“Do you want your pets to feel so at home and comfortable that they are upset when they leave? Mark's house is the place to be! Due to unforeseen circumstances, Mark helped us on short notice and was able to provide us peace and reassurance that our babies were cared for! Mark kept our male and female German Shepherds, and they had an absolute blast. Mark sent us multiple photos and videos and kept us very up-to-date on what they were doing throughout their visit. He asked questions about their personalities and needs that showcased his care and attention to detail. With his knowledge and experience with German Shepherds, it really shined in the care he provided them! About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. I have experience in dog bathing, walking, sitting & feeding. I treat dogs I’m watching like they’re my own. While your pup is with me, I will also work on any training you’re currently doing & help reinforce positive behaviors! I would love to watch your pup! I do have three cats in my home, but can easily separate them into a separate room in my house if need be. I do have an unfenced yard, but will always take your pup out on leash to ensure their safety. I can also take them on any of the hiking trails in the area if you’d like! I’m an aquarium/aviary service technician & am only gone 2-3 days a week & am normally home on weekends. I’m home fairly often, but when I do need to leave for work I’m only gone for 6 hours at a time. While your dog stays with me, I will send as many (or little) pictures & videos you’d like! While my yard isn’t fenced, your pup will always be on leash with me to ensure their safety. If we go hiking, I have a doggy first aid kit in my car at all times in case of any accidents. While I’m in your home, I’ll respect where you want me to go & where you don’t. I’ll make sure to clean up after myself, & hopefully leave your home looking cleaner than when you left!

About: I have cared for pets of all ages over the years and adopted a pup of my own about two years ago. He’s up to date on all vaccinations and loves other dogs. I have experience with giving medications to animals, caring for both puppies and older pups, and my apartment is hardwood floors so accidents aren’t a problem! I am a graduate assistant and in grad school. This means that I word pretty weird hours and I do a lot of work remotely. I’m home anywhere between 8 hours to 24 hours a day and can rearrange my schedule depending on the needs of the animal. There is a dog park nearby and it’s a safe area. For my pup, and pups I’ve boarded/cared for before, I traditionally feed them in the AM and give them plenty of water. We go to the dog park to start the day and get the energy out. I make sure to leave dog-safe toys on the floor so they know they have stuff to play with and I dog proof the apartment before I leave each time so they don’t get into things they shouldn’t. We go out later in the day to the dog park again to socialize or get the zoomies going. We go back and have a little more food or a snack and then hang out before going out on a walk to end the day. I'm working full-time in ministry so I have lots of time throughout the day to care for your loved one and will be gone no more than a few hours per evening for bible studies and groups. I take my dog, Tonka, out 5-6 times per day minimum and we love to go on walks and be outdoors. I have a large field directly behind my apartment and live in a very pet-friendly area tucked off the main road so your pup will enjoy lots of safe and supervised outside time! I allow animals on the furniture and keep all choking hazards up high. My dog has a knack for finding even the smallest things to mess with so I have good practice with keeping a safe home.

About: I am new to the area and looking to restart on Rover! I have cared for diverse breeds of dogs and raised a Siberian husky puppy. I have grown up with dogs my entire life and also volunteered at the animal shelter as a dog walker. I am new to the area and am excited to meet all new dogs! I recently graduated with a Masters of Occupational Therapy Degree and am currently awaiting certification and licensure to begin practicing. About: I am going to school to school currently to become a veterinarian and I hopefully will get a job as a vet tech very soon! I have 3 dogs and a cat of my own and I take care of them everyday while the rest of my family is at work. I love to take my dogs on walks for about 30 minutes at least twice a day. I have a fenced in backyard and my dogs are very friendly and playful and love new friends! We have multiple crates if that is something necessary for your pet. It was so comforting to see my dog happy, relaxed, and having a blast with Lana. “Do you want your pets to feel so at home and comfortable that they are upset when they leave? Mark's house is the place to be! Due to unforeseen circumstances, Mark helped us on short notice and was able to provide us peace and reassurance that our babies were cared for! Mark kept our male and female German Shepherds, and they had an absolute blast. Mark sent us multiple photos and videos and kept us very up-to-date on what they were doing throughout their visit. He asked questions about their personalities and needs that showcased his care and attention to detail. With his knowledge and experience with German Shepherds, it really shined in the care he provided them!
