“Cassy was already our go-to for drop-in cat-sitting when we adopted a couple of potbelly pigs last year. When we went away last week, we booked Cassy to care for both the cats and the pigs. On her very first visit, she found that the pigs had reacted to their abandonment by ripping several holes in our fence and escaping. Though pig-wrangling was absolutely not part of her job description, she quickly managed to get them back in the enclosure and then worked closely with us by phone for the next 24 hours to find ways of keeping them safe while we hurried back home. She was gracious, compassionate, resourceful, and even able to keep sending us cute photos of the little jerks despite all the trouble they were giving her. I realize most of y'all on here are not looking for pig-sitters, but my point is that Cassy will go above and beyond to keep your animals, whoever they are, safe and happy. We are thankful for her!”
About: I myself have a spunky 3 yr old border collie/shepherd mix. We have worked with a trainer to channel her high energy drive. About: I have worked at a dog daycare for over 2 1/2 years! i’ve worked with groups of dogs ranging from 15-35 at once, ive worked with “aggressive” and reactive dogs. taking care of them and working together with them i live at home and i have 5 dogs! one is my babygirl, (the other 4 are my family’s) shes a rescue, i got her about 2 years ago. what i didn’t expect was how many triggers/trauma she has from her previous home. i work with her every day shes done so good since, still needs more time but shes my soulmate in a dog my home has about almost an acre, fenced in yard! lots of holes that my furbabies created for digging! there is a shed that we have planned to remove sometime. not to sound alarming but there is a grape vine, no grapes grow just leaves. and your furbabies will always be supervised. the fence is about 4-5 feet so if you have a jumper, they can still come just probably on a long leash which i have if you don’t.

About: I have taken care of many dogs since I was a sophomore in high school, graduated in 2019. I volunteered and then became a worker at a groomer near me. Loved my job, and have cared for many animals since. Currently do not have a job, so I have a free schedule and nothing but love to give to the fur babies, including cats of course. I am very respectful to others homes and belongings. I only want to care for the animals, very trustworthy. If staying at my home, I am sure to take them out every hour, hour in a half unless given specific details. They have their free roam, I also have a pretty decent sized screen in back porch that they can run around a little in.

Our three cats are used to dogs being boarded in our home and don't mind the extra company. When dogs stay for overnight visits, they have breaks every 1-2 hours and receive lots of cuddles and playtime. Each day they can enjoy long walks in the neighborhood. My dogs typically get on very well with other dogs. I dog sit 2 dogs in my home a few times a year for a few days to a week at a time. 1 medium and 1 large. I have fostered various dogs for Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in the past and I have helped and run adoption events at Petco for about a year for Simpson County Animal Shelter/Friends of the Shelter in Franklin KY. I am a stay at home dog mom. I can pet sit any time of the day or week, for just a few hours, a day or overnights. I only leave the house to go to the store or run a few errands. Typically not out for extended periods. If I am dog sitting, I prefer to be at home as often as possible. I am always around my dogs. I have dog beds in all areas of the house. I keep an eye on them when they go outside. I play with them regularly. About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember — growing up, my family had dogs, turtles, birds, rabbits, and lizards, so I'm just as comfortable with cats and small pets as I am with dogs. I also attended a high school built around animal care, giving me formal training on top of a lifetime of hands-on experience. On top of that, I'm a college graduate, which taught me the same things animal care requires: personal responsibility, patience, and attention to detail. I treat every pet like it's my own: same routine, same patience, same attention to detail every single visit. Pet care is my full-time focus, so I have a flexible schedule with steady availability throughout the week for walks, drop-in visits, and extended stays. About: I have taken care of many dogs since I was a sophomore in high school, graduated in 2019. I volunteered and then became a worker at a groomer near me. Loved my job, and have cared for many animals since. Currently do not have a job, so I have a free schedule and nothing but love to give to the fur babies, including cats of course. I am very respectful to others homes and belongings. I only want to care for the animals, very trustworthy. If staying at my home, I am sure to take them out every hour, hour in a half unless given specific details. They have their free roam, I also have a pretty decent sized screen in back porch that they can run around a little in.
About: I have worked at a dog daycare for over 2 1/2 years! i’ve worked with groups of dogs ranging from 15-35 at once, ive worked with “aggressive” and reactive dogs. taking care of them and working together with them i live at home and i have 5 dogs! one is my babygirl, (the other 4 are my family’s) shes a rescue, i got her about 2 years ago. what i didn’t expect was how many triggers/trauma she has from her previous home. i work with her every day shes done so good since, still needs more time but shes my soulmate in a dog my home has about almost an acre, fenced in yard! lots of holes that my furbabies created for digging! there is a shed that we have planned to remove sometime. not to sound alarming but there is a grape vine, no grapes grow just leaves. and your furbabies will always be supervised. the fence is about 4-5 feet so if you have a jumper, they can still come just probably on a long leash which i have if you don’t.
About: What sets me apart is my experience, but mostly patience and care. I was a teacher so my energy always stays calm so theirs does as well. I am a creative writer so let me take your pets on their next adventure while you are on yours. Whether it is riding a dragon through the subdivision, swimming with the dolphins in the pool, or playing poker with the neighborhood pets, I promise to provide a fun and creative experience for your pets. I’m currently working part time so I have time to play and love on your animals. We might even play poker if the mood hits. I enjoy speaking( even though they dont speak back) and giving attention to pets to build a loving, trusting, bond I Am not very busy in general so am able to take care of companions at almost any time of the day or night as needed. About: Growing up on a farm, I was taught to care for animals at a young age. From feeding, bathing, exercising, basic wound care, grooming, etc. I have experience with many types of animals including: dogs, cats, horses, snakes, birds, fish, hamsters, etc. I also work well with “hard to tame” pets. Animals with anxiety, trauma responses, or just bad attitudes are my forte. I have trained multiple dogs alongside support care animals. Let’s see what your furry friend can do! I make my own schedule. I own my own businesses that need little oversight. Let me know when I’m needed and I’ll do my best to make it work! I have a large yard, not yet fenced. Plenty of trees if you have you pup tie-out trained. I also have multiple sized crates, an outdoor pen, and a small fenced in run about area adjacent.
