About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have cared for four dogs of different ages, breeds, and sizes. I currently have an 8-year-old mutt named Tucker who is incredibly sweet. Tucker previously went through heartworm treatment, so I have experience following medication schedules and giving medication as directed. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, basic grooming, and giving pets plenty of attention. I’ve also owned and cared for parrots, iguanas, lizards, hamsters, and many other animals. I genuinely love animals and will treat every pet like one of my own. I’m currently in college and only have about three hours of class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of free time to give your pets the attention they deserve. I’m available throughout most of the week for walks, drop-ins, playtime, feeding, and spending quality time with your pets. My apartment is very pet-friendly and comfortable, with plenty of places for dogs to relax. I even have a couch specifically for dogs, along with a dog bed and other cozy spots throughout the apartment. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and at home while they’re with me, and I’m happy to follow any routines or special instructions you provide.

I had an emergency and I had to find a dog sitter at the last minute. One problem I had was that I have a pup that doesn’t get along with any other dog except his sibling. She made it possible to work around my trouble dog and have him stay with her. I was afraid I wasn’t going to find someone to take care of them. Even though I didn’t get to meet her in person I had trust in her to take care of my babies. She sent me pictures and videos of my pups :)! I enjoy cooking for pets when I can, making it feel more like going to Grandma's house instead of day care 😉 I am very attentive to moods and behaviors, while also going above and beyond to make sure they feel safe. I have treated sick animals, given medications, assisted in giving injections, and followed food regimens. I've been bitten by several different kinds of animals, so I know how to deal with the not-so-fun parts. I have plenty of energy to walk and play, toys, and my own reliable transportation. I've done extensive research on behaviors and relationships of pets and I'm always learning. I would be happy to write daily reports and/or take pictures, whatever makes you feel at ease. Outside of caring for my own animals, I'm not very busy, so if you need a last minute service, I will likely be available. I can transport animals in my car and also have a female German Shepherd who is fixed and is sweet as can be, if your pup would like a play mate! I'm always looking for new spots to walk & hike, making sure your bestie doesn't get bored ☺️ I strive to work with pet parents to provide high standard, seamless care for every animal & your peace of mind. We have different foods for different cat needs, we don't use cheap food brands in our household. Our dog is walked at least 5 times a week, sometimes more. Each animals gets individual attention and plenty of pets. I make my own treats to give my dog her medicine and also try other pet recipes from time to time. All animals are vaccinated, de-wormed, and get vet check-ins annually.

About: Hello! My name is Kelley and I have lots of furry children. I have four Siberian Huskies and a Shiba Inu and they make life fun and adventurous! I have experience working with cats and dogs of all sizes and behaviors. I also have experience caring for rabbits as I had my own. Growing up I volunteered at the VCA Adoption center where we took care of the animals looking for homes and spent a few years of my adult life volunteering and running a rescue. I’ve worked with many pet owners who are apprehensive to leave their pets with anyone due to the pet’s nervous temperaments, and other various quirks, and every single time the animals have surprised their owners by completely settling in with me. I prioritize play, love, and connecting with each individual pet I watch however they specifically need. I’ve looked after animals of all breeds, ages, & temperaments- from anxious & fussy older pets to energetic young puppies. I have experience administering medications to sick animals, hand feeding injured puppies, walking several pets at once, and managing dogs & cats that are a bit wild.
