and taken them to veterinary appointments. I have a senior dog at home and have taken him through puppy, intermediate and advanced training. As I mentioned, he is in his senior years so I spend a large majority of my time taking him for short walks in the cooler mornings and making sure he has the best senior years possible. :) I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so pet care is the majority of my daily and weekly routine. Outside play and walking are how I spend my mornings, and when it starts to heat up I focus on preparing treats and that stimulate the pets minds and keep them entertained without over heating. In the cooler weather if the dogs like to be outside we take longer walks or soak in the sun like my senior pup. Depending on the clients home, I am fine with crating them to be safe and make sure they are not getting into things in between drop ins. I have extensive leash training for dogs so walking will not be an issue. If there is a fenced yard I am happy to play games with them and run around.

For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.

About: I have been taking care of fur babies off and on for years. I love my fur babies and want to provide that same care and love to other babies. I am a full time soccer coach, so pet care fills my other hours of the day. I am available during mornings, afternoons, and late evenings.
