Toward the end of their stay he had even started to hang out with her which is a big thing for cow. About: I started working with animals about 2 1/2 years ago for a friend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've had dogs my entire life. I currently have a German shepherd mix and 2 cats. My schedule recently is super flexible, so I am able to work around many specific hours. The only times I would most like to keep open is weekends. I have dog sat in others homes many times. I take the dog on walks, potty, play time, and if wanted cuddle time! I also clean up any mess made by myself or the dog and do cleaning when I see needed. About: I have been taking care of dogs, in my household and for family friends. About ten years ago I started watching dogs and cats in high school for people who used the same vets office as I did. I have done overnight stays, walks, drop ins, and taken them to veterinary appointments. I have a senior dog at home and have taken him through puppy, intermediate and advanced training. As I mentioned, he is in his senior years so I spend a large majority of my time taking him for short walks in the cooler mornings and making sure he has the best senior years possible. :) I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so pet care is the majority of my daily and weekly routine. Outside play and walking are how I spend my mornings, and when it starts to heat up I focus on preparing treats and that stimulate the pets minds and keep them entertained without over heating. In the cooler weather if the dogs like to be outside we take longer walks or soak in the sun like my senior pup. Depending on the clients home, I am fine with crating them to be safe and make sure they are not getting into things in between drop ins. I have extensive leash training for dogs so walking will not be an issue. If there is a fenced yard I am happy to play games with them and run around.

For Drop-Ins: I stop by for feedings and enrichment for between 30 minutes to an hour. I make sure they care squared away and everything is locked up before I leave. For Walks: It’s simple … we just go for walks. 30 minutes to an hour or whatever set path and time per appointment. For House-Sitting: I set a time for me to come over. I stay for the duration of the appointment set and bring my own necessities so that I don’t have to leave the premises. I stay within your home, where your babies are most comfortable, and provide them with company and a set schedule. Before I confirm a booking, I will ALWAYS set up a meet-and-greet. I need to be able to sit down with the fur-babies and parents so we can get a good view of the vibes and to see if I would be a good fit. These meet-and-greets are NOT OPTIONAL and refusal will result in a CANCELED BOOKING! Sitting should be a comfortable experience for pet, pet parent, and sitter. Checking the vibes and getting details is critical for success.

I have a crate trained dog and am comfortable taking babies in and out of them. I love to play with him in my parents fenced back yard and I walk him daily at my apartment complex.

About: I’ve farm and dog sitted for numerous people. I live in a farm. I have experience in livestock, poultry, equine, and dogs/cats. 10 years experience I have boer goats at my house. So I feed and water them twice a day! My pug niko I feed her during the day as well I have a fenced in area at my house. I have a dog kennel fully enclosed. The house is smoke free and hypoallergenic! Very safe environment!

“This family was AMAZING. I have three dogs and it has been hard for me previously to find someone who can take in all 3 at once. Kaitlin and her husband took them in and loved on my babies all weekend. They had a mini party with our dogs and she was in regular communication with me. Our dogs got the chance to socialize with other dogs and children, which for “pandemic puppies” was needed experience. I cannot recommend them enough and I can only hope our dogs can come back in the future!”

“She watched all 3 of our dogs in her house one is a Great Dane who is very clumsy and big. My lab mix is very skittish and she was patient and kind. Toward the end of their stay he had even started to hang out with her which is a big thing for cow. My dogs really enjoyed hanging out with her dogs, especially Remi who immediately wanted to play with my dogs. Overall I think they had an awesome time.”
